Abstract

A web-based helpdesk information system plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and quality of services in companies. This research aims to design and develop a web-based helpdesk information system using the Agile method, with a case study at PT Geotech Efathama. The Agile method was chosen for its flexibility and adaptability to dynamic user needs. The designed system includes features for issue reporting, task scheduling, and ticket resolution tracking, streamlining the management of technical issues. The research results indicate that the Agile method improves user satisfaction and accelerates problem-solving processes..

Abstract

Pregnancy is a condition that is vulnerable to various disorders, both at the beginning and in the last weeks of pregnancy. Some disorders that are often experienced by pregnant women include hyperemesis gravidarum, preeclampsia, anemia, ectopic pregnancy, placenta previa, placental abruption, and urinary tract infections. Pregnancy disorders cannot be considered as ordinary disorders because they involve two lives, namely the lives of the mother and the unborn baby. Based on the 2012 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI), the maternal mortality rate (MMR) was 359 per 100,000 live births, which has increased compared to the 2007 survey which recorded the MMR at 228 per 100,000 live births. Therefore, this research develops an expert system to diagnose disorders in pregnant women using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method. The CBR method uses an approach by utilizing knowledge from old cases to provide solutions to new cases. The results of this research can provide information to pregnant women about various types of pregnancy disorders, so that they can know and understand the disorders they experience early on. This system is website-based, so pregnant women can access the application anywhere and anytime as long as they are connected to the internet. The highest diagnostic value based on the old case and new case approach was 38.89% with a diagnosis of placenta previa.

Abstract

The transportation industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development, driven by technological advancements, particularly in the application of machine learning. This technology presents significant opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimize travel routes, and improve service quality within the transportation sector. This article aims to explore the implementation of machine learning in the transportation industry in Indonesia, focusing on how this technology is used for predictive analysis, route planning and optimization, and sentiment analysis of online transportation services such as Gojek, Grab, and Blue Bird. The research employs various machine learning algorithms, including decision tree, random forest, support vector machine, and neural networks, to analyze big data obtained from multiple platforms and sources, with the goal of predicting delays, analyzing consumer preferences and behavior, and forecasting transportation demand. Additionally, sentiment analysis is applied to understand user perceptions of service quality and how companies can respond to user feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. The findings of this study demonstrate that the application of machine learning significantly contributes to reducing operational costs, improving fleet management, accurately predicting transportation needs, and enhancing user experience. This article also discusses the challenges faced in implementing this technology in Indonesia, such as issues related to infrastructure, data management and user privacy, as well as the adoption of technology by both users and service providers. Despite these challenges, the application of machine learning in Indonesia's transportation sector shows great potential for increasing competitiveness and innovation in the future, providing positive impacts on the sustainability of the industry and meeting the increasingly complex transportation needs of society.

Abstract

MSMEs of Chicken Noodles often face difficulties in managing orders manually which leads to irregularities in order management and customer service. This ordering application is designed to make it easier for customers to order chicken noodles online, as well as to help business owners manage and monitor orders efficiently. The development process of this application uses the Waterfall approach which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. The main features in this application include selecting a chicken noodle menu, order management, payment confirmation, and tracking order status integrated with the raw material inventory management system. This application also provides sales reports that can be used by business owners to analyze business performance periodically. The results of the application development show that the online ordering system that is built can increase efficiency in order management and speed up the service process to customers. By using the Waterfall method, application development is structured and produces products that are in accordance with the needs of MSMEs of Chicken Noodles, as well as providing convenience for customers and business owners.

Abstract

Recognition of Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) is one of the main challenges in supporting communication for deaf and mute people. This study aims to examine the application of machine learning algorithms in BISINDO recognition through a systematic review of several scientific journals. The analysis was conducted to identify trends, research gaps, and the potential contribution of this technology in supporting inclusive communication. The results show that algorithms such as CNN, YOLOv8, and Mediapipe provide high accuracy in hand gesture detection and classification. Further research is needed to refine this technology, especially in terms of representative datasets and real-time implementation.

Abstract

In this study, we will look at five journals that deal with the development of web-based information systems. We focus on new trends, technology, and how this affects human capital. Web-based information retrieval systems have become an increasingly important solution for improving the efficiency and accuracy of retrieval in many businesses. According to research, many techniques, including as prototyping and extreme programming, as well as the use of PHP and MySQL databases, may be used to create systems that meet the needs of a business. This study found that using a web-based information management system not only improves accuracy and efficiency, but also makes data management easier. As a result, organizations may focus more on achieving better results and growing human capital. As a result, this training provides valuable knowledge for researchers and practitioners who want to implement a more effective and efficient system of measurement.

Abstract

In the era of digital technology, technological advances have changed the way people interact, but have also increased cases of cyberbullying, especially among children and adolescents who use the X application. Cyberbullying perpetrators feel safe from direct consequences because of the anonymity of the internet. The Indonesian Psychological Practice Foundation (YAPI) is concerned about this problem and plans to develop an application to analyze public opinion about cyberbullying on social media X. This study aims to analyze public opinion using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes Algorithms, and identify the most efficient and accurate methods in terms of speed and accuracy. Data from the X platform will be taken using Python, processed through preprocessing, and stored in a MySQL database. This study is expected to determine the superior method between SVM and Naïve Bayes, as well as provide a better understanding of preprocessing techniques in analyzing opinions on social media, thereby improving the quality and relevance of the analysis results.

Abstract

The Caringin Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) is an institution responsible for providing counseling and guidance to farmers in the Caringin region regarding effective agricultural methods, especially in the food sector. Amid unstable weather changes, farmers in BPP Caringin face uncertainty in weather forecasting that affects their agricultural production. The lack of information from BPP in mitigating the weather increases the risk of farmers because farmers often plant not according to the season.To solve this problem, it requires a system that is able to predict the weather more accurately. The authors in this study used the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method as an effective solution. By integrating neural networks and fuzzy logic, ANFIS can improve weather forecasting accuracy. The use of PHP software with TensorFlow and Scikit-Fuzzy became a technical solution for efficient ANFIS model development. In addition, to store a data, then use MySQL. Through model training using historical weather data, we hope to provide more reliable weather predictions to support farmers in better decision making. It is hoped that this solution can reduce the risk of losses caused by weather uncertainty for farmers in BPP Caringin.It is hoped that with the implementation of the ANFIS method and the development of more accurate models, farmers in BPP Caringin will reduce the risk of losses due to weather uncertainty. More reliable weather predictions are expected to enable farmers to make informed decisions regarding planting time, crop maintenance, and harvesting. This solution is expected to not only benefit farmers in the region, but also become a foundation for the development of better and wider weather prediction systems, increasing overall agricultural productivity.

Abstract

The growth of digital companies such as Unelma Pictura has created a demand for efficient and secure data storage systems. Currently, data exchange activities rely heavily on personal devices, WhatsApp groups, and physical media such as flash drives and external hard drives. This leads to decentralized file management, low efficiency, and high data security risks. Therefore, a solution in the form of centralized data storage is needed to enhance productivity and security. This study implements Private Cloud Storage based on Nextcloud on Linux Debian as a centralized data storage solution. The method employed follows the Waterfall system development model, which includes analysis, design, installation, configuration, and system testing. Data collection techniques used in this research consist of observation, interviews, and literature review. The system is designed to be accessible through a local network via an IP address or a public network using a custom domain. The test results indicate that the implementation performs well and meets the company’s needs. Server testing with 2–4 PCs shows CPU usage increases from 22.9% to 45.1% during upload and from 3.1% to 7.2% during download, while memory usage remains stable. This system has proven to enhance efficiency, security, and productivity in the company's data management.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era has had a significant impact on various sectors, including healthcare. One notable advancement is the implementation of web-based information systems, which facilitate efficient and organized access to data and information. Klinik Pratama Bhakti Asih in Tangerang City, as a healthcare provider, still relies on manual systems for patient registration and queue management, which hampers efficiency and increases waiting times. This research aims to design and implement an online registration information system based on the Waterfall method to enhance service quality. The system enables patients to register, view doctor schedules, and obtain queue numbers online without having to visit the clinic. Using a qualitative approach and case study, data were collected through observations and interviews with clinic staff and patients. It is expected that the implementation of this system will reduce patient waiting times, speed up administrative processes, and improve the management of patient data at Klinik Pratama Bhakti Asih.
