Abstract

The coffee industry has rapidly grown in many cities of Indonesia, including Batam. Currently, Starbuck is the big player for the international brand coffee cafe. The tight competition encourages local coffee cafes to design a digital marketing platform form of digital marketing. Social media as promotional media nowadays has become a current trend to introduce a product and become one of the solutions during a pandemic. Instagram ads are one of the most widely used promotional media to advertise products. The implementation of this program increases the efficiency of using Instagram ads at Hidea Coffee Shop. The evaluation has developed using the aspect of Insight Engagement Customer coverage. This tool helps Hidea Coffee Shop to reach the target market.

Abstract

Video marketing is a great way to increase business results. Video Marketing presents an opportunity for businesses to stir emotions and appeal to the needs of their audience. This study describes the process of making promotional videos to introduce facilitation, accreditation to achievements that have been achieved by SMA Al-Azhar Batam. By utilizing multimedia developments such as visual effects, it is hoped that it will attract more attention and facilitate the delivery of messages from this video. In the process of making promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 and Filmora software. Making this video through the process of observation and interviews with the school. The results of these observations and interviews produce outputs in the form of video marketing that will help the school to promote activities in the school environment. Video marketing is made using motion graphics methods so as not to watch and attract public interest in schools.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang dihadapi oleh Seafood Mama 288 karena pandemi COVID-19. Sejak pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda Indonesia, Kedai Seafood Mama 288 menjadi sepi pengunjung terutama wisatawan yang berasal dari Singapura ataupun Malaysia. Namun, setelah pandemi COVID-19, Seafood Mama 288 tidak lagi memiliki pelanggan tetap karena keberadaan Seafood Mama 288 yang belum diketahui oleh banyak pelanggan sehingga memerlukan peningkatan pemasaran. Pemasaran yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah E-Advertising di platform sosial media Instagram & Facebook sehingga Seafood Mama 288 dapat dikenal dan diketahui oleh banyak pelanggan. Pengumpulan data untuk merancang strategi pemasaran dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Metode promosi yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan langsung melalui Instagram. Selain itu juga mendaftarkan tempat usaha Gojek atau Gofood dan juga mencetak Spanduk & Brosur untuk meningkatkan pemasaran secara langsung.

Abstract

SMKS Globe National Plus 2 is one of the educational units with a SMK level that was established in 2017, the school still does not have a school management system. School activities related to students, teachers, and school employees are still carried out manually, where in its application this can be an obstacle including time effectiveness and efficiency, the report form is still in the form of hardcopy which can cause difficulties in finding data, and allows important data to be lost. . The methodology we apply in this research is applied research with the aim of solving the problems faced by SMKS Globe National Plus 2 Batam in this digital era. The result of this research is a school management system.

Education is a field that must be prioritized because students have various potentials in themselves. Abstract

The general development of the industrial sector that is not in sync with the provision of sufficient human resources for industrial and tourism management causes a very high demand for human resources. who can judge one of the characteristics of a country's progress from the quality of its education. Because education plays a very important role in impressing the next generation of the nation, to maximize regional development, the dynamics of regional autonomy must be utilized as much as possible by local governments. With the advancement of technology, globalization has become more and more important. We know that globalization has brought many foreign cultures to Indonesia and the possibility of changing the potential of unfamiliar cultural tools. In the design and implementation of applied research at SMK Negeri 2 Batam, the author uses standard methods in making learning media for the multimedia development life cycle. as for the application of this learning video media about the learning interest of the students of SMK Negeri 2 Batam.

Abstract

Kasus baru infeksi HIV mengalami peningkatan pada remaja, dan hampir setengah dari kasus tersebut tidak mengetahui bahwa sudah mengalami infeksiPendidikan seksual, terutama tentang HIV terhadap remaja merupakan salah satu strategi pencegahan efektif yang dapat dilakukan kepada remaja. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Ijabah ini menjadi bagian strategi tersebut. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diskusi, serta pretest dan posttest. Penilaian menyeluruh terhadap pengetahuan tentang HIV pada remaja santri Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Ijabah mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan (p<0,05) pada keseluruhan aspek, baik pengetahuan maupun sikap terhadap penyakit HIV setelah diberikan penyuluhan.

Abstract

Education is very important for every generation, especially the younger generation. However, the biggest obstacle in learning Indonesian is the lack of creativity in learning methods and media, which makes students bored with following the teaching and learning process in class and feel they have understood the material given. SMK AL-AZHAR Batam is a private educational institution managed by the Al-Azhar Batam Islamic Education Foundation. The learning process of teaching materials which is still done manually by the teachers of SMK Al-Azhar Batam is by explaining and explaining contents of the book in a monotonous manner. In this report, the author will carry out practical work at the SMK Al-Azhar Batam School in making Indonesian language learning media at the SMK level. The media will be package in a video learning media. Learning Media will be developt using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. The Learning Media will be implemented in the teaching and learning process in schools at Al-Azhar Vocational School

Abstract

This article discusses the English language teaching program for immigrant refugee children at Hotel Kolekta, Batam. The program aims to provide access to quality English education, help improve the communication skills of immigrant refugee children, and provide hope and encouragement in facing life's challenges. Innovative and engaging English teaching methods were successfully implemented, and the program positively affected the authors. The program provided valuable lessons on the importance of learning from and sharing with others of different cultural and social backgrounds.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Kampung Terih merupakan kampung tua yang memiliki luas sekitar 12 hektar yang terletak pada Kelurahan Sambau, Kecamatan Nongsa. Kampung Terih dikembangkan jadi destinasi wisata sejak tahun 2017 tepatnya pada 10 Desember, yang dikelola menjadi destinasi wisata digital itu milik satu keluarga yang terdiri dari empat orang. Desa Wisata Kampung Terih dibangun dengan pelantar kayu dengan konsep klasik di antara rimbunan hutan bakau yang ada disana, selain itu juga terdapat beberapa pondok dan spot foto yang instagramable. Jam operasional untuk. Desa Wisata Kampung Terih beroperasional setiap hari mulai dari pukul 08:00-18:00 WIB. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh Desa Wisata Kampung Terih adalah Semenjak terjadinya pandemi COVID-19, Desa Wisata Kampung Terih menjadi sepi dan wisatawan luar berkurang mengunjungi, hanya terdapat wisatawan lokal. Untuk meningkatkan pengunjungan wisatawan dan dikenal oleh masyarakat luas, Universitas Internasional Batam melakukan kerjasama dengan Desa Wisata Kampung Terih untuk rebranding melalui video promosi pada Desa Wisata Kampung Terih yang akan dirancang oleh penulis dengan menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cyle (MDLC) yang terdapat enam tahapan yaitu yaitu konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan distribusi. Video ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai media promosi dan informasi yang efektif untuk memperkenalkan Desa Wisata Kampung Terih kepada masyarakat dan meningkatan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung
