Abstract

McDonald's has had a huge impact on pop culture and fast food around the world. This company continues to adapt to changes in food trends and consumer demands and is committed to providing consistent and quality fast food. Implementing good management integration and good organizational structure must be prioritized by Mc Donald's. Several aspects illustrate Mc Donald's efforts in pursuing this, namely, Training and Education, Waste and Energy Management, Human Resources and Welfare, Commitment to protecting the Environment. The social responsibility aspect is very important for the McDonald's company. This research is aimed at analyzing the work and social culture that occurs at McDonald's, the method used in this research is descriptive data analysis, the conclusion that can be drawn is that McDonald's can ensure that every employee feels valued and has the same opportunity to contribute. This can also create a dynamic and innovative culture.

Abstract

SIS Collection mengalami kendala pada pencatatan, baik itu pada stock card maupun keuangan. Mereka masih melakukan keduanya secara manual pada buku dan Microsoft Excel, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan dan perhitungan. Hal ini memperlambat proses kerja mereka. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil metode pelaksanaan, ditemukan bahwa SIS Collection membutuhkan sebuah sistem akuntansi untuk menyelesaikan kedua masalah tersebut sekaligus. Sistem akuntansi tersebut dibuat dengan Microsoft Access dengan fitur-fitur utama yang diperlukan oleh mitra. Setelah pengimplementasian sistem tersebut pada mitra selama 2 minggu, mitra menemukan bahwa permasalahan yang mereka hadapi sebelumnya telah berkurang dengan drastis sehingga telah meningkatkan efisiensi operasionalnya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berikutnya dapat menambahkan fitur user untuk mitra sehingga lebih banyak staf yang dapat menggunakan sistem itu tanpa harus memperlihatkan semua informasi yang ada pada sistem.

Abstract

Technology is moving in a more modern direction, certainly allowing users to enjoy greater convenience and efficiency in its use. Of course, in this era of a growing economy, MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are encouraged by the government to take advantage of this development by adopting information systems in their business, both for record keeping and as a reference for their business performance. Berjaya Sport is a business that provides sports equipment, especially in badminton, ranging from equipment such as rackets, shoes, clothing and other accessories, not to forget the professional string service are provided here. With friendly prices, so that the satisfaction of regular customers is able to make Berjaya Sports one of the options for badminton sports fans in Batam City. With the development of business turnover continues to grow, with manual recording will certainly be tiring and less effective, and if the inventory card is lost requires them to recalculate their entire inventory. So, from these problems, the author is encouraged to help to implement an accounting information system to Berjaya Sport. As a result, the recording of transactions and digital inventory and reports that can be used as a performance reference can be accessed directly in the system. The objective of this project is to make partners more effective and efficient in both entering and analyzing their business

Abstract

Business competitiveness today is influenced by factors both internally and externally. For this reason, an effective and efficient operation and production strategy is required. These activities require demand estimation to be one of the keys in production planning and control. This means that forecasting will drive business decisions on the importance of quickly and accurately capturing information about demand. The output of the forecasting value can be the basis of production, capacity, and scheduling systems, financial planning, marketing and labor. Thus, the implementation of a forecasting method that is suitable for the data pattern and the level of accuracy or accuracy becomes an important instrument.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan dan mengembangkan pendapatan keluarga Desa Margo Mulyo melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan industri rumah tangga kerajinan sulam usus bagi perempuan Desa Margo Mulyo. Demikian juga, kegiatan ini akan berpengaruh langsung terhadap usaha sanggar kerajinan sulam usus karena akan mendapatkan mitra baru dalam berproduksi . Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan kerajinan tangan sulam usus. Dalam sosialisasi akan dijelaskan secara singkat tentang cara dan tahapan pembuatan berbagai kerajinan sulam usus. Pelatihan diberikan kepada perempuan warga Desa Margo Mulyo khususnya pembuatan kerajinan sulam usus. Kegiatan akan dilakukan di Desa Margo Mulyo Kecamatan Jati Agung Lampung Selatan, dengan sasaran khususnya adalah para perempuan dan masyarakat umumnya. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah melalui kerajinan sulam usus tersebut dapat menjadi salah satu pendapatan tambahan atau bahkan menjadi pendapatan utama bagi perempuan khususnya di desa tersebut dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga Desa Margo Mulyo. Tentu saja kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu program pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

This activity was carried out with the aim of helping PT. Glori Global is successful in facing its main problem, namely that there is no employee performance assessment. The method used in carrying out this activity is the interview method and the observation method which is carried out directly by visiting the location. This goal has been achieved with the results of the implementation of activities, namely having succeeded in creating a performance assessment form using the Management By Objective (MBO) method where division managers stated that by assessing employee performance, there was a positive increase in the company's operational efficiency, team productivity increased, and the relationship between management and employees becomes stronger.
