Abstract

The creation of educational services at MI Nurul Hidayah School has experienced obstacles and errors in the administrative process. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to implement an information and technology system that is computerized, fast, precise, and accurate.By implementing a good information system and technology, schools can automate the submission and administration process. This will help in making reports and administrative services that are fast and precise, reduce the time required by students in the administrative process, and minimize errors that may occur. The application of computerized information systems and technology will help replace or improve manual processes that are prone to human error. This system will help manage data more efficiently, increase accuracy, and reduce the risk of administrative errors.The academic information system is a solution that can help overcome problems in the world of education, especially in organizing workflows in academic institutions. By utilizing information technology, this system can support operational activities in the field of education. The academic information system created at MI Nurul Hidayah School has the main objective to facilitate users, especially teachers and students, in managing school academic data. The data includes grades, attendance, and financial information. With this system, it is expected that the academic data management process can be more efficient and structured. Based on the research and testing conducted, it can be concluded that 80.25% of respondents stated that this application is feasible to use to assist users in processing school academic data. This shows that the majority of respondents feel this system is useful and can meet their needs. However, 19.75% of respondents stated that this application still needs to be developed again. This indicates that there are still some shortcomings or features that need to be improved or added in this academic information system. Feedback from respondents who consider the need for redevelopment can be the basis for making improvements and improvements to the system. Overall, the use of the academic information system at MI Nurul Hidayah School can provide benefits in managing academic data. However, it is important to continue to evaluate, develop and improve so that this system can continue to meet user needs and make an optimal contribution to education.

Abstract

Di dalam dunia bisnis terutama dalam dunia perdagangan pembelian dan penjualan baik menggunakan metode penjualan tunai, kredit atau kerja sama yang lainnya. Sistem penjualan alat-alat Kesehatan ini umumnya menggunakan metode pembayaran cash atau kredit otomatis ini akan menjadi kendala bisnis bagi si pemilik perusahan dan ini akan menjadi salah satu metode pembelian atau penjualan yang baik karena dapat menjadi solusi untuk mencegah munculnya kekeliruan yang berulang  menggunakan sistem ini dapat akan memudahkan Kerjasama dalam jual beli agar dapat memantau barang-barang yang ada di perusahaan tersebut agar tidak lagi menggunakan sistem yang manual serta memudahkan bagi karyawan dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Pada sistem ini juga dapat menggunakan model penjualan tunai, kredit yang bertujuan agar pemberkasan dan rekap data pada admin Gudang maupun admin office tetep belence dan meminimalisir kesalahan. Cara kerja metode ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknolog RMI ( Remote Method Invocation) yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui jumlah stok barang digudang dan dapat memudahkan karyawan dalam mengelola data dari dua atau lebih computer yang berbeda dengan aplikasi ini pemilik perusahaan dapat memprediksi berapa banyak kebutuhan barang yang harus  disediakan untuk stok agar dapat dijual ke customer dengan melihat data penjualan yang sudah tersinkronisasi dengan data member.

Abstract

System can be defined as interconnected elements in order to complete a task. Moreover, there are four components that are need to be involved to develop a system. These four elements are input, process, output and control. With the development of technology nowadays, it gives significant benefits in problem solving fields including problems in educational fields in this case junior high school. Based on our observation and interview with the stakeholders of SMP Negeri 2 Airmadidi, we decided to design an information system that covers the school’s facilities which are the library and the school’s medication unit. The current system is not computerized. Therefore, using structured analysis which is the Data Flow Diagram this study aim to develop a system that can be implemented in the future.

Abstract

The attendance system is an important part of managing student attendance at school. In the digital era, using the web can increase the efficiency and accuracy of the attendance process. Therefore, this journal aims to analyze and design a web-based attendance system for SMKN 11 PGRI. The method used includes needs analysis, system design and prototype implementation. The result of this study is an attendance system that increases efficiency and accuracy and makes it easier to track student attendance at SMKN 11 PGRI. This study identified the need for SMK 11 PGRI to build an attendance system through interviews with the school and related users. The design of a web-based attendance system includes a user interface, attendance function, integration with student data, and attendance report design. The implementation of the attendance system prototype using the selected technology gives satisfactory results in terms of efficiency, accuracy and availability of information. The implemented web-based attendance system allows students to take easy-to-use web-based online classes. Student attendance data will be automatically stored in a central database that can be seen by teachers and school staff. Additional functions such as attendance notification, attendance reporting, and real-time attendance monitoring have also been realized. Testing of this attendance system prototype has achieved satisfactory results in terms of efficiency, accuracy and availability of information. The application of this prototype attendance system provides an easier and more integrated solution for the school attendance process. The use of web-based technology also allows easy access and real-time tracking of student attendance. In conclusion, this web-based attendance system is expected to improve student attendance management at SMKN 11 PGRI and become the basis for further development.

Abstract

Software testing is often interpreted as testing software or applications that are developed and do not have other parts in them. But in fact, software testing or application testing carried out by a software tester has other parts besides the tests being carried out. This section discusses testing with black box testing. The equivalence partitioning technique is used here for selection, and it is only used to test whether there are errors in the following aspects: system function, interface, data structure or data access, performance, and initialization. The number of forms tested is 3, which are the registration form, transaction form, and sales report. Each form is tested by entering some common input data. The research results show that in the application of material sales, software testing adopts the black box testing method and the equivalence partitioning technique. However, there is still a form where the output results are not as expected in the design due to errors. Errors that may occur due to wrong lines of code (syntax) Therefore, it is necessary to update the grammar to fix the error.

Databases or we often spell data base is a collection of records of various parts of knowledge. The database studies information science, a database has a very structured explanation that is stored neatly. The task of the activity this time, the maker is working with an entrepreneurial place with the name BakerOld which is in Ciledug Tangerang, this time the author is contributing to an entrepreneur place that has problems with supplying stock in its warehouse. The author conducts a data analysis and makes a prototype of the supply of goods in and out, which is intended to make it easier to manage the course of production. Application projects can be used by a company that is assisted by hardware and software in internal and external connections. Very different applications have different system requirements and a program can be used and run to copy data when not connected to the internet and then make changes to the new database when connected to the internet. By using MySQL which can provide a private simulation of the internet or a network of various PCs even though they are not connected to a network card or switch. With the use of MySQL this will build a database system. The benefit of the database system is that clients and users can share databases from various servers, so that every change in the database will be stored in the database..

Abstract

Effective knowledge in managing knowledge in information systems of information technology-based organizations is a complex challenge. In the face of rapid change and fierce competition, organizations need to adopt appropriate strategies to optimize the use of knowledge in the context of technology-based information systems. The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature review using qualitative methods in understanding effective knowledge management strategies in information systems of information technology-based organizations. The qualitative literature review method is used to collect, analyze, and synthesize existing relevant research and literature. The results of this literature review reveal that effective knowledge management strategies in information systems of information technology-based organizations involve several key aspects. First, efficient knowledge management involves identifying relevant and strategic knowledge, organizing knowledge, as well as utilizing information technology to facilitate access to and sharing of knowledge across the organization. In addition, the use of appropriate information technology in information systems of information technology-based organizations is also an important element in this strategy. The use of knowledge databases, collaboration platforms, and integrated information systems enables organizations to effectively manage and disseminate knowledge.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, with increasingly advanced developments, the internet is a necessity for everyone in carrying out activities. Reservation or borooking a hotel room is an activity where a customer comes to the hotel to order a room and stay in the room that has been booked. Orders are made by customers, at Hotel Royal Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta, the ordering process and data collection of customers who will stay are still done manually. So that customers have to come to the hotel to place an order directly. This hotel room booking information system is an application that can help speed up registration or registration at the reception. Cancellations can also be managed directly by the admin or receptionist. Thus providing another convenience in placing an order. In addition, the hotel room booking system at the Hotel Royal Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta also experienced problems in terms of managing hotel capacity which was limited during the COVID-19 pandemic. This can cause confusion and dissatisfaction for guests who have made reservations but did not get the desired room. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design a better system using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) in order to overcome the above problems. In this model, an inventory management system and room cleanliness are needed that are integrated with the booking system to ensure the availability of safe and comfortable rooms for guests. In addition, a pricing system is also needed that can adjust room rates according to demand and room availability.

Abstract

Bisnis minuman sarang burung walet “BirdnestJoy” pada saat ini menjadi minuman kesehatan yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Minuman sarang burung walet ini terbuat dari air liur burung walet yang mengeras. Minuman sarang burung walet ini memiliki banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan tubuh. Bisnis minuman sarang burung walet mengalami pertumbuhan yang cukup pada saat ini perkembangan dunia bisnis menjadi faktor utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan perencanaan dan strategi inovasi pada bisnis sarang burung walet “Birdnest Joy” agar dapat mengembangkan bisnis tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa “Bird Nest Joy“ dapat menggunakan metode Business model Canvas (BMC) dan 10 Types o f Innovation untuk membuat perencanaan bisnis dan meningkatkan pengembangan bisnis yang pada saat ini mengalami persaingan yang ketat dengan pengusaha lainnya. Inovasi yang dilakukan melalui merubah strategi pemasaran dan bisnis model yang dibuat mengalami penguatan pada aspek pelanggann Customer Engagement, Channel Distribution.
