Abstract

Kulit merupakan organ tubuh manusia yang sangat penting karena terletak pada bagian luar tubuh yang berfungsi menerima rangsangan seperti sentuhan, rasa sakit dan pengaruh lainnya dari luar. Penyakit kulit merupakan penyakit yang menyerang permukaan tubuh disebabkan oleh jamur, virus, kuman dan parasit. Faktor pendukung yang memacu terjadinya penyakit kulit diantaranya keadaan lingkungan berupa suhu dan kelembaban, sosial ekonomi yang berhubungan dengan tempat tinggal dan kepadatan hunian yang tinggi, selain itu kebiasaan yang menyangkut prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta personal hygiene sangat mempengaruhi kejadian penyakit kulit. Panti asuhan merupakan komunitas dengan resiko terjadinya penyakit kulit yang cukup tinggi. Beberapa sikap kurang baik anak-anak panti asuhan yang sering dilakukan seperti tidur berhimpitan, malas bersih-bersih, sering bertukar pakaian, handuk, peralatan mandi dan tempat tidur kepada sesama teman. Kondisi ini memungkinkan terjadinya penularan penyakit kulit. Pemeliharaan personal hygiene berarti tindakan memelihara kebersihan dan kesehatan diri sesorang untuk kesejahteraan fisik dan psikisnya. Cara menjaga kesehatan tersebut meliputi menjaga kebersihan kulit, kebiasaan mencuci tangan dan kuku, frekuensi mengganti pakaian, pemakaian handuk tidak bersamaan, dan frekuensi mengganti sprei tempat tidur. personal hygiene yang tidak baik akan mempermudah tubuh terkena penyakit, seperti penyakit kulit. Banyak manfaat didapat dengan merawat personal hygiene, mencegah penyakit, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan menciptakan keindahan. Personal hygiene seseorang menentukan status kesehatan secara sadar dalam menjaga kesehatan dan mencegah terjadinya penyakit terutama gangguan pada kulit. Penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak-anak panti asuhan akan pentingnya menjaga personal hygiene untuk meningkatkan kesehatan kulit agar terhindar dari penyakit serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

School-age children need adequate food in quantity and quality in order to have a good nutritional status. They tend to buy food without concern for food hygiene. There are a lot of convenience food to be seriously considered by communities because it frequently contains harmful chemicals or biological contamination. Consequently, the children are at risk of unhealthy food consumption. This problem arises due to lack of knowledge about food safety. It results in health problems like diarrhea, cancer or even child growth disorder. Based on a survey of Indonesian food and drug authority in 2014, there were still problems associated with food standards and safety. This became a great concern because it deals with not only nutritional need but also nutritional values for optimal child growth. Method applied was health promotion at Hikmah orphanage Rumbai. The result of this promotion obtained increased average score of knowledge about healthy convenience food before and after the event. It was expected to be the foundation for clean and healthy living behavior at schools resulting in healthier generation.

Abstract

The development of information technology brings a change in society. Social media is a technological sophistication-based media classified from various forms, such as magazines, internet forums, weblogs, social blogs, microblogging, wikis, broadcasts, photos or images, videos, ratings and social bookmarking. Social media has several impacts on life, namely positive impacts and negative impacts. This community service activity was carried out on June 15, 2021 and is located in the Selaki Beach Tataan Building Village. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the community's economy through social media, introduce tourist attractions, and introduce handicrafts in the Selaki Beach Tataan Building Village. This study concluded that in the coastal area, Selaki requires a cellphone or still has limited signal and only certain sim cards can still be accessed, while those who have children only have sophisticated cellphones to attend online schools.

Abstract

Lake Tirta Gangga is an artificial lake located in Central Lampung Regency, Seputih Banyak District, precisely in Swastika Buana Village. This lake has an area of ​​about 150 hectares and is used by the community for irrigation of about 3000 ha of agricultural land around the area. Lake Tirta Gangga has its own charm for local tourists to enjoy its natural beauty and scenery. However, some community activities cause the aspect of natural beauty to be reduced and cause problems in the supply of raw water for agriculture. So we need an action that can maintain the initial function of this lake and even add economic value to the community. This service aims to overcome these problems by mapping the potential of new geotourism that can be developed and managed by the community, educating the community in improving the quality and excellence / local wisdom which has an impact on increasing the economic value of the Tirta Gangga Lake area by utilizing information technology for media promotion (with drones) profile of the Lake Tirta Gangga tourist area. The benefits of this service are the mapping of new geotourism potentials that can be developed and managed by the community as well as the formation of video promotion media for the profile of the Lake Tirta Gangga tourist area which can be disseminated through internet media so that tourists can easily recognize and be interested in visit Tirta Gangga Lake.

Abstract

Basic understanding of inclusive education, especially for teachers at Pondok Modern Darul Birri. This must be supported by the teachers' understanding of inclusive education, which is relatively many who do not understand what inclusive education is. Based on this statement, our community service team focuses on community service to increase understanding of inclusive education. From the community service program, it is hoped that it can be useful for teachers in educating students, especially those with special needs in the modern darrul birri cottage. During the teaching activities at Pondok Modern Darul Birri, the principal and teachers work together to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This mentoring program aims to provide support for strengthening children's interest in learning through the token economy technique reward method for elementary school students in Habaring Hurung Village. This mentoring program is part of the Thematic Real Work Lecture program service activity which is carried out for 3 days with a pretest and posttest program design. Data collection is done by means of observation, task training, and the application of the reward method using the token economy technique. The final result of the program implementation shows that there is an increase in student interest in learning after the token economy technique reward method is applied. The pleasure indicator increased by 30 points, the engagement indicator increased by 27 points, the interest indicator increased by 26 points, and the attention indicator increased by 26 points. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning interest of grade 1 students at SDN 1 Habaring Hurung can be increased through the application of the token economy technique reward method

Abstract

If we look at the ability to carry out routine administrative work, we see that there are several factors that need to be improved, so that the performance of the teaching staff at SMA Mahapatih Mojopahit Tangerang can be improved for the better. As it is known that office administrative work to support the teaching and learning process is very important. Because the management of school student data and the administrative process will lead to the success of teaching and learning in schools. So our goal as partners feels the need to increase cooperation in the form of skills training in the use of software packages, especially software that is commonly used in schools to manage student data and other administrative data. We chose MS Excel as the main material in the training because this software package is easy and practical to use for training school staff. Starting with teaching how to operate the software properly and correctly, and followed by examples and applications in making tables and simple calculations. The result of this training is an increase in the skills of school administration and teaching staff, so that performance in the administrative field which is an important factor in the teaching and learning process can be achieved more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan suatu yang terbuang atau dibuang dari sumber hasil aktivitas manusia maupun alam yang belum memiliki nilai ekonomis. Apabila tidak terdapat kemampuan masyarakat menangani sampah, dapat menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan. Sampah yang tidak di kelola sebagaimana mestinya terbukti sering menyebabkan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan pada manusia. Antara lain dari masalah estetika, terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan, hingga meningkatnya penyakit-penyakit yang di tularkan melalui vektor. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian yang didapatkan dari data bahwa masalah penanganan sampah juga terjadi di dusun II Desa Uwemanje, dalam hal ini upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas penanganan sampah maka program kerja yang dapat dibuat yaitu bakti sosial, pembuatan tempat sampah dan penyuluhan tentang pengaruh sampah pada kesehatan.

Abstract

The intensive family planning program in most countries has had a significant effect. Indonesia has launched various programs to deal with population problems, is called National Family Planning Program. This program targets are divided into two, namely direct targets and indirect targets. There are many considerations that influence decision making in participating in the family planning program, so efforts are needed to assist the introduction of contraceptive methods and devices. The method used in this education is interactive education with pre-test and post-test. The results obtained from this activity are the achievement of maternal knowledge in the introduction of contraceptive methods and devices so that they decide to join the family planning program. The education provided interactively has a positive impact, so interaction in sharing information becomes more extensive and flexible. An increase in participants' knowledge of the importance of participating in family planning is indicated by the increased interest of participants in becoming a family planning participant. Interactive education for participants in this activity is effective in increasing the commitment of women of childbearing age who have not taken family planning to become family planning participants.

Abstract

Paying attention to the effectiveness of the role of the Badan Kesawadayaan Masyarakat (BKM) as an entity that was initiated, formed and managed independently by the community through the PNPM-MP program, which later turned into the Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU) program. BKM is a forum to accommodate the aspirations and needs of the community in meeting the needs of life from the economic, social and infrastructure aspects of the settlement environment. In building public trust, BKM needs to realize the principles of transparency and accountability in managing the finances spent in realizing its work program. As a form of concrete participation in encouraging the acceleration of the achievement of community welfare through the KOTAKU Program, it is deemed necessary to carry out Community Service which aims to increase the capacity and knowledge of the Secretariat BKM in 17 Kelurahan in the Tuban District, Tuban Regency. The activity begins with a session on delivering theory, practice in preparing financial reports and case studies.
