Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality (X1) and work discipline (X2) on community satisfaction (Y) at the Cijedil District Office in Cianjur. This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had received public services at the district office. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.686 and a coefficient of determination of 47.1%. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.743 and a determination coefficient of 55.2%. Furthermore, service quality and work discipline simultaneously have a strong and significant effect on community satisfaction, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.794 and an R Square value of 0.630. This indicates that both variables jointly explain 63.0% of the variation in community satisfaction, while the remaining 37.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Hypothesis testing confirms that service quality and work discipline individually and simultaneously have statistically significant effects on community satisfaction. These findings demonstrate that improving service standards and strengthening employee discipline are essential strategies for enhancing public satisfaction. This study concludes that community satisfaction is strongly influenced by both technical service quality and employee work discipline. Therefore, local government institutions are encouraged to continuously improve service procedures and reinforce disciplinary practices to achieve higher levels of public satisfaction and better service performance.

Abstract

This study explores primary school teachers’ perceptions of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted in selected primary schools in Ciamis, Indonesia. Participants were purposively selected and consisted of teachers who had experience implementing the Independent Curriculum. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and supported by observations and document analysis. Thematic analysis was employed to identify key patterns and meanings from participants’ experiences. The findings reveal that teachers generally hold positive perceptions of the Independent Curriculum, viewing it as a progressive reform that promotes instructional flexibility and student-centered learning. Teachers reported increased opportunities to address diverse student needs through project-based activities and formative assessment. However, significant challenges were also identified, particularly limited understanding of differentiated instruction, difficulties with authentic assessment, and increased administrative workload. These constraints often resulted in partial curriculum implementation. Institutional support emerged as a critical factor influencing teachers’ confidence and adaptability. Teachers who received continuous professional development and leadership support demonstrated greater readiness to apply innovative teaching strategies. In contrast, disparities in training opportunities and learning resources contributed to uneven implementation across schools. To address these challenges, teachers adopted adaptive strategies such as peer collaboration, joint lesson planning, and self-directed learning. The study concludes that while teachers largely embrace the philosophy of the Independent Curriculum, effective implementation requires sustained professional development, reduced administrative burden, equitable resource distribution, and strong school leadership. These findings highlight the importance of context-sensitive support systems to ensure meaningful curriculum transformation at the primary education level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Adinda Permata Mulia. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative causal design. The population consists of 40 employees, and a saturated sampling technique is applied, resulting in 40 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a t-value of 8.345 with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 9.505 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, leadership style and work motivation significantly influence employee performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 61.428, which exceeds the F-table value of 3.25, with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.769 indicates that 76.9% of employee performance is explained jointly by leadership style and work motivation, while the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The findings conclude that both leadership style and work motivation play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to strengthen leadership practices and implement effective motivational strategies to achieve sustainable performance improvement

Abstract

This study examines the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in enhancing employee loyalty at Yayasan Baitul Insan Khoir. The research adopts a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews and field observations involving foundation leaders, administrative staff, and program officers. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify patterns related to HRM practices, employee loyalty, influencing factors, and organizational challenges. The findings reveal that HRM within the foundation is predominantly operational, focusing on administrative functions such as recruitment, attendance, and task allocation, while strategic HR components particularly career development, performance appraisal, and talent management remain underdeveloped. Employee loyalty is largely affective in nature, driven by emotional attachment to the organization’s social mission, value alignment, and supportive interpersonal relationships. However, long-term loyalty is weakened by limited career pathways, workload imbalance, and financial constraints. Organizational support and shared values emerge as the most influential factors sustaining short-term commitment, whereas the absence of structured career development systems and formal performance evaluation significantly reduces employees’ intention to remain. The study also identifies key organizational barriers, including limited resources, role overlap, lack of recognition mechanisms, and the positioning of HRM as an administrative rather than strategic function. The research concludes that intrinsic motivation alone is insufficient to sustain long-term employee loyalty. Strategic HRM practices integrating career development, continuous training, performance management, and organizational support are essential for strengthening employee commitment and organizational sustainability. This study contributes to HRM literature by providing empirical insights from a nonprofit context and offers practical recommendations for enhancing employee loyalty through strategic HRM implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing strategy and brand awareness on consumer purchase decisions. The research employs a quantitative approach using simple and multiple linear regression analyses to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that digital marketing strategy has a strong, positive, and statistically significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, with a coefficient of determination of 60.9%. Brand awareness also has a positive and statistically significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, contributing 37.3% to the variance. Simultaneously, digital marketing strategy and brand awareness significantly influence consumer purchase decisions, explaining 60.9% of the total variance. These findings indicate that digital marketing strategy and brand awareness play important roles in influencing consumer purchase decisions. Companies are therefore encouraged to integrate effective digital marketing activities with strong brand-building efforts to enhance purchasing outcomes.
