Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications in Article 1 Paragraph 1 explains that a mark is a sign that can be displayed graphically in the form of images, logos, names, words, letters, numbers, color arrangements, in 2 (two) dimensions. , sound, hologram, or a combination of two or more of these elements to distinguish goods and/or services produced by persons or legal entities in the activities of trading goods and/or Services. Lyn'z Health & Beauty Care is a business engaged in health and beauty services. The reason for the owner of the brand is notregistering the "Lyn'z Health & Beauty Care" Brand yet is because the ownerof brand is unfamiliar with the trademark registration procedure, which is can conducted online via the DJKI website. Therefore,to do proper mark registration, it is necessary to provide assistance. The purpose of this community service is to register the MSME brand. There are 3 stages that used for implementation method., First stage is to identify problems owned by partner , The second stage is to have a preparation for solving partner problem and the And the third stage is implementation . The result of this community service is the registration of the Lyn'z Health & Beauty Care MSME brand, as provenby the receipt of an online application for the Lyn'z Health & Beauty Care Mark registration

Abstract

Warung Zikry merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan sembako yang sudah berjalan selama 3 tahun. Kendala yang ditempuh oleh Warung Zikry selama menjalankan kegiatan bisnisnya berupa belum adanya sistem POS (Point of Sale) yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu dalam mencatat data transaksi pembelian dan penjualan persediaan barang secara lengkap. Metodologi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan yang bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah praktis dunia modern. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut berupa sebuah aplikasi POS (Point of Sale) berbasis web dengan nama “SiKasir”. Implementasi penelitian tersebut memberikan banyak dampak positif dimana pemilik Warung Zikry sebagai pengguna merasakan kemudahan dalam melakukan pengisian ulang stok barang karena dapat langsung memantau jumlah persediaan barang yang sudah dicatat dalam sistem.

Abstract

After the enactment of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, as has been followed up with PP No. 7 of 2021 concerning the Ease, Protection, and Empowerment of Cooperatives and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, it has been regulated that "The Business Registration Number is valid as a single license, and is valid as identity and legality in carrying out business activities." With this legality, business actors can carry out their business activities with legal guarantees and certainty as regulated by applicable laws and regulations. The Nostalgia Coffee Shop Micro Business, which is owned by Barly Fahmi, does not yet have the NIB as referred to previously, therefore a socialization is needed in order to provide understanding to business actors, especially the owners of Nostalgia Coffee Shop in terms of the importance of business legality to provide legal guarantees and certainty for the implementation of a business. business activities. After conducting socialization, the author offers assistance in managing business legality in the form of NIB for Nostalgia Coffee Shop business actors, namely by submitting a PkM proposal and a guide to registering access rights for micro and small businesses on the OSS.go.id page. After being approved, the author provides assistance in managing the legality of the Nostalgia Coffee Shop micro business, namely by interviewing, observing and documenting methods.

Abstract

Wabah Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) yang telah mengguncang dunia mengharuskan sekolah untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar melalu daring atau study from home. Pengadaan bahan ajar digital menjadi prioritas menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara online ini agar pelajaran lebih mudah untuk dipahami. Studi ini mengarah kepada pembuatan bahan ajar digital yang berupa modul dan media presentasi dengan materi praktikum akuntansi perushaan manufaktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini berupa metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil luaran dari implementasi ini adalah modul yang mencakup semua materi dan media presentasi yang disusun berdasarkan dari modul. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu dapat menciptakan bahan ajar digital jenis lain yang dapat membantu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar melalui daring agar para siswa lebih tertarik dan mudah memahami pelajarannya.

Abstract

Mie Pangsit Ayam Bangka Mr. Dodo is a small medium enterprise business. It was founded by Mr. Liu Kuan Lie or to be called as Pak Ado at Ruko Grand Orchid Block A3 No. 10. Average income from the business itself per year is Rp 142,000,000 with an estimated average buyer of 22 people per day. The problems that they are facing right now are the lack of promotion which leads to making it difficult to bring in new customers, has never done a digital promotions such as do not have a social media account, and the location of the place which tends to be quiet. Methods in data collection used are by conducting interviews, observation, and from secondary data. The results obtained after a SWOT analysis were carried out, the authors got the results to be able to implement marketing strategy by creating an Instagram social media account and by making promotional video. Recommendations given to the business owner is to used the social media that has been created consistently.

Abstract

Employers who employ at least 10 workers/laborers are required to make company regulations. Company regulations are regulations made in writing by employers that contain work requirements and company rules and regulations. It is important to establish company regulations that are in accordance with the law to ensure that workers/laborers can work safely. The method used is empirical methodology, the authors go directly to the field to examine the actual situation in the practical work place and collect the required data and interview several related. After the necessary data is collected, the next stage is to analyze and then implement the project that has been designed by the author. To establish company regulations made by employers, it is necessary to consult with experts and trade unions in the process of establishing regulations. After the company regulations are drafted, workers can work as much as possible in accordance with company regulations and become more aware of labor laws.

Abstract

Bahan ajar merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tanpa bahan ajar, kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi tidak efektif bagi guru dan siswa. Bermula dari adanya kebijakan belajar online dari rumah menuntut untuk mengubah media pembelajaran menjadi daring (online). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun bahan ajar digital mata pelajaran pratikum akuntansi perusahaan jasa, dagang dan manufaktur pada SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang kelas 12 bidang keahlian bisnis dan manajemen, kompetensi keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga. Penyusunan bahan ajar didasarkan pada kompetensi dasar yang ditetapkan dan kebutuhan guru pengampu mata pelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar digital dalam bentuk softcopy untuk mata pelajaran Pratikum Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, Dagang dan Manufaktur. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk mendukung pembelajaran online dan membantu guru dan siswa/i dalam menjalani kegiatan belajar online.

Abstract

Agu Dump Trucks Rental Services has been established since 1990 but because of the lack of system that record transactions accurately, the business is hard to produce report that inform the financial condition of business and making difficulties to owners to make decisions in developing their business. The financial record system owned by Agu Dump Trucks Rental Services is still traditionally manual that causing slow data processing and ineffective preparation of financial reports. The method used in the implementation of this practical work is using primary data sources, where the data needed is directly obtained from related parties. The output result of the implementation of an accounting recording system are statement of financial position, income statement, statement of changes in capital, report on purchases and sales, and report on remaining debts and receivables. The recommendation for future student creativity program is to find the needed place which we can implement for good and correct accounting recording procedures.

Abstract

Twinkle_Olshop Batam Official is a business that sells various kinds of household items and decorative items. The problem faced by Twinkle_Olshop Batam Official lies in its marketing strategy. To overcome this problem, a digital marketing strategy was designed that aims to increase the marketing of Twinkle_Olshop Batam Official. The marketing strategy used is to create Instagram accounts and also videos about the products offered which will be shared on YouTube accounts. The research method used consists of seven stages, namely observation, problem identification, problem formulation, implementation, design, process analysis, and evaluation. The marketing strategy proposed to partners is relatively simple so that it is easy to implement. And if the partners continue to carry out the marketing strategy that has been proposed, of course it will increase the distribution range of partners products to be wider.

Abstract

Practical Work is done with the purpose to simplify transaction recording and produce financial reports for PT. Auto 88 Indonesia according to accounting principles that apply to MSMEs. Transaction recording of PT. Auto 88 Indonesia is done manually with Microsoft Excel, and financial report is not made. The solution to this problem is the creation of a computer-based program using Microsoft Access to record transactions and produce MSME financial reports. Data collection for the program is carried out by conducting interviews and operational observations of MSMEs. The accounting program with Microsoft Access is designed to match the data collected from the interviews. The financial reports produced in this program start from the profit/loss report, changes in equity report, statement of financial position, and so on. Implementation of Access program at PT. Auto 88 Indonesia by the owner is carried out after the program produced is in accordance with the needs. PT. Auto 88 Indonesia can record transactions in accordance with applicable MSME accounting principles and can produce financial reports. Thus, PT. Auto 88 Indonesia can find out new information that could not be known before through manual recording. Accounting records can be done neatly and systematically compared to before.
