Performance appraisal is the process of evaluating and assessing work performance. This activity can improve decisions on the performance of teachers and provide feedback to teachers to spur morale in improving their operations, dedication and performance so that they become better. Reward or award is a form of gratitude from the company for the dedication and performance of employees who have good quality work. The assessment process for selecting the best teacher currently given is still subjective in nature, only calculating the number of attendance in 1 month, even though in other aspects it has not been included in the assessment, this is because at this time there is no longer available media that processes teacher assessments in detail. The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method is a multi-attribute decision-making method that can be used to support decision-makers in choosing several alternatives. In the process, the SMART method uses an adaptive linear model to predict the value of each alternative. The criteria used in the research are 3 aspects, namely discipline and professionalism. Disciplinary criteria include absenteeism, illness, permission, absence, lateness, and percentage of attendance, and professionalism criteria include teaching days and less working hours. This decision support system is expected to assist decision makers in providing incentives to the best teachers.

PT. National Mcpumps Indonesia is a business engaged in the sale of water pumps with its address in Central Jakarta where the target market is all people. Data processing at PT. National Mcpumps Indonesia is still done manually such as creating customer data, entering spare parts data, leaving spare parts data, ordering data, spare parts data all still in the form of document archives where such storage makes archives pile up. Therefore we need an application system that can store this important data. In supporting effective and efficient spare part inventory data processing, it is necessary to design an application to help process the required calculation data to be more accurate and save time. In this study, the author uses a prototype software development method and modeling using the Unified Model Language (UML). And for making the website the author uses the PHP programming language with MySQL as database management. Therefore, the author tries to make an application to be able to process and store data quickly and precisely. To help Entrepreneurs develop to increase sales, if sales activities are managed properly.

In the current system, this sub-district has difficulties in processing or making data recording reports. In overcoming these problems, research has been carried out, namely building a population information system for population data. With the existence of a population data information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate and speed up the Parung sub-district in processing and making reports on community population data.

Security can be interpreted as a very important thing. Every human being needs more security as well as health. Crime cannot be separated from life, for example, theft in a warehouse is a case of theft of raw materials. The method used is to take a photo that is connected to a motion sensor that will detect any movement around. From this research, the results are in the form of a system in the form of a Smart Home tool with intelligence called the Internet of Things (IoT). The Telegram Messenger application becomes an input and notification medium in the manufacture of this system where the motion sensor will detect motion from 1-6 meters with an angle of 110° and a camera is detected, the camera will activate and take a photo of the object in 3-5 seconds.

Al-Ma'mun Education Center School, starting in 2007 has provided formal education services and continues to improve the 8 standard of Islamic education services, one of the Al-Ma'mun Education Center schools is the SMK AMEC. So far, the assessment of teachers at SMK AMEC has not been done manually by the Principal in the teaching process, both majoring in Nursing, Pharmacy and Multimedia. When viewed from the system that has been running at SMK AMEC, teacher evaluation has never been done. In such a system, it is difficult for the Principal to decide which teacher is the best. This study aims to design and build a web-based decision support system using the MABAC method at SMK AMEC. With this decision support system, it is expected to provide fast, accurate and accurate decision making and to facilitate decision makers in the decision making process, And can help decision makers minimize mistakes when choosing the best teacher.

So in this research, an inventory system modeling will be carried out for the inventory process at Toko Lestari which produces the amount of stock items, reports on inventory data, inputs in and out of goods. With this information system, inventory management becomes more effective and efficient, search for inventory/stock information and reports is also more accurate and faster.

The number of diseases that occur in grapevines today can make farmers overwhelmed in determining the solution that will be made in handling each case that occurs. The Azura Grape Garden is a relatively new place for grape cultivators, so the knowledge of an expert is still needed to support the productivity of the grapevine itself. considering the disease that occurs, it is necessary to handle it quickly and precisely in the process of diagnosing the disease itself, so we need an expert system that is able to assist / manage in solving the problems of existing farmers. The case-based reasoning method used in the system is based on every symptom and disease that occurs often, so in this case a comparison method is needed between new cases so that the resulting results can be more accurate, besides that in the calculation process a method is needed in determining a finding that occurs so that the closest neighbor similarity method is used in this study.

The 2019 corona virus outbreak has hit 215 countries in the world. To fight (covid-19) the government has prohibited gatherings, therefore the government recommends social distancing, physical distancing, wearing masks and washing hands. Therefore, the ministry of education and culture has forbidden to carry out face-to-face learning, so learning is done online (Firman, F., and Rahayu, S., 2020). E-learning is a learning system that uses electronic applications that allow the delivery of learning materials to students at SMKN 1 Tangerang Selatan using the internet. E-learning is built to make it easier for students to access teaching materials at school without replacing conventional learning methods. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to facilitate learning for students, easy to reach for students and teachers to facilitate online learning, with training users can understand how to use E-learning. Based on the results of the problem mapping, the process carried out is. Ensuring satisfaction in an E-learning system and measuring these success factors. Compatible methods for evaluating and implementing E-learning systems in this study are Human, Organization, Technology. Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja suatu organisasi atau instansi. Penilaian kinerja yaitu sistem yang mengukur, menilai pekerjaan, dan perilaku. Penilaian kinerja biasanya berupa pemberian peringkat atau ranking melalui evaluasi hasil kerja. Telkom Akses mempunyai lebih dari 15 ribu karyawan yang tersebar di seluruh indonesia dari berbagai macam divisi salah satunya divisi Provisioning & Assurance. Setiap devisi yang di bawahi oleh leader bisa terdiri dari 25 sampai 30 bawahan, untuk itu leader harus bisa menilai bawahannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memberikan penilaian karyawan dalam bekerja dan membantu hasil apa yang akan di berikan pada bawahan. Metode penilaian ini menggunakan Metode ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment). Metode ini merupakan pengambil keputusan dengan beberapa kriteria dan bobot sebagai perhitungan untuk mengetahui nilai tertinggi dan nilai terendah. Hasil dari penelitian ini membantu leader mendapatkan hasil akhir sebagai keputusan penilaian kinerja bawahan

There are two factors and causes of a disease, namely Congenital and Acquired. Congenital is a disease that is congenital from birth and Acquired is a disease that is acquired after birth (diseases that are not congenital) such as infection, trauma, neoplasm (malignancy/tumor). Patients sometimes need information about the disease they are experiencing before deciding to go to a doctor or hospital. This information can be obtained through a system that can receive input in the form of symptoms of the disease and provide clear information about the disease. This can be done using an expert system, in this case the expert is an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist. The information is expected to have a solution for the illness. This ENT disease expert system designed and researched uses the certainty factor method. This method can overcome uncertainty in making decisions based on symptoms that are felt or inputted by the user. This research has successfully and precisely applied the certainty factor method as a decision-making tool in an ENT disease expert system. This system is web-based, so users can easily access and choose the symptoms they feel and find information about ENT diseases.
