Abstract

Transport is the transfer of people or cargo from a place of origin to a destination. School buses are multi-capacity vehicles used to transport students to school. This study aims to determine how the Effectiveness of Free School Bus Public Transport Services in Mimika Regency. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis instrument used is quantitative analysis using effectiveness analysis tools. The results showed that the effectiveness of Free School Bus Public Transport Services in Mimika Regency was declared effective.

Abstract

The development of film has grown rapidly from year to year. Various film themes have been presented as a means of entertainment or to convey messages to people. This research aims to describe the message conveyed in a film by analyzing the content qualitatively in the presentation of the story of the film "Exhuma" which is a science fiction horror genre which describes two shamans who work together with a fengshui expert to save A wealthy family experiences a series of supernatural terrors, but it turns out everything is more complicated than just terror.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of instructional media on the development of students' personalities in the context of the digital and millennial era. Online learning media, social media, mass media, and audiovisual instructional media have significant effects, both positive and negative. While providing ease of access and expanding students' horizons, the use of these media also has the potential to create negative impacts such as laziness, decreased social interaction, and dependence on technology. This research utilizes a descriptive qualitative method to understand phenomena occurring in students. The importance of the teacher's role in effectively managing the use of instructional media to maximize its benefits in the learning process is also highlighted. In the context of online learning, challenges such as lack of teacher supervision and dependence on gadgets are also discussed. In conclusion, the use of instructional media must be carefully considered to ensure balanced and positive development of students' personalities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of raw material inventory control at the Jasun Factory in Mimika Regency. The method used by researchers is the Economic Order Quantity Method, Descriptive Method, and Comparative Method. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, documentation. The analytical tool used in this research is paired t-test. The results of this study indicate that the control of raw materials for Jasun Tempe Factory in Mimikia Regency has a significant difference in actual profit and EOQ profit at Jasun Tempe Factory.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of pastors in improving the quality and economic empowerment of the congregation in today's era. Pastors, as spiritual leaders, not only focus on spiritual aspects but also have the responsibility to empower the congregation in the economic field. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving closed observations with pastors, church leaders, and members of the congregation engaged in economic empowerment programs. Additionally, this study also observes economic programs initiated by the church, such as skills training, cooperative management, and community-based entrepreneurship. The findings of this study show that pastors play a crucial role in motivating the congregation to work hard, manage finances wisely, and create business opportunities. Through training, mentoring, and facilitation, pastors have successfully empowered the congregation to improve their economic well-being. Moreover, pastors also act as mediators between the congregation and external resources that can support economic empowerment. This study concludes that economic empowerment by pastors not only improves the material well-being of the congregation but also strengthens solidarity and commitment among church members in facing socio-economic challenges.

Abstract

Early marriage is a serious problem faced in Indonesia, including in Gunung Tuleh sub- district, West Pasaman Regency. This activity aimed to raise the awareness of students of SMAN 1 Gunung Tuleh about the health impacts and civil law in preventing early marriage through education on empowering the role of the family. This interactive socialization used various methods, including discussion and question and answer. The results showed an increase in students' knowledge of the dangers of early marriage, as well as an understanding of the role of the family in preventing it. It is hoped that this socialization can provide a comprehensive understanding of the negative impacts of early marriage on reproductive health, education, and economic welfare, thus contributing to a decrease in early marriage rates among adolescents in Gunung Tuleh.

Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia Police is one of the agencies that utilizes human resources. The role of human resources is very much needed in the institutional development process. The police agency operates in the military sector, namely defense and state security, so it requires quite large human resources. As members of the police, they have a large workload and responsibility in carrying out their duties. Excessive workload can have negative impacts such as low quality of work, physical fatigue, and decreased concentration. Factors that influence workload are divided into external and internal factors. Apart from the workload, police officers also have the responsibility to carry out their duties by using the power of action or discretion selectively and proportionally so that they can be legally accountable. High workload and responsibility can cause work stress which affects the performance of police officers. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence police workload and responsibilities and their impact on work stress and performance using a literature review method from 7 related national research journals.

Abstract

Cases of theft of company assets by unscrupulous employees are a criminal offense. Theft of company assets with entry permit facilities causes losses for the company, not only loss of assets, but also other legal consequences in the form of administrative sanctions from the government for the loss of goods with entry permit facilities. This research aims to understand the legal consequences for companies that are victims of criminal acts committed by unscrupulous employees considering that the goods stolen are imported goods with import duties exemption facilities which are the company's responsibility to the government authority that provides these facilities (for example: the Investment Coordinating Board and Directorate General of Customs and Excise). Next, examine whether administrative sanctions for the loss of company assets with import duty facilities fulfill the principles of justice for companies that are victims of theft by unscrupulous employees. This research is a Normative Juridical research with a legal approach and the concept of examining laws, research results and books to find legal theories, principles and views in the process of obtaining answers which are the main subject of this research.

Abstract

Law enforcement and good public service play a crucial role in maintaining the order and security of a country. This research aims to investigate the relationship between ethics and integrity among police officers. By analyzing the concepts of ethics and integrity within the police force, this study seeks to understand the key role that moral values and integrity play in policing. Through a qualitative approach, this research attempts to elaborate on how ethics and integrity can be pragmatically integrated into policing practices to improve the quality of public service and strengthen the relationship between the police and the community.

Abstract

This research examines the meaning and function of construction and carving in Istano Basa Pagaruyung as a representation of Minangkabau culture. Istano Basa Pagaruyung is a symbol of the uniqueness and richness of Minangkabau customs that is manifested in the physical form of buildings, pole structures, carvings, and other elements. This research uses a descriptive analysis approach to understand the philosophical, aesthetic and social values contained in these elements. The results show that each part of Istano Basa Pagaruyung not only has an aesthetic role but also symbolises the customary philosophy and cultural teachings that have been passed down from generation to generation.
