Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Rohis extracurricular activities on the Islamic association of students at SMA Negeri 2 Singkep. The method used is a quantitative method using formulas Product Moment/relationship test and using questionnaire data collection techniques. The research subjects were the deputy head of the school for student affairs and PAI subject teachers as well as administrators and members of the Rohis totaling 40 students. The object of research is the implementation of spiritual and Islamic behavior of students. The data analysis method used is a validity test, reliability test, and correlation test. The results of the study show that the implementation of Rohis has a significant effect on Islamic behavior. This is proven based on the results of the correlation product Moment between variable X (spiritual practice) and variable Y (Islamic behavior) has a correlation value of 0.483. Thus (value Pearson correlation of 0.483 then) it can be concluded that the degree of value relationship pearson correlation is at 0.40-0.599 which is a level of relationship that is moderate. Therefore the research hypothesis can be accepted and it can be concluded that there is a good and significant influence of Rohis extracurricular activities on the Islamic association of students at SMA Negeri 2 Singkep. By participating in this Rohis extracurricular activity, the level of Islamic association of students will be better with supportive family, school, and community environmental factors.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the make a match type cooperative learning model in the mathematics subject for class V fractions at SD Negeri 24 Toboali in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a type of classroom action research. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 24 Toboali, totaling 24 students consisting of 13 male students and 11 female students. The object of research is the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 24 Toboali in the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques using observation, written tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. This research was said to be successful if 80% of students achieved KKM, namely 68. The results showed that 1) The average score of students who completed the first cycle was 64.16 and in the second cycle it increased to 80.41. In cycle I, the percentage of students who passed was 58.33% and in cycle II it rose to 87.5%; and 2) Increased student activity and response during learning activities experienced positive changes. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model can improve the results of learning mathematics in fraction material in class V SD Negeri 24 Toboali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran group investigation dalam pembelajaran IPA materi bagian-bagian tumbuhan pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 24 Toboali. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 24 Toboali yang berjumlah 24 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Sedangkan objek penelitian adalah hasil belajar IPA melalui implementasi model pembelajaran group investigation pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 24 Toboali Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes tertulis, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil jika minimal 80% siswa mencapai KKM yaitu 70. Hasil penelitian di SD Negeri 24 Toboali menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I yaitu 60 dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 82,08. Sedangkan untuk persentase pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 37,5% dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 87,5%. Persentase penilaian sikap tanggung jawab siswa pada siklus I sebesar 70,75% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 84,25%, penilaian sikap kedisiplinan siswa pada siklus I sebesar 64,5% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 88,5%, penilaian sikap percaya diri siswa pada siklus I sebesar 58,25% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 82,25%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian tindakan telah menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dan memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through the application of a cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) type in V grade students at SD Negeri 24 Toboali. This research is a type of classroom action research. The subjects in this study were all V grade students at SD Negeri 24 Toboali, totaling 24 students consisting of 13 boys and 11 girls. The object of this research is the results of learning mathematics in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 24 Toboali. Data collection techniques using observation, written tests, and documentation. This research was said to be successful if 80% of students achieved the KKM, namely 68. The results showed that the Application of the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model was proven to be able to improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Class V SD Negeri 24 Toboali in the Academic Year 2022/2023. This is evidenced by the completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II which experienced a significant increase. The average score of students who completed the first cycle was 62.08 with a completeness percentage of 58.33% and in the second cycle the average student score increased to 75.41 with a completeness percentage of 83.33%. In addition, it was also followed by a positive increase in changes in self-confidence, discipline, and responsibility

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of the jigsaw learning model in the Science subject, Theme 5 Sub-theme 1 Ecosystems for class V at SD Negeri 24 Toboali. This research is a type of classroom action research. The subjects in this study were all V grade students at SD Negeri 24 Toboali. The object of this research is the results of student learning in Science subject, Theme 5 Sub-theme 1 Ecosystem class V. Data collection techniques used written tests, observation, and documentation. This research was said to be successful if 80% of students achieved KKM, namely 73. The results showed that the implementation of the Jigsaw Learning Model in Science learning Theme 5 Sub-theme 1 Ecosystem had a positive and significant effect on improving student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the average score in the first cycle, which was 69.79 with a completeness percentage of 54.17% and in the second cycle, the average value increased significantly to 80.20 with a completeness percentage of 87.50%. Furthermore, the increase in the percentage of self-confidence assessment in the first cycle was 58.25%, it increased in the second cycle to 83.25%, and the assessment of the attitude of cooperation in the first cycle was 69.75%, which increased in the second cycle to 88.50%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli dengan menggunakan media bola karet pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 24 toboali tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang pelaksanaannya meliputi empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 24 Toboali yang berjumlah 24 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Objek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 24 Toboali Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Keberhasilan penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa yang mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil jika 80% siswa mencapai KKM yaitu 70. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan berhasil. Hal tersebut dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang signifikan, perolehan persentase hasil belajar siswa pada aspek penilaian pengetahuan pada siklus I sebesar 54,17%, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 91,67%. Aspek penilaian keterampilan pada siklus I sebesar 56,33%, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 88,75%. Aspek penilaian sikap pada siklus I sebesar 60,25%, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 83,25%. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media bola karet terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 24 Toboali Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision activities on improving teacher performance at SDN 24 Toboali in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is correlation research. The subjects in this study were all teachers at SDN 24 Toboali. The object of this study is the performance of teachers at SDN 24 Toboali for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the administrative and academic supervision assessment activities carried out by the school principal had a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance at SDN 24 Toboali. This is evidenced by an increase in the completeness of learning administration by 25%, in pre-research by 75%, and in cycle I it increased to 100%. The increase in the completeness of class administration was 14.63%, in pre-research it was 65% and in cycle I it increased to 79.63%. In addition, it was also followed by an increase in the assessment of academic supervision with a very suitable category, which increased by 19.15%, from the pre-research results of 50% and increased in cycle II to 69.15%. Thus, the supervision activities carried out by the school principal have succeeded in improving teacher performance at SDN 24 Toboali

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how transformational leadership contributes to increasing teacher motivation. This study uses the method of literature study. In this literature study research, there are several criteria as follows: 1) The literature study discusses its relation to the principal's leadership contribution in increasing the work motivation of teachers in elementary schools; 2) Articles published within 10 years from 2012-2022; 3) Literature studies are the results of empirical research, not the results of literature studies; 4) Literature sources are taken from online databases which can be accessed free of charge through science direct, google scholar, and open knowledge maps; 5) The literature search keywords used as sources are transformational leadership and teacher work motivation. The results of the study show that the principal's transformational leadership contributes greatly to increasing the work motivation of teachers in elementary schools. There are 4 dimensions of transformational leadership of school principals that contribute to increasing teacher work motivation which include: Idealized Influence, Individualized consideration, Intellectual stimulation, and Inspirational motivation. Thus, the better the principal's transformational leadership, the higher the overall teacher's work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to describe transformational leadership in educational institutions. This research uses the method of literature study or library research. Articles that meet the criteria were published from 2016-2022, while the criteria for books were printed in 2006-2022. The results of the study show several findings, namely the dimensions of transformational leadership include: Idealized Influence, Individualized consideration, Intellectual stimulation, and Inspirational motivation. Then, transformational leadership in education has several characteristics, namely 1) visionary and always appears as a pioneer agent of change; 2) dare to make decisions prioritizing the interests of the institution over personal interests; 3) increases the sense of trust and mutual awareness; 4) give a positive influence on the relationship between superiors and subordinates; and 5) mobilizing subordinates to be actively involved in the change process. Furthermore, transformational leadership in educational institutions has principles that are in line with the leadership of Indonesian educational figures, namely Ki Hajar Dewantoro, who is known by the motto "Ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madyo mangun karso, tut wuri handayani" which means "be a role model in front, in the midst of building enthusiasm, behind giving encouragement.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through three-dimensional media in fifth grade students at SDN 24 Toboali. This research is a type of classroom action research. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 24 Toboali. The object of research is the results of learning mathematics in class V students. Data collection techniques use observation, written tests, and documentation. This research was said to be successful if 80% of students achieved KKM, namely 68. The results showed that the completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II experienced a significant increase. The average score of students who completed the first cycle was 62.35 and in the second cycle it increased to 79.41. In cycle I, the percentage of students who passed was 47.05% and in cycle II it rose to 82.35%. Then the assessment of students' attitude of responsibility in cycle I was 72%, it increased in cycle II to 83.75%, the assessment of student discipline in cycle I was 66%, it increased in cycle II to 89.5%, and the assessment of students' self-confidence in the first cycle of 58.75% increased in the second cycle to 82.25%. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that classroom action research has met the success criteria and is proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 24 Toboali.
