<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of capital intensity, company size, and sales growth on tax avoidance. The independent variables in this study are capital intensity, company size, and sales growth, while the dependent variable is tax avoidance. The object of this research is to industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2021. This type of research is quantitative with the data collection method used as the secondary method obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study was 55 companies. The sampling method was 13 companies with research for 5 years so 65 observation data were obtained. Data processing using Ms. Office Excel and the EViews 10 application program. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), capital intensity variables, company size and sales growth affect tax avoidance. The results of partial hypothesis testing (T-test) show that the capital intensity variable and company size have no effect on tax avoidance, while the sales growth variable has a negative effect on tax avoidance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the changes before and after the construction of the Way Sekampung Dam in Pagelaran District to the social and economic conditions of the community. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and using primary data. The samples used, taken based on the Purposive Sampling technique in communities affected by land acquisition, totaled 79 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The analytical tool used in this study was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, because the data in this study was not distributed normally. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the economic and social conditions of the communities affected by land acquisition in Pagelaran District before and after the construction of the Way Sekampung Dam. <![CDATA[Effective education will encourage intellectual, active and creative development, and change one's personal or professional identity based on the experience or knowledge concerned. In order for students to learn effectively and achieve certain goals, teachers must be persistent in developing lessons using various methods, models and teaching techniques. The formulation of the research problem is how is the implementation of the gallery learning model running on student learning activeness in PPKn?. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the gallery walk learning model for student learning activeness in PPKn. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and data verification. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model in Improving PPKn Learning Outcomes for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. This research is included in the Experimental Design research. The population of this study included all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Merangin which consisted of 2 classes, two classes of the total population, namely VIII F (Experimental Class) and VIII D (Control Class) as research samples. The test instrument in this study was in the form of practice questions. Based on the results of the study, the data obtained in the normality and homogeneity tests were also normally distributed and homogeneous, then in the paired sample test it was found that the sig (2 tailed) value was 0.00 or less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Significance of the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model for the learning outcomes of Civics subjects in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. So it can be said that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, namely the final result is that there is an influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on learning outcomes in PPKn subjects for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Merangin.]]>

<![CDATA[− Evaluasi Hakim Konstitusi tidak pernah diatur dalam undang-undang tentang mahkamah konstitui, namun dalam praktek sebagaimana dilakukan Komisi III DPR RI terhadap Hakim Konstitusi Aswanto adalah suatu anomali hukum. Penelitian ini hendak mengkaji eksistensi evaluasi hakim konstitusi dalam aspek politik hukum. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kasus (case approach), pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, pertama, konsep evaluasi hakim konstitusi secara konseptual tidak dikenal karena eksistensinya hanya menggangu independensi dan imparsialitas hakim konstitusi. Kedua, Politik hukum yang menyertai revisi undang-undang Mahkamah Konstitusi terutama terkait dengan penambahan ketentuan evaluasi hakim konstitusi tidak mempunyai ratio legis yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan hanya berdasarkan ”emosi politik”.]]>
