Abstract

This research aims to improve students' reading skills through the use of letter cards at SDK Joge. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive type with data collection methods in the form of observation, documentation interviews. The subjects in this research were all students at SDK Joge. The results of this research show that learning activities using letter cards for grade 2 students at SDK Joge have increased. This can be seen from the results of observations that there are several students who have difficulty reading. Reading difficulties in grade 2 students are caused by students who cannot yet distinguish letters of the alphabet, for example "F", "V". Apart from that, students are not yet able to read letters well and students are still unsure about pronouncing or pronouncing the letters designated by the teacher. Based on this problem, researchers used letter cards to improve students' reading skills at SDK Joge with assessment aspects in the form of arranging A-Z letter cards,recognizing and pronouncing or pronouncing letters correctly, arranging letter cards into words and spelling words. After carrying out learning activities using letter cards, there was an increase, namely from 16 students in class 2, initially there were 5 students who were able to read, now after learning using cards, there has been an increase to 14 students who can read well, and 2 students still need teacher assistance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the social competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Qur'an Kariman and its impact on the learning environment. The study used a qualitative approach with observation and interview methods, which allowed researchers to capture teachers' social interactions directly with students, colleagues, and parents. The observation results show that teachers in this madrasah have good communication skills and high empathy, which creates a conducive classroom atmosphere and supports students' character development. In addition, cooperation among teachers is harmonious, which strengthens the positive working climate in the madrasah environment. Teachers also use a mediation approach in handling conflicts between students, and actively communicate with parents to support student development. Overall, teachers' social competence in this madrasah plays an important role in supporting a holistic learning process and students' overall development.

Abstract

This article is created to analyze the influence of problem-based learning on vocational education through literature review methods from various sources discussing problem-based learning strategies on vocational education. Problem- based learning refers to a learning model that allows students to overcome problems through the stages of scientific methods and receive problem-bound science while widening real-life problem-solving skills. Vocational education is a type of education that aims to prepare individuals with the practical skills necessary to enter the workforce. This approach is geared towards exploring the influence of problem- based learning strategies in expanding students’ skills and knowledge in vocational fields. A review of literature investigates a wide range of studies that have been conducted in this title, including the practical and theoretical implications of implementing such strategies. The results of the analysis present an in-depth understanding of the contribution of problem-based learning strategies that can be used to curriculum development and learning in vocational schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to examine the study of Al-Mawardi's concept of leadership thinking and its relevance to contemporary leadership. This research method is literature study on research research and books related to Al Mawardi's thoughts. This research review below: Al Mawardi is a very productive writer and much of his work is in the form of writings in book form. One of his very popular works is Al Ahkam As Sulthaniyah Fi Al Wailaayah Ad Diniiyyah whose translation is The Laws of State Administration in Islamic Sharia. This study analyzes Imam Al Mawardi's thoughts in the contemporary context by paying attention to the opinions of related figures. The results of this study of Tooh's thinking reveal that Imam Al Rosedi still considers the people to have the right to impeach leaders who are deemed no longer worthy of being leaders even in a monarchical government.

Abstract

Character education is an effort made by teachers or schools as an effort to instill character values, religion, morals, ethics, to students through science. The role of education in fostering positive attitudes in students requires an in-depth approach directly in order to know how the character of the students so that it can play a role in fostering positive attitudes to students and can improve the character of the younger generation and the nation. This article discusses the approach in the role of character education in fostering positive attitudes of elementary school students using the literature study research method. Literature study research is an analysis of relevant literature sources to understand these aspects. The data and information obtained from the sources are then analyzed and compiled in the form of comprehensive writing. The results of this article show that the need for the role of character education in fostering positive attitudes of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to facilitate the process of learning math multiplication operations, using Lego Brick game media can help and also improve students' learning ability in working on problems with the media. The research method used is literature review. The study method is a scientific method used to obtain data or information for predetermined purposes and interests. The results of this article can be concluded that developing game media in the form of lego bricks to help improve cognitive math skills of 8-year-old children is very effective for applying the media as learning because it uses concrete and real objects, can solve problems in learning multiplication operations easily, and is not boring.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the role of human resource management in an organization. This article uses a literature review method (library research). From the discussion of this article, it can be concluded that human resource management has three functions, namely managerial function, operational function, and function to achieve organizational goals in an integrated manner. While some of the tasks of human resource management are stafl procurement, HR development, managing compensation, managing occupational safety and health, managing work relations and industrial relations. The main purpose of human resource management is to increase the contribution of human resources (employees) to the organization. It can be understood that all organizational activities in achieving their goals depend on the people who manage the organization. Therefore, humans must be managed well so that they can help the organization in achieving the organizational goals that have been determined, in order to achieve the goals of human resource management carried out by HR managers, line managers and outsourcing.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the activities and parenting styles implemented at the Muhammaddiyah Cingkariang Orphanage and to understand the efforts made by the orphanage in supporting education. The research findings reveal that the orphanage plays a crucial role in providing formal education services, offering elementary, middle school, and high school education, allowing children the freedom to choose their preferred schools. Additionally, the orphanage provides informal education, specifically religious education through Quran memorization. In summary, the Muhammaddiyah Cingkariang Orphanage fulfills the educational needs of orphaned children, aligning with their rights to both formal and informal education, similar to what they might receive in their biological families

Abstract

The main problem of this research is that the pilgrimage is a worship that is not performed all the time, this causes a low understanding of the pilgrims. Thus, it is necessary to have an effective Hajj ritual method to improve the ability to carry out the pilgrimage. This type of research is field research, with primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability and understanding of pilgrims in carrying out the pilgrimage. The use of the method used by the Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group at KBIHU Al-Hikmah is in accordance with government directives through circular letter number: B-15.006/DJ/Dt.II.I/Hj.01/04/2019 covering, lecture method, questions and answers, discussions, visual video screenings and pilgrimage simulations, so that KBIHU Al-Hikmah has implemented the Hajj rituals method. Apart from this method, there are two methods used, namely the informal method by approaching the congregation such as chatting casually and the guidance method assisted by the role of the group leader. Even though it was able to increase the understanding and ability of pilgrims in carrying out the pilgrimage, this did not increase 100%. Because, in fact, when carrying out the pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, pilgrims still need guidance from the Al-Hikmah Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the components that play an important role in achieving the goals in the vision and mission of educational units, which in turn determine the goals of national education. Professors who have good achievements and performance will have a positive impact on student growth and school sustainability, as well as on existing teaching staff. The research method in this article uses the library research method (Library Research) this research method concerns the method of collecting library data, Data collection techniques in this study use documentation and analysis techniques, The data studied uses critical analysis. Critical analysis usually focuses on certain views or values that are believed by researchers related to the problem of improving the quality of education - and documents - documents related to the problems studied by researchers. As a conclusion from the findings of this study, the writing above shows that what is meant by Job Performance Assessment is a system used to evaluate whether an employee as a whole has done his job well. This does not only cover the physical part of his job; it also includes many variables, such as work ability, discipline, team interaction, initiative, and leadership possibilities. This process is part of performance management that begins with formulating employee performance planning, which includes setting employee work targets (SKP) and measuring aspects such as quantity, quality, time, and cost in each task related to their position (pebriansyah, wilodati, & komariah, n.d). Employee work target (SKP) assessment is carried out by comparing actual performance achievements with previously set targets.
