Abstract

This study aims to analyze how it AISAS Model impacted the brand and image of OPZ when it publicised zakat. People's daily communication patterns, which formerly relied on a manual system but have now transitioned to a digital system, have changed as a result of the general rise of internet technology users. People can interact, exchange information, and communicate more easily because to technological advancements, which makes it simpler for them to make judgments. The amount of money raised for zakat since people began living more digitally orientated lives has increased by 30%. Zakat is still much below the intended level, according to data from Baznas, thus digital zakat management and introduction are required to reach a wider audience and raise the number of muzakki and improve zakat collections, respectively. According to Dentsu's theory in promoting and providing zakat literacy, starting with the audience's attention and then attracting (Interest) when displayed on social media and applications so that the audience searches (Search) receives all the information and decides in using the service (Action), all zakat management organizations (OPZ) that are not yet running optimally need to introduce zakat. This research utilizes a qualitative literature review methodology. The information used is secondary data, comprised of articles, books, publications, zakat-related material, and other publications. Secondary information reveals that Baznas has good zakat management, yet there are still OPZs that haven't done it.

Abstract

Agricultural zakat is zakat issued from agricultural products cultivated by farmers from the results of working on their fields or gardens. By increasing productive businesses through zakat where the assets or zakat funds given to mustahik are not spent, but are developed and used to help their businesses, so that with these efforts they can meet the needs of life continuously. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that must be carried out when someone has fulfilled the mandatory zakat requirements. In practice, zakat is worship that has a strategic position as a form of effort to develop human welfare. Correct implementation is certainly very helpful, especially in economic recovery. Muktijaya Village is a village where 80% of the people work as farmers with the majority being Muslim. Most of them make rice farming their main job. The results they get on average exceed the nisab of zakat in general. In this case, of course, the people of Muktijaya Village cannot be separated from the implementation of zakat on rice farming. The majority of rice farmers there distribute their zakat directly to their relatives and neighbors who they consider to be people in need. give all zakat assets to one of the mustahik groups (people who are entitled to receive zakat), this they do to facilitate the process of distributing zakat. The amil zakat institution in the village or sub-district is still not optimal, the Muktijaya village community still uses directly what the lecturers, local kyai, have conveyed.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the 2018 National Zakat Statistics, the growth of ZIS collection in Indonesia in the period 2002-2018 reached an average of 34.82 percent, while GDP growth in Indonesia in the same period reached an average of 5.38 percent. collected reached Rp. 8.1 trillion, most of which was collected from income zakat of 40.68 percent. Indeed, when compared with the potential for zakat of Rp. 233.8 T. That is, compared to the large potential of zakat collection, it is still not optimal. The research used is field research, primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from documentation. The population in this study was the people of Banyuasin III District of 66,420 and the determination of the sample by the slovin method was 100 samples. In this study the authors used quantitative research and analyzed using SPSS 24. Based on the results of the regression equation research. then obedience to pay zakat will increase by -1% assuming the other independent variables are constant. Income has no significant effect on obedience. The second hypothesis states that the level of knowledge has no effect on people's obedience based on the regression equation showing that the zakat knowledge variable (X2) has a positive regression coefficient direction with obedience, namely b = 0.01, which means that if knowledge increases by 1%, obedience to pay zakat will increase. by 1% assuming the other independent variables are constant. Based on the regression results, it can be seen that the income level variable has a t-count value of 1.640 with a sig value of 0.104 <0.05. This is evidenced that the level of income has a significant positive effect on obedience. Based on these data, it shows that the variable has the highest beta, which is 1.11. This means that the Y variable (obedience) is more influenced by the X2 variable (knowledge level) compared to other variables. Abstract

Zakat on traded plantation products is one type of zakat assets that must be paid by a Muslim. So, when a farmer harvests the fruit of his plantation, and gains from trading the produce, there are other Muslim rights and his wealth is deserving of zakat. In general, rubber plantation farmers in Banyuasin Regency are private property whose business is cultivated personally or paid for by others. From ancient times until now, it turns out that almost all rubber plantation farming communities in Banyuasin Regency still have no awareness of paying zakat from the rubber sap trade. Whereas from here the economy can also move and the community will benefit from the round of trade zakat funds. This research is a qualitative research type and is carried out in depth analysis on subjects and objects that actually occur in villages in Bayuasin Regency as study material that strengthens the findings. this, where information should be easy to obtain and people's personal awareness is increasingly evident. The findings obtained even though the average rubber plantation community in Banyuasin Regency is Muslim and carries out religious orders, their understanding of the types and importance of tithing is still lacking. In fact, the intensity of the obligation to give a small amount of his income from the rubber latex trade is still very low. This is apart from the reason that the income of the majority of these plantation farmers is unstable, the factor is low education and understanding of religious orders is still lacking. This fact is exacerbated when there has not been much socialization of the existence and use of official Zakat Collection Units (UPZ) at each mosque in the villages with the availability of trained officers who are willing to take care of the calculation and receipt of zakat from the rubber latex trade, causing rubber farming communities to be increasingly reluctant to pay zakat from their rubber latex trade. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the extent to which farmers in Tebedak Village pay agricultural zakat. The method used in this writing is field research, employing a qualitative approach. The study involved 10 farmers as respondents from Tebedak Village, Ogan Ilir. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Direct observation was conducted to observe problems and phenomena within the community, particularly among farmers in Tebedak Village, Ogan Ilir District. The study revealed that the majority of farmers in Tebedak Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, had a limited understanding of agricultural zakat due to insufficient knowledge and a lack of socialization from institutions, the government, and village officials regarding various types of zakat maal. Farmers often mistake zakat for infaq and alms, and consider zakat maal as a voluntary act that may or may not be paid. Furthermore, the level of compliance among farmers in paying zakat is not fully satisfactory, as revealed through interviews with the respondents. This can be attributed to their ignorance and lack of awareness about the obligation to pay agricultural zakat.
