Abstract

Inadequately managed asset inventories remain a common issue in educational institutions. Sekolah Tinggi Teologi IKAT (STT IKAT) in South Jakarta still performs inventory recording manually using Microsoft Excel, resulting in several problems, including data inconsistencies, difficulties in monitoring assets, the absence of location and transfer history records, and delays in generating inventory reports. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Inventory Information System as a digital approach to asset management at STT IKAT. The system was developed using an iterative method consisting of requirements identification, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. System design employed UML modeling, including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, supported by an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for database design. The developed system provides two user access levels, namely Super Admin and Admin, and includes features for managing inventory data, recording asset locations and conditions, tracking inter room transfers, handling borrowing activities, and generating room-based inventory reports. The implementation results indicate that the system contributes to more effective inventory management, enables real-time asset monitoring, and produces reports more quickly and accurately than the previous manual approach.

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a financial and sales recording information system at Kantin Dinda in the Ventura Building based on a Progressive Web App (PWA). Kantin Dinda has been facing constraints in manual transaction data processing for both cash and QRIS payments, which triggers the risk of data loss, unstructured recording, and delays in presenting daily, weekly, and monthly income summaries. The research methods applied include field observations, interviews, and system development using the Agile Scrum approach. The result of this research is the "Kantin Dinda Ledger" application based on PWA, which is capable of integrating transaction data automatically, simplifying financial reporting, and increasing the operational efficiency of the canteen so that managers can monitor business performance accurately and structured.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven educational transformation through the use of interactive multimedia as a learning medium. Although the Duolingo application is widely used, most previous studies have focused primarily on testing its effectiveness on user learning outcomes, while specific analyses regarding its interactive feature architecture remain limited. This study aims to analyze the implementation of interactive multimedia features in the Duolingo application as a digital language learning medium. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing direct observation of the application system without involving user questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted through screenshot evidence reduction, narrative data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on multimedia standard literature. The results indicate that Duolingo has comprehensively implemented text, visual, and audio elements to create two-way communication. Interactivity is strongly built through microphone-based pronunciation evaluation features, instant feedback systems, and an integrated gamification approach. In conclusion, the feature anatomy in Duolingo meets the criteria for responsive and adaptive interactive multimedia, making it highly functional in facilitating users' self-directed learning.

Abstract

Driven by advancements in information technology, academic institutions are urged to enhance their data management workflows, including the supervision of student conduct. SMAN 18 Kabupaten Tangerang currently handles violation tracking, point allocation, and disciplinary reporting through manual procedures. Consequently, the school encounters operational bottlenecks, such as delayed updates, potential data misplacement, and sub-optimal student monitoring. Addressing this issue, this research aims to design a Digital School Discipline Information System based on the Waterfall method. The sequential nature of the Waterfall model ensures a structured development process, spanning from initial requirements analysis to final system maintenance. The system is engineered using PHP, with MySQL serving as the primary database management system. Key features deployed include student record keeping, infraction and achievement logging, point tracking, comprehensive reporting, and an automated notification system for students. The outcome of this study indicates that the newly developed platform successfully delivers faster, more accurate, and highly efficient data processing. Additionally, it empowers homeroom and counseling teachers to track student discipline through a centralized, digital ecosystem.

Abstract

CV. Karya Mandiri is a trading company specializing in staple goods that has been in operation since 1994 and employs approximately 35 people. In its day-to-day operations, particularly in order data management and administration, the company still relies on a manual spreadsheet-based system. This has led to several issues, such as data inconsistencies, time-consuming record-keeping processes, and the risk of errors in data processing. The objective of this internship is to implement a program for converting order data from spreadsheets into a MySQL database in order to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of administrative data. The methods used include observation, interviews, and literature review, as well as system development using the SDLC method with a waterfall approach, which encompasses the analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The scope of the system includes the conversion of spreadsheet data into a database, structured data storage, and more integrated order data management. The expected outcomes of this system are to minimize data entry errors, speed up the report generation process, and support the digitization of administrative processes at CV. Karya Mandiri.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong perusahaan untuk menerapkan sistem digital dalam berbagai aktivitas operasional, termasuk pengelolaan data kehadiran karyawan. Presensi karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena berkaitan dengan tingkat kedisiplinan, evaluasi kinerja, serta perhitungan hak dan kewajiban karyawan. Namun, masih banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan metode presensi konvensional, seperti tanda tangan manual dan mesin fingerprint, yang memiliki berbagai kelemahan, antara lain potensi terjadinya kecurangan berupa titip absen, keterbatasan fleksibilitas, serta kesulitan dalam melakukan rekapitulasi data secara cepat dan akurat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi presensi karyawan berbasis Android yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam proses pencatatan kehadiran. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dilengkapi dengan fitur login pengguna, presensi masuk dan keluar berbasis waktu dan lokasi menggunakan teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS), pengelolaan data karyawan, riwayat kehadiran, rekapitulasi data otomatis, serta pembuatan laporan presensi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu menjalankan seluruh fungsi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, mempermudah proses presensi secara real-time, meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses pengolahan informasi kehadiran, serta mengurangi potensi kecurangan dalam pencatatan presensi. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi GPS memungkinkan perusahaan untuk memverifikasi lokasi karyawan saat melakukan presensi sehingga data yang dihasilkan lebih valid dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Dengan diterapkannya aplikasi presensi karyawan berbasis Android ini, perusahaan dapat mengelola data kehadiran secara lebih terstruktur, efisien, dan terintegrasi sehingga mampu mendukung peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia serta efektivitas operasional perusahaan.
