Abstract

Technological advances have made a significant contribution to supporting education, particularly at the elementary school level. One of the challenges faced in the learning process for young children is how to convey color recognition material in an engaging and effective manner. This study aims to develop an Android-based educational application that introduces colors to young children in two languages, namely Indonesian and English. The development of the application was carried out using was conducted using the Prototype method to ensure the application design can be continuously improved based on user feedback. The application includes learning features, games, and interactive quizzes aimed at stimulating children's cognitive abilities through visual displays and sound. Based on initial testing, the application has proven effective in increasing children's learning enthusiasm and helping them understand color concepts and vocabulary more more easily in two languages. With its enjoyable and flexible presentation, this application has the potential to become an innovative learning medium for young children.

Abstract

The 3-phase, balanced electrical system is always solved per phase and displayed in a line diagram that matches the system. The purpose of the line diagram is to provide all the information you need. In various cases, the diagram will vary depending on the problem being solved. The use of technology in this project is the analysis of the power process from the Mega Watt (MV) distribution field, transformers, and low voltage electrical distribution systems. The purpose of this study is to measure the distribution of electrical output from the MV panel to both transformers to reduce the voltage from 60 kV to 380 volts and calculate the transformer voltage that comes from 20 kV to 380 volts or 400 volts. The amount of imbalance and stability results are less than 3%, as a result of the measurement stability results of 0.2% on the panel curve containing and 0.25% on the tension of the outgoing PUTR panel. The value of imbalance and electrical stability results from the PUTR 1.66% output panel is 2.97% and at PUTR 2 is 4.66%. To ensure that the imbalance is below 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based school information system as a solution to the ineffective dissemination of academic information at SDN Bojongsari 4. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this study is a web-based school information system with key features such as school profile, announcements, gallery, and academic information. The implementation of this system is expected to help the school manage and distribute information centrally and provide easy access for students, parents, teachers, and the general public. With this system, information delivery becomes more effective, efficient, and well-organized. Black Box testing shows that all system functions run as expected.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged various businesses to utilize websites as a medium for services and information. Best Computer, a store engaged in the sale, repair, and servicing of computer devices, faces challenges in providing information about its services to customers. This study aims to design a service and information website for Best Computer Store as a solution to the problem of limited service information and the status of device repairs, which are still carried out manually. The system was developed using the prototype method to meet the functional needs of the store. In the data collection process, this study involved observation, interviews with stakeholders, and literature review. The system implementation utilized the Laravel framework based on PHP and MySQL database, and system testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method. The research results indicate that the designed system can improve the efficiency of service information delivery and simplify the process of checking repair status in real-time. Additionally, the system facilitates customer access to product and service information, thereby enhancing the store's operational efficiency in managing the various services provided.

Abstract

The development of information technology over the past five years has driven the digitalization of business processes, including in small and medium enterprises such as laundry services. Maxima Laundry, as a growing business, faces challenges in managing employee attendance manually and requires an efficient digital solution that can be accessed remotely. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based employee attendance system using the Waterfall methodology. The system is equipped with real-time attendance tracking features and location verification using GPS and IP address. The implementation results show that the system improves transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in attendance management. It also allows business owners to monitor employee presence remotely, even when residing abroad. Future development recommendations include the addition of security features and user training to enhance system effectiveness.

Abstract

The educational establishment Pondok Pesantren Uzlifatil Jannah has been in operation since 2015. The need for a medium to spread information more widely has grown over time. In order to facilitate more efficient information distribution, Pondok Pesantren Uzlifatil Jannah's official website was created in 2023. The Waterfall method, which entails requirements analysis, planning, implementation, and system testing, was used to create the website during this internship program. The website's database technology and programming languages were MySQL, PHP, HTML, and CSS. This helps to increase the institution's visibility in the digital age by presenting information about its profile, educational programs, news, and new student registration in an organized and responsive manner.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, educational administration requires high efficiency and accuracy. TK Islam Baiturrahim previously relied on manual student registration methods, which caused various issues such as long queues, data entry errors, and limited access for student guardians. To address these problems, an online registration system was designed and implemented using a web-based platform and the Waterfall software development methodology. The system consists of two main modules: a user module (for student guardians) and an admin module (for school staff). Features developed include an online registration form, document upload, data validation, and applicant report generation. By applying the Waterfall approach, the system was built in stages—from requirements analysis, system design, and implementation, to testing and limited maintenance. The implementation results show that the system enhances the efficiency of the registration process, minimizes data errors, and improves accessibility for users. This system is expected to serve as a digital solution that supports the digital transformation of educational administration at the kindergarten level.

Abstract

CV Adidaya Tour and Travel masih menggunakan metode manual dalam promosi dan pemesanan paket wisata, yang menyebabkan berbagai kendala operasional seperti keterlambatan pemrosesan data dan kurangnya efisiensi layanan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web guna memfasilitasi pencarian dan pemesanan paket wisata secara digital. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode SDLC model Waterfall dan mencakup fitur pencarian, pemesanan online, serta pengelolaan data oleh admin. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan kemudahan layanan bagi pelanggan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendigitalisasi layanan pemesanan wisata.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of dead band measurements on a 50 Wp polycrystalline photovoltaic (PV) system at the Pamulang University Solar Power Plant (PLTS). Dead band is a phenomenon where changes in power input are not followed by significant changes in output, which often occurs in solar panel-based energy conversion systems. In this study, PV panels were tested with various levels of coverage (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) to simulate partial shading conditions. Voltage, current, and power measurements were carried out using a National Instruments (NI) USB-6212 integrated with LabVIEW software, while light intensity was measured with a lux meter. The results showed that increasing light intensity generally increased the panel output power, but efficiency decreased as the panel temperature increased. In addition, the larger the panel coverage area (dead band), the more significant the decrease in power produced. Dead band conditions were also identified in certain voltage and current ranges, where increasing light intensity no longer provided an increase in power. These findings provide important insights for the design and development of power management systems in solar power plants, especially in mitigating the impacts of lighting variations and partial shading, so that the stability and efficiency of the resulting energy can be improved.

Abstract

In the business and industrial world, vendor selection is very important because it has a direct impact on the success and efficiency of a company's operations. However, subjective factors and the lack of a systematic approach often affect this process. The purpose of this study is to develop and compare Decision Support Systems (DSS) using three Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods: Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Weighted Product (WP), and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Data collected from five vendor evaluation criteria are price, product quality, delivery distance, after-sales service, and after-sales service. The results of data processing show that each method produces different vendor rankings, but the SAW method produces the most consistent and easy-to-understand results.
