Abstract

There are quite a number of tofu producers in South Jakarta. However, in its development, business activities that have been carried out for decades have not been able to improve the welfare of the perpetrators. The problems faced include environmental pollution due to the waste produced and weak business management, such as the absence of HPP determination and bookkeeping of business activities. In this regard, community service activities will be carried out with the aim of creating a tofu industry in Pela Sub-District, South Jakarta that is highly competitive and environmentally friendly. Meanwhile, the specific target is to process tofu liquid waste into biogas as an alternative fuel for the tofu production process. The method to be used in achieving these goals is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model of participatory community empowerment. This method was chosen based on the consideration that those who have or face problems are partners, therefore the involvement of partners in determining solutions to problems faced and their resolution is very necessary. The method is divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation, and preparation of reports. The preparatory stage begins with counseling about anaerobic tofu wastewater treatment. The next stage is the implementation stage which includes outreach and education activities, demonstration plots, and mentoring. The last stage of this activity is the preparation of progress reports, scientific articles for publication purposes, and the final report. The partners for this empowerment activity are two tofu craftsmen in Pela Mampang Village, South Jakarta. These partners are Small and Medium Industries (IKM), with an average daily production capacity of 250 kg of soybeans and an average annual turnover of Rp. 36,000,000.-.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has transformed the way humans seek information, communicate, and convert various aspects into digital forms. Social media has become a popular platform for content sharing and communication, heavily reliant on internet progress. The use of social media in marketing has become crucial for companies in their promotional efforts. In Indonesia, with a large internet user population, marketing activities through social media play a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing intentions. An example is Domino's Pizza, a company utilizing social media for product promotion. This study aims to examine the influence of dimensions of social media marketing activities on purchasing intentions towards Domino's Pizza products in Bandar Lampung. Purchasing intention signifies the desire or inclination to buy a product and is formed before the actual purchasing process. Social media marketing activities refer to actions undertaken by businesses to promote products or services on social media platforms. This research employs primary data collected from questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. The sample for this study consists of 190 Domino's Pizza consumers residing in Bandar Lampung. The data analysis utilized is multiple linear regression through SPSS 26 software. The research findings reveal that the social media marketing activity variables encompassing entertainment, interaction, trendiness, customization, and word-of-mouth exert influence on product purchasing. The Hiburan variable is also shown to be the social media marketing dimension with the highest level of significance in impacting purchasing intentions.

Abstract

In line with technological developments in the world today, many companies provide services through social media or websites. This strategy follows technological developments, namely using online services. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies used by Traveloka in marketing its services in line with technological developments. The approach used is a qualitative approach with this research data using secondary data collection methods. This research data uses a secondary data collection method by conducting a literature study by reading the literature. The research results show that there is a physical form of marketing, namely product marketing and some in the form of service marketing. Service marketing is basically immaterial and intangible because the product cannot be seen or felt. Marketing via online media is used by Traveloka to understand the level of consumer satisfaction and trust in using the sales site. Traveloka is a service company that provides various services ranging from accommodation tickets, entertainment tickets, to hotel rentals. Traveloka moves through websites and applications by implementing Traveloka's own strategy using several marketing mix strategies, namely price, place, promotion, product and process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of supervision and punishment on employee performance with the work discipline variable as an intervening variable in people's credit banks in Serang Regency. This population is all employees in BPRs in Serang Regency with a total of 105 employees using a saturated sampling technique by making the entire population used as a sample. This analysis tool uses inferential statistical analysis or Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that the influence of supervision on employee performance has a positive or acceptable influence, there is a significant influence of punishment on employee performance, there is no influence of work discipline on employee performance. , there is a significant influence of supervision on work discipline, there is a significant influence of punishment on work discipline, work discipline can mediate the influence of supervision on employee performance, work discipline can mediate the influence of punishment on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak-Dengan pesatnya perkembangan global di era informasi masyarakat mengalami perubahan pola yang sangat dinamis. Perubahan ini terutama dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi informasi, yang telah menjadikan masyarakat saat ini dikenal sebagai masyarakat informasional. Namun, masih ada beberapa kelompok masyarakat yang belum sepenuhnya memahami pentingnya pengelolaan informasi. Sebagai respons terhadap fenomena ini, muncul pemikiran baru dalam bidang informasi yang dikenal sebagai Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM). Abstract

Dalam konteks perubahan yang berkelanjutan dan dinamika dalam dunia bisnis dan manajemen, peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) telah menjadi semakin penting dan krusial. Sistem Informasi Manajemen adalah konsep yang mencakup penggunaan teknologi informasi dan sistem dalam pengumpulan, penyimpanan, pengolahan, dan distribusi informasi yang relevan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang efektif. Dalam era di mana data dan informasi memiliki nilai yang tak terhingga, pemahaman tentang SIM menjadi semakin mendalam dan penting. Ini termasuk peran SIM dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, pengembangan dan implementasi SIM, keamanan informasi, serta dampak teknologi informasi terbaru dalam perkembangan SIM. Kami juga akan mengeksplorasi beberapa contoh kasus dan tren terbaru dalam dunia SIM, seperti pada kasus Bank Central Asia. Dengan semakin kompleksnya tantangan bisnis di abad ke-21, pengetahuan tentang SIM menjadi modal yang sangat berharga. Melalui jurnal ini, kami berharap pembaca akan mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang konsep dan manfaat SIM, serta dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam konteks organisasi mereka sendiri.

Abstract

Cases of theft are a taboo matter and do not only occur in society, but have also spread to the state apparatus, especially within the TNI, where they can commit the crime of theft. The crime of theft committed by members of the TNI is a very complex problem and must be firmly eradicated. The problem formulation in this research is: (1) What are the factors that cause TNI Soldiers to commit theft? (2) What are the efforts to deal with theft committed by TNI Soldiers in the jurisdiction of Military Court III-15 Kupang? This research aims to determine the causal factors and efforts to overcome theft by TNI soldiers. This research is empirical juridical research. The method used in collecting data is interviews with three respondents and document study which is then analyzed and then presented and explained in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of this research show: (1) There are two factors that cause TNI Soldiers to commit theft, namely, internal factors in the form of intention factors and external factors in the form of opportunity factors, environmental factors and economic factors (2) Efforts made to overcome theft are preemptive efforts, efforts preventive and repressive efforts. Countermeasures against theft committed by TNI Soldiers in the jurisdiction of the III-15 Kupang Military Court, in the form of law enforcement by imposing sanctions and instilling moral values ​​and doing positive things to prevent theft from occurring.

Abstract

Savings and Loans Cooperatives generally provide services to ensure the welfare of their members and make it easier to fulfill their members' living needs. In accordance with the nature of loan cooperatives or credit cooperatives, the main aim of the operation of these cooperatives is as an alternative means of borrowing money or credit. The formulation of the problem in this research is: (1) What are the responsibilities of the cooperative management in settling members' arrears at KSP Serviam Penfui Branch? (2) What factors hinder the management's responsibility in settling arrears at KSP Serviam Penfui Branch? This research is a type of empirical legal research where the data is obtained directly from the research location. This research uses data collection techniques by means of interviews and literature study. The data collected is then analyzed and then presented in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of this research show: (1) The responsibility of the management of the KSP Serviam Penfui Branch cooperative in settling arrears is to provide members with an extension of time if the member experiences total arrears. The extension of time given is a delay of 10 days, a warning will be given by telephone or a first warning letter will be sent. For members who have postponed 30 days, a home visit will be made or a second warning letter will be sent. Members who have delayed 40 days or more will be visited at home or sent a third warning letter, accompanied by threats and sanctions, and offered to reschedule loan payments. If all the steps above are not fulfilled, the management meeting will decide to take legal action. By taking action to resolve arrears, it is hoped that members will be more orderly in repaying loans. (2) The factors causing arrears in service cooperatives are as follows: Weak supervisory system for cooperative management, lack of coordination between departments, lack of accuracy in analyzing credit provision, financial conditions of members, due to natural disasters, and business failure.

Abstract

Human interaction in social interactions in society has given rise to various legal violations in the form of crimes and violence, including the increasing prevalence of criminal acts of sexual violence. Sexual violence is any activity consisting of sexual activity carried out forcibly by an adult on a child or by a child on another child. sexual relations, child involvement in audio-visual media and child prostitution. It is important to know that children as a trust from Almighty God need to be looked after, protected and maintained in physical and mental safety. The problem formulation is (1) What are the legal protection efforts for child victims of sexual violence in the jurisdiction of the Kupang City Police Department? (2) What are the obstacles faced by law enforcement officers in providing legal protection to child victims of sexual violence in the jurisdiction of the Kupang City Police Department? This research aims to determine legal protection efforts for child victims of sexual violence and the obstacles faced in providing legal protection for child victims of sexual violence in the jurisdiction of the Kupang City Police Department. This research uses empirical juridical research methods. The methods used in collecting data are interviews and studies. The document is then analyzed and then presented and explained in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of this research show: (1) In an effort to provide legal protection for children as victims of criminal acts of sexual violence provided by the Kupang City Resort Police, namely (a) The identity of the child is kept secret (b) During the examination process, the victim's child was visited directly at his home (c) Medical assistance, in this case the police accompany the post mortem et repertum (d) The child victim receives all forms of protection according to his needs (e) The child victim is accompanied by a child psychologist when providing information. If the child is seriously traumatized, the police will provide a psychiatrist (f) The child will be given legal assistance in the form of advocacy during the trial (g) The police will direct the parents of the victim's children to take better care of their children and monitor their children's mental development. (2) There are several obstacles faced in implementing legal protection for child victims of sexual violence, the Kupang City Police, including: (a) If the perpetrator knows that he has been reported to the police, the perpetrator will run away. to a distant place (b) Investigators have limited time in processing files from the crime which means the case can be resolved within a fairly long period of time (c) The police have difficulty getting information from child victims who are seriously traumatized (d) Most of the child victims come from poor families, this makes it difficult for the victim's family to pay the relatively high post-mortem fees. From this research, there are conclusions and suggestions, namely, legal protection for children as victims of criminal acts of sexual violence should be carried out more optimally and the police are expected to be able to minimize the obstacles that occur in providing this legal protection.

Abstract

This research was conducted in relation to the application of the principles of good corporate governance in the management of village funds by the village government with a public sector accounting perspective in Kedunglo Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the principles of good corporate governance in the management of village funds by the Kedunglo Village Government. This research was conducted because in the implementation of village accountability, the accountability carried out by the village government often experienced delays due to the lack of village apparatus in carrying out their duties in making reports on activities that had been carried out. in each record which is still difficult to understand. This research was conducted in Kedunglo Village using a qualitative descriptive approach method in the form of interviews with sources, documentation archives or photographs. there are still deficiencies that need to be fixed again. The non-optimal application of the principles of good corporate governance in the village of Kedunglo still lacks good coordination between village officials.
