Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

Independent internship are programs designed to provide opportunities for hands-on learning in related industries. Through this internship program, it helps to increase mutually beneficial cooperation between industry and campuses. This program also helps open opportunities for students to see how the industry works during the independent internship period. These activities namely, reviewing financial statements and calculating the annual corporate income tax at PT Anugerah Manajemen Abadi. The independent internship takes place from August 2022-January 2023. Students during the independent internship period will also be involved in internal discussions and meetings related to the project to be carried out, as well as study the tax regulations/accounting standard used to complete the project. The methods used for independent internship program at PT Anugerah Manajemen Abadi include literature studies, observation, exploration, and problem solving. Students are given the opportunity by PT Anugerah Manajemen Abadi to review 15 client companies, handle several official report of clarification from the tax office, attend meetings with internal companies and online meeting with client company management to reviewing financial statements. The briefing on the activities carried out during the independent internship at PT Anugerah Manajemen Abadi is very useful in preparing students before deal with workplace. However, this program should be further developed and exposed so that students have wider opportunities to explore learning in the industry.

Abstract

Laporan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang usaha minuman yang dijalankan oleh bu yati di kota batam dan biasanya di minati oleh orang tua yaitu wallet/birdnest. Bird nest ini terbuat dari air liur burung wallet yang khasiatnya sangat bagus untuk manusia terutama bagian paru-paru dan kulit, dari bulan maret 2020 sampai sekarang. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan yang berawal dari observasi dan wawancara lalu membahas masalah masalah yang terjadi di usahanya ini selanjutnya penulis merancang sistem yang bisa membantu permasalahan yang di alami bu yati. Hasil dari kerja praktek ini adalah menerapkan promosi salah satunya adalah pemasangan iklan di instagram dan pembuatan merk/logo agar produk lebih di percaya masyarakat dan lebih dikenal.

Abstract

This PKM activity is carried out with the aim of helping one of the MSMEs in Batam in designing a financial recording system that is in accordance with the wishes of MSMEs so that it can be applied to operational activities. The partner of this activity is the Heri Coffee Shop. Kedai Kopi Heri has done the recording before, Kedai Kopi Heri tends to only record manually using a book. This makes financial records so there is no efficient. This PKM activity is carried out by means of question and answer, observation. Accounting recording system designed with Microsoft Access. The outputs obtained from this system are general ledger, trial balance, income statement, statement of financial position, inventory report. The implementation stage consists of 3 stages, namely the stage of recognizing the features of a system, submitting and receiving the system that the author designed using Microsoft Access, and feedback from the MSMEs. The system has been implemented properly and can provide revisions to the accounting record system for MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian penulis merupakan bagian dari kegiatan akademis sekaligus salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penulis akan melakukan observasi untuk menemukan permasalahan yang ada dalam objek penelitian dengan tujuan dapat memberikan kontribusi dengan penyusunan suatu luaran proyek. Objek penelitian dalam serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu suatu badan usaha berbadan hukum yakni PT. Batam Maritim Ship Indo yang berdomisili di Kota Batam yang telah beroperasi sejak bulan Oktober 2019. Perseroan ini bergerak dalam bidang jasa penyediaan tenaga kerja penunjang atau yang biasa disebut dengan outsourching. Masa penelitian berlangsung selama kurang lebih 3 (tiga) bulan, yang dimulai pada akhir bulan Mei 2020 sampai dengan pertengahan bulan Agustus 2020. Untuk menjalankan kegiatan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian terapan yang berfokus untuk memberikan solusi dengan luaran proyek yang dapat langsung dipergunakan. Supaya proses kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan efektif, maka penulis melaksanakannya dalam 3 tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan yang terakhir yaitu tahap penilaian dan pelaporan. Penulis dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Selama proses pengumpulan data, penulis menemukan fakta bahwa perseroan membutuhkan draf perjanjian kerjasama penyediaan jasa outsourching yang nantinya akan dijadikan acuan perseroan dalam mengadakan perjanjian dengan pihak lainnya. Dengan demikian, penulis memutuskan untuk membuat draf perjanjian kerjasama jasa outsourching. Setelah penyusunan draf perjanjian selesai, penulis akan memberikan sosialisasi untuk persiapan penerapan di kemudian hari

Abstract

Alcoffee Coworking Space is a halal cafe and restaurant with a blend of three cultures, namely Indonesia, Japanesse and Western, and Alcoffee also presents a variety of food menus inspired by various cultures in the world. In a work activity within the company, there is a need to avoid work errors. The work errors usually do not have the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and this also affects the continuity and smoothness of a company. From this side it can be seen that in the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) the company can help the company's partners as well as on the consumer or visitor side, the advantage of the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for the company is that the company will always be applied for its discipline while, for the visitors will get service good and comfortable so that visitors will feel satisfied with the cafe. The research subject is a waiter at Alcoffee Coworking Space and the object of his research is the SOP for service, supervision and training for customer satisfaction. Knowing the identity of the work activities of Alcoffee employees, the preparation and design of SOP that are in accordance with the needs of employees so that they can work better and efficiently according to their position.The design of the output of this activity is intended to be able to find an expected outcome. The output of this activity is to provide support to the Alcoffee Coworking Space company regarding the importance of Standard Operational Procedure for the company and especially for staff and employees.With the achievement of customer desires and satisfaction due to every good treatment from employees, it will certainly eliminate the occurrence of customer distrust of the company's image, because it is necessary to maintain the quality of each and even improve the quality of the staff so that they will always develop better.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) is carried out with the aim of helping a school in Batam in compiling digital teaching materials that are in accordance with school needs so that they can be applied in online learning activities. The partner of this activity is SMK Kartini Batam. Previously, SMK Kartini Batam did not have digital teaching materials. This makes the learning process ineffective because it does not have digital teaching materials to make it easier for teachers to deliver learning materials online. This activity is designed to help with the school's problems. This PKM activity is carried out by interviewing, observing, and simulating teaching materials. Digital teaching materials compiled using Microsoft Power Point. The output produced from this digital teaching material is in the form of digital teaching materials per basic competency. The implementation stage consists of three stages, namely the introductory stage of the preparation of digital teaching materials, the provision of digital teaching materials, and the feedback process from the school. Digital teaching materials have been implemented well and can provide improvements in digital teaching materials for schools.

Abstract

This activity aims to help solve problems with Pecel Lele Pak Eko. The lack of knowledge of business owners about the promotion mix results in a lack of income for business owners. Therefore the authors designed a marketing system in the form of a promotion mix to further introduce this business to a wider range by relying on advertisements through social media and designing promotions to attract customers and potential customers. The writing and practical work activities were carried out by the author from September to December 2022. As for the method used by the author to obtain partner data, by observing and interviewing. Judging from the problems found by the author, there is a completion stage given to the Pecel Lele Pak Eko business owner so that the problem can be resolved. Several promotional mix variables used by the author consist of advertising, direct marketing, and sales promotion. The solutions provided by the author include making banners, electronic posters, advertising on social media, and bundle packages. The result of the implementation of the system that has been designed is the emergence of promotional activities that have not previously been carried out by Pecel Lele Pak Eko and the effect of increasing sales.

Cakrawala is a business that is engaged in catering services. The catering business owner still uses a manual accounting recording system for each transaction. Therefore, community service activities are carried out to design an accounting recording system. A system designed to facilitate every transaction that occurs in each accounting period at CV. Cakrawala. Creation of a system designed and implemented during the months of September - December which will be used accordingly. With the creation of this system, it is hoped that the CV. Cakrawala can be consistent in the use of a financial reporting recording system in order to produce financial reports that can be used as a basis for decision making.

Abstract

Promotion can be done in various ways, one of which is using digital or non-digital media, every UMKM competes to find consumers by doing the right promotion. Mie Residivis have food products with spicy flavors that are already doing quite a promotion, but the promotion itself has not been able to make the products dominate the market. The purpose of the study was to measure the extent of influence in terms of reach, engagement, reaction, analyzing the effectiveness of ads on Instagram Stories, Facebook posts, brochures, and banners. The implementation of the promotion mix strategy can provide an overview of the Mie Residivis on how to promote effectively in marketing. The results of implementing this new strategy indicate that there is a significant increase in the number of visitors/buyers.
