Conference on Community Engagement Project (Concept)
Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

<![CDATA[Every business basically has to be legally licensed. Not only for large-scale businesses, but also for micro, small and medium enterprises. To establish Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), entrepreneurs must have a license. The licensing that must be taken is adjusted to the types of MSMEs that you want to establish. The application for an industrial business license cannot be separated from the licensing system that applies in a government. The convoluted licensing system not only makes it difficult for applicants but also illustrates how badly the current system is. Licensing management using a bad system will have a negative impact both in administrative and technical terms. The purpose of this problem was raised into a writing, namely, to be able to provide an explanation and understanding of the importance of legal understanding for prospective entrepreneurs who want to make legality in Batam City because of the importance of an acknowledgment or legality from the Government in order to illustrate legal certainty. The benefits of having this activity carried out are, the author himself hopes that entrepreneurs in Batam City can understand the various ways in which the application process for making food MSME business permits online. This research is a legal research (juridical research) which has a method that is different from other research. The legal research method is a systematic way of conducting a research. The results of the output design are in the form of a Business License, NIB Letter (Business Registration Number) and Business Permit Attachments. <![CDATA[School is a place to get knowledge and knowledge from the subject matter given by the teacher. The pandemic that lasts for a long time has forced all people to practice social distancing. One of the areas that has been significantly affected is education because the teaching and learning process must be carried out online. Distance learning (online) can reduce productivity in the teaching and learning process due to limited facilities and available media. The purpose of this program is to support the completeness of materials or facilities in teaching so that it can be maximized. The methods that help the learning process, namely: modules, practice questions, powerpoints, and video explanations. The prepared teaching materials help school teachers in delivering material so that students can also better understand and understand the lessons to be conveyed by the school even though they are far away but can still maximize the learning process. Toko Sinar Indah Jaya's obstacle is using a manual and inefficient financial recording that consumes time and high risk of posting errors. <![CDATA[Scrap (Gudang Pardede) is a business engaged in collecting used goods which will then be sold to recipient companies, but the author's focus on this service is on partner businesses in other fields, namely oil palm agriculture. The background of the problems faced by partners is an alleged unlawful act committed by their workers, in the form of embezzlement of harvest money, and others that result in losses to partners, where from the harvest the partners do not get the slightest result or profit, while the land is partner's. So the author believes that the work agreement is an alternative solution that partners can use to deal with problems like this, and of course also useful for partners in the future. The expected outputs from this community service activity are community service reports, service articles and draft work agreements. In this community service activity, the implementation method consists of four stages. The first stage is preparation where the researcher will conduct observations and interviews. The second stage is implementation where researchers will go directly to the field to carry out service activities. The third stage is assessment, and the fourth stage is reporting.]]>

<![CDATA[The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of life in various fields. One of the areas affected by the pandemic is education. One of the government's policies in dealing with the rapid spread of the virus is to require all schools to temporarily stop face-to-face learning until further announcements from the Government. With this government policy, it is necessary to change the learning methodology, which previously used face-to-face learning to be changed to online learning. This situation will be a challenge as well as an obstacle in the learning process, both from the side of teachers, students and parents.The purpose of this activity is to help SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang in implementing distance learning by arranging digital teaching materials, especially tax administration subjects for class XII semester I. The method applied in this activity is in the form of interviews about the obstacles faced and conducting an assessment of material sources based on Core Competencies and Basic Competencies (KIKD) which have been determined by the school. With the existence of KIKD, so as to facilitate the preparation of teaching materials that can be adapted to the educational needs of class XII SMK level.The outputs produced in this community service activity are in the form of learning modules, powerpoints (PPT) and learning videos that contain material about Corporate Income Tax and Personal Income Tax. The output of this activity has also been prepared based on the current tax regulations. The hope from the output of this activity is that teachers and students from SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang can gain knowledge of taxation that is currently in effect and can be used as a media to support online learning for SMKN 1 Tanjungpinang school.]]>

<![CDATA[Seoul Café is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is engaged in the culinary field by serving Korean specialties such as tteobokki, bibimbap, kimbap and other snacks that are produced by themselves to suit the taste of the Indonesian tongue. Seoul cafe is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Tanjungpinang and has been operating for 2 years. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an uncertain market demand for visitors to the Seoul Café, causing the human resources (HR) at the Seoul Café to be less organized, because as many as 40% of employees had to cut off employment due to the uncertainty of cafe visitors. The main goal that will be discussed in this practical work report is implementing cross functional training to increase the motivation for seoul café employees by creating a training module, the purpose of this training module is to improve workforce efficiency, performance quality, and better service to cafe customers and can be utilized as a learning knowledge, work attitudes in order to achieve certain work competencies. The module will be designed by using ADDIE model and will be handed over to related parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Every business requires an efficient and accurate accounting record system so that business owners can more easily find out the condition of business through financial reports that have been prepared using the recording system. This community service is carried out to support MSMEs who have difficulty in compiling an accounting record system. The MSMEs chosen for this service is the Kid's Kingdom Store, which is located at Nagoya Hill Mall, Batam. Kid's Kingdom Store has been operating for 10 years but does not have an efficient and accurate accounting record system. Kid's Kingdom Store uses a manual recording system and only records daily income. The research methods used in this service are observation, interviews, and documentation. This service is expected to help MSME owners to make financial reports such as income statements, statements of financial position, purchase reports, sales reports, and cash receipts reports. Recommendation for the future project is researcher can make a manual book for owner so that owner can recall how to use the system easily. <![CDATA[Rapid technological developments have brought changes, especially in the judiciary. Online case registration are using e-court services in which its services is issued by the Supreme Court in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Court Regulation Number 3 of 2018 Regarding of Cases Administration. The purpose of establishing an e-court is to realize the principles of justice in a simple, fast, and low-cost manner. Besides being able to do case registration online, e-courts are capable to summon litigants online get an up-front assessment of court fees directly, pay down-payment fees online by getting a SKUM (payment statement letter) and a Virtual Account Bank. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how to register a divorce lawsuit using e-court services within the Religious Courts and find out what obstacles occur when registering cases through e-court services. The implementation method used by the author is normative juridical with the identification of problems that occur in a comprehensive integrative manner, the data analysis used is qualitative analysis with secondary data studies. <![CDATA[The purpose of this community dedication that was done by executor to Kaca Cipta Mandiri is increasing their customer by 10% and about 10% of minimum income by giving a solution and idea for the problems faced by the owner of business. The main problem faced by the owner is lack of knowledge incessantly by using social media and implement the digital marketing. Usually, the workshop only provides goods by direct selling and worth of mouth strategy so that the business hasn’t growing rapidly and public still don’t have any knowledge about the workshop. Data collection of practical work is using 2 methods, that is survey and interview to find out the business’s background and problems that the business is facing. And using observation method that was useful for concluding the problems and proving ideas using digital marketing using one of promotion mix, that is direct marketing. The media used are Instagram, Whatsapp Business, E-catalogue, and Linktree Website. The result of implementing digital marketing is the availability of social media accounts such as Instagram, Whatsapp Business, E-catalogue and Linktree Website under Kaca Cipta Mandiri’s business name. The implement done created selling record for up to 5% and selling income for about 5% based on inquires over whatsapp business and suggestion for the next student creativity program is the usage of digital marketing that is currently being implemented can be added with more the latest various marketing systems.]]>
