In 2017 infokes existed as a printed journal with ISSN 2597-7776 with time published twice a year namely June and December. 2019 is the beginning of a new history of infokes to be present as an online journal.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out analysis requitment of human resources unit medical record of data management officer using WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) Method to support the effectiveness of work at Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat Bandung. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach while the data collection technique that the writer used was observation, interview and literate study that had close relevance with subject matter. From the research that has been done, there are some problems, namely : (1) Lack of education and training on working time, (2) unit of work and categories of human resources unit medical record that does not meet the classification, (3) the availability of personnel data management. The suggestions given : (1) Dispatch officer of medical record to abreast education and training, (2) Accept DIII medical record as medical recorder, (3) Addition of human resources unit medical records data management officer as many four people.

Abstract

Bell's Palsy is a neurological disorder and disorder in the cranial nerve VII (facial nerve) in the temporal bone region that causes facial muscle weakness or paralysis around the stylomastoid foramen. To determine the management of physiotherapy in enhancing the functional abilities and strength of facial muscles in the condition of Bell’s Palsy Sinistra by using the Infra Red Radiation and Mirror Exercise modality. After doing therapy for six times the therapy and education can result in an increase in functional activity and muscle strength, namely T1 spasm: (+) there is spasm become T6: (-) no spasm, sensory test T1: 3 (smooth touch, sharp / blunt, temperature sensation) to T6: 1, Ugo Fisch T1: 30 degree "moderate" examination to T6: 70 degrees "good", Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) T1: (frowned = 1, raised eyebrows = 1, closed eyes = 3, nasal deflection = 1, puffed cheeks = 1, smile = 1, blew / kidding = 1) to T6: (frowning = 5, raising eyebrows = 5, closing eyes = 5, flattening nose = 5, puffing cheeks = 5, smiling = 5, blowing / joking = 5).

Abstract

One type of disease due to the pattern of wrong pattern of food consumption is Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Diabetes mellitus is characterized by an increase in blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia). The treatment of this disease requires a lot of cost and a long peroid of time, this experiment were intended to conduct research on cocoa powder which in the previous research reveals that cocoa powder contains high levels of flavonoids which has the potential as functional food to control or even lowered blood glucose levels. This research using experimental method of pretest and post test by using male wistar strain rats as the animal of experiment, with the total number of 35 rat. There were 5 group : the negative control which fed by standar food animal and drink, positive control was given food and drink and induced with alloxan, 4 treatment groups with chocolate beverage with cocoa powder concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% which was previously induced by alloxan. The treatment was performed in 14 days and on the 14th day, the blood glucose level was examined. Data were analyzed using Anova test, Tukey test and Paired T Test. The results showed that there was a decrease of the glucose level in treatment group which is treated by chocolate drink with 1%, 2% and 3% of cocoa powder concentration, with significant value in all statistical test with p value <0,05. The conclusion of this research was that the concentration of cocoa powder 1 until 3% in chocolate beverage has a functional characteristic to lowered blood glucose level.

Abstract

The rapid technology development, written documents are increasingly replaced by digital data which has many benefits in their use. In the health sector, several health facilities have tried to switch from manual medical records to electronic medical records. Based on some of the results of existing research, the implementation of electronic medical records has many contradictions, one of the fundamental contradictions regarding the law of the administration and legal strength of electronic medical records. This study was approved to be approved by the juridical medical record at a health facility. The recommendations used in this normative study are statutory regulations and conceptual approaches. Based on the results that have been made, no one has set about electronic medical records. The regulations that underlie there are replacements to organize electronic medical records that are regulated in article 29 Paragraph (1) letter h of Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals reported in the annex to the elaboration of the regulation. When the implementation of electronic medical records in several health facilities in Indonesia has been running, but the current regulations cannot yet regulate the implementation of electronic medical records in a holistic manner. Therefore it is necessary to realize a special regulation based on the mandate of article 2 paragraph (2) Permenkes Number 269 of 2008 concerning Medical Records.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the implementation of assembling in supporting the completeness inpatient medical record at Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung. The research method used was qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The data collecting method were used observing the implementation of analyzing the completeness inpatient medical record, interviewing and doing literature review which was relevant to the main problem. From this research, it was found that problems of the implementation of assembling were : (1). The absence of an integrated report daily from the main system; (2). The Duration of the search process files medical record; (3). Often the discovery of medical records without cover; (4). Misscomunication. The suggestion was given to improve the implementation of assembling and to improve quality of service that obtained at the completeness inpatient medical record, were as follows : (1). Creating the completeness inpatient medical record of the information system, the information system used to be concerned in terms of ergonomics, creating information system that was equepped safety to maintain the confidentiality of medical records; (2). Extending the incompleteness medical record keeping, so controlled by officers who was monitor the completeness inpatient medical record; (3). Increasing cooperation between medical records officers with other health workers.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the aspects causing BPJS claim file return of in-patients care.Method used is a literature review that using secondary data, which is collected from 5 earlier journals from different hospitals to obtain main data. From the 5 journals, they are found the aspects causing BPJS claim file return of in-patients care, are completeness and suitability aspects. The factors that cause the incompleteness and mismatch are: (1) Inaccuracy of employee preparing the claim file; (2) No rechecking while inputing the data done by the employee make a mismatch in the claim file; (3) Lack of employee make input data process done in a rush which cause an error in inputing process; (4) Incompleteness in the patients’ medical resume due to doctors in-charge (DPJP) fill them in a rush because of many patients to be handled. As for some suggestions that provided to resolve these problems, are: (1) Re-checking completeness and compatibility of the claims file to minimize the return of them; (2) Increasing thoroughness of the employee in preparing the claim file; (3) Adding Human Resourses in inputing the data; (4) Using Electronic Medical Record in order to simplify the employee and doctors’ work.

Abstract

According to United Nation Population Division, Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the number of elderly (≥ 60 year-old) will be over the number of children population (0-14 year-old) for the first time in history. The number of elderly in West Bandung districtfrom 2017 data is 78,277 people, and those who are over 70 year-old is around 52,911 people. Through survey, it was found that the number of those who suffer from cognitive disorders from 9 villages in West Bandung district is 365 elderly aged over 60 year-old. This research was aimed at studying and explaining the correlation between physical activities with cognitive functions in elderly at Posbindu, West Bandung district, in year 2018. Qualitative design with cross sectional study was employed. Moreover, the number of the participants was 53 elderly. The data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The findings revealed that there is a meaningful correlation between physical activities (p-value =0.0014) with cognitive functions in elderly. It can be summed up that the dominant factor is age. It means that the older the age, their risk would be 12 times of suffering from cognitive disorders.

Abstract

This research was conducted with of knowing the competency analysis of medical records and information on the severity of outpatient service at Mulya Sehat Antapani Bandung Clinic. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptrive approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and literature study. Based on the result of research on the knowing competency of medical records and health information on service for outpatients at Mulya Sehat Antapani Bandung Clinic, that the waiting time for outpatient registration services after taking the queue number is long enough to wait and patient satisfaction with services. Quality is quite satisfied. From the research conducted there were several problems, including : (1) Incomplete filling of patient identity data in outpartient registration. (2) The existence of multiple patient medical record numbers or multiple medical record numbers. The suggestion given to the hospital include : (1) Mulya Sehat Clinic are advised to provide direction, coordination and evaluation to outpatient service coordinators in order to further enhance cooperation among registration officer regarding the importance of accuracy in outpatient registration and frequenct rechecking after filling in patient social data at registration. (2) It is better if the hospital should further increase the importance of checking the medical record files again and for outpatient registration officers to be more careful and observant in entering new patients in the data. Specially outpatient income for old patients so that there are no more double medical records.

Abstract

This research aims to review implementation of physioteraphy with modalities ultrasound (us) and stretching on trigger finger digiti II manus dextra. Research methods that were used is qualitative research was conducted data collection interview technique, and examination patient medical status. The research was conducted in unit of practicing physiotherapist with the total sample 1 people, namely patients trigger the finger digiti II manus dextra that visit into a unit practicing physiotherapist RSUD Cibabat Cimahi at the time did research. The results showed developments with the ultrasound (us) and stretching will help minimize symptoms and complaints felt patients and through 6 (six times therapy) obtained the results of a decrease in pain press on MCP from T1 4,3 became T6 1,1and PIP from T1 3,7became T6 1,1. Motion pain on MCP from T1 5,4 became T6 1,8and PIP from T1 4,1 became T6 1,8. Increase range of motion on MCP from T1 S 0˚- 0˚- 65˚ became T6 S 0˚- 0˚- 75˚ and PIP from T1 S 0˚- 0˚- 55˚ became T6 S 0˚- 0˚- 85˚. It is based on the regular therapy and education given by a therapist to patients and would optimize therapy result given.

Abstract

The answer sheet of radiology examination as a supporting sheet to assist the doctor in establishing the diagnosis of disease and the accuracy of the diagnosis greatly affects the code of the disease itself.Codification of Tuberculosis of lung codification without mention of bacteriological or histological confirmation depends on the cmpletenessof the answer sheet radiological examination in the patient’s medical records. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of filling the answer sheet of radiology examination to the quality of the Tuberculosis of lung codification without mention of bacteriological or histological confirmation in the hospital PKU Muhamadiyah petanahan. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with sample of 30 medical record files and 3 respondents namely Director of Hospital, Head of Medical Record and Officer of Coding. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and literature study. Indicators on the answer sheet of radiology examination are 11 Patient identification, date and time, result of anamnesa, result of physical examination, diagnosis, management plan, treatment of action, other service, approval of action, clinical observation note and treatment result, name and signature of doctor while indicators for the quality of disease codification are 4, namely diagnostic accuracy, diagnostic clarity, using ICD-X and codification accuracy.The result of observation of answer sheet of radiology examination, complete indicator there are 4 whereas incomplete there is 7. The result of observation of quality of disease codification that fulfill indicator there are 4 while that does not fulfill indicator that is not exist. Results of interviews on 3 respondents good results. From the results of this study there is an influence between the filling sheet answer radiology examination of tuberculosis of tuberculosis of disease quality without mention of bacteriological or histological confirmation. As for suggestion than is make standard opertional precedureand socialization to radiologi officer.
