Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Jepara adalah sebuah lembaga pendidikan formal tingkat menengah pertama yang secara geografis terletak di Desa Karangawen Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak, dengan jumlah sekitar 800 siswa yang tebagi menjadi 25 kelas. Madrasah ini telah berdiri secara resmi sejak tahun 1997. Dengan jumlah siswa yang cukup banyak MTs Negeri telah didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang mampu mendukung proses kegiatan belajar dan mengajar serta kegiatan administratif. Saat ini MTs Jepara telah mempunyai 20 unit komputer dalam satu laboratorium komputer yang dilengkapi dengan jaringan komputer untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Di bidang adminstrasi juga sudah didukung dengan 5 unit komputer yang digunakan oleh staf tata usaha dalam rangka melayani seluruh kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, termasuk diantaranya adalah dalam pelayanan pembayaran keuangan siswa.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia teknologi informasi saat ini semakin cepat memasuki berbagai bidang, sehingga semakin banyak perusahaan yang berusaha meningkatkan usahanya terutama dalam bidang bisnis yang sangat berkaitan erat dengan teknologi informasi itu sendiri. Di dukung oleh pernyataan bahwa kegunaan komputer pada aplikasi bisnis adalah untuk menyediakan informasi dengan cepat dan tepat. Informasi ini ibarat darah yang mengalir di dalam tubuh suatu perusahaan. Jika suatu perusahaan, informasi tersebut terhenti atau terhambat, maka sistem perusahaan akan menjadi lusuh. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi informasi yang penting adalah semakin di butuhkannya penggunaan alat pengolah data yang berfungsi untuk menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang ingin mengembangkan usaha dan mencapai sukses harus mengikuti era informasi dengan menggunakan alat pendukung pengolah data yaitu komputer. Hal ini didukung oleh pernyataan yang di utarakan bahwa komputer di gunakan untuk mengelola sumber daya yang luas dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang memandang seluruh dunia sebagai pasar mereka di mana pada eksekutif perusahaan melakukan investasi pada teknologi informasi Kata Kunci: Sistem absensi barcode,Sofware Visual besic.

Abstract

Teknologi jaman sekarang mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat, berkembang dari masa ke masa seiring dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dan kebutuhan hidup manusia. Teknologi yang mempunyai peran penting dalam kehidupan manusia adalah komputer. Peran komputer terbukti banyak dibutuhkan dan digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam mengolah data informasi dan mengendalikan berbagai peralatan yang digunakan untuk membantu manusia dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehari - hari. Komputer juga telah banyak sekali membantu menyelesaikan dan mengatasi masalah dari yang paling mudah hingga yang paling rumit. Hingga komputer tidak bisa dipisahkan dari aktivitas manusia dari setiap pekerjaannya. Semakin meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi informasi diberbagai bidang sehingga menjadi acuan penulis untuk mengatasi permasalahan tentang antrian yang ada pada tiap - tiap instansi atau lembaga pemerintah dan pusat - pusat layanan pelanggan maupun masyarakat. Perlu diketahui bahwa untuk antri pada loket layanan dan juga transaksi lewat kasir atau petugas loket, harus siap antri berdiri secara berurut selama bermenit - menit lamanya, bahkan jika banyak pelanggan yang datang menyebabkan antrian yang terlalu banyak menyebabkan pelanggan menjadi merasa tidak nyaman dalam melakukan antrian. Tentu saja hal ini kurang menyenangkan dan cenderung memboroskan waktu. Di sebagian pusat layanan masyarakat seperti Bank, Koperasi, Jasa Pelayanan yang lain sudah menerapkan teknologi antrian dengan memberikan nomor urut antrian dan tampilan display text nomor urut, sehingga antrian secara berdiri berurut yang dulunya berbasis antrian satu persatu untuk menunggu antrian mulai dihilangkan sehingga pelanggan dapat menunggu antrian secara nyaman dan tidak perlu melakukan antrian salin menyerobot ingin cepat dilayani.

Abstract

The work of farmers is prone to the risk of health problems such as pain in the joints and fatigue. The research problem is that farmers complain of rapid fatigue, so the purpose of the study is to determine the physiological workload on rice farmers when planting rice and determine the best time for farmers. Methods used are Cardiovascular Load (%CVL) and Energy Consumption to determine the weight of the workload of farmers, and rest time to determine the length of rest. Results and discussion, %CVL is 7 people with action no fatigue and 46 people with action needed improvement. Energy consumption is the smallest percentage of 4.14 kcal / minute with a mild classification and the largest percentage of 6.14 kcal / minute with a moderate classification. In the second measurement, the smallest percentage was 4.49 kcal/min with a mild classification, and the largest percentage was 6.90 kcal/min with a moderate classification. In the third measurement, the smallest percentage was 3.96 kcal/min with a mild classification, and the largest percentage was 6.39 kcal/min with a moderate classification. The smallest rest time was 12.65 minutes and the largest rest time was 120.39 minutes. In conclusion, the mean %CVL was 13.21% with no fatigue, 86.79% with improvement needed. Average energy consumption with mild classification with a percentage of 4.21% and moderate classification with a percentage of 6.26%. The smallest rest time is 12.65 minutes while the largest is 120.39 minutes

Abstract

In construction procurement in Indonesia there are still deviations in the tender process. The deviation is caused by an opportunity during the construction bidding process. The service providers are mutually looking for opportunities to seek personal or group benefits or from the working group that makes these deviations. This causes state losses due to deviations in the construction bidding process. This research was conducted by collecting data from institutions that have the authority to decide whether or not deviations occur in the auction process. The institution authorized to decide whether or not a deviation occurs is the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of the Republic of Indonesia (KPPU RI). This study uses a questionnaire to find out how much the causes and impacts on state losses are caused by deviations in the auction process and uses the Probability and Impact Matrix method to determine the level of implication values of the causes and impacts of deviations in each case using a case base analysis approach. The results obtained based on the decision are as many as 12 types of deviation based on the case decision. The impact of deviations that occur in construction procurement is material and immaterial losses. The causes of deviation in construction procurement are caused by four factors, namely the factor of wanting to obtain personal or group benefits, opportunities, pressure and business climate. The most contributing factor to the occurrence of deviation is the combined conspiracy and vertical conspiracy resulting in a value of 11.38%.

Abstract

Fire is a condition that occurs due to the oxidation of three elements (fuel, oxygen and heat) which can cause property losses, injury to death. One of the places that is prone to fire is a coal storage warehouse, considering the characteristics of the materials stored in it. In order to reduce losses due to fires, an automatic sprinkler system is needed in the coal warehouse of a dairy production company to help extinguish the fire as soon as possible when a fire occurs. Based on these problems, this research will determine the number of sprinklers needed as an automatic extinguishing system as well as the volume of water, pump power, and groundwater tanks. This type of research is quantitative research by direct observation of the object under study, then the researcher measures the coal warehouse space using a building meter. From the results of calculations by taking a sample of the coal warehouse room of a dairy production company, the required number of sprinklers is 111, the required water volume is 399.6 ????3, the required pump power and ground water tank are, pump hydraulic power (HHP) 1.2910128 kW, pump shaft power (BHP) 1.7213504 kW, pump electric power (P) 3 kW, diesel pump (PpD) 2 HP, jocky pump (PJk) 0.3 kW, GWT capacity (QGWT) 17 m3.

Abstract

UMKM Laziza Bakery & Cake is a company that produces various types of bread. Based on work accident data collection in this study, the company was faced with several problems in the production department, one of which was that the hands were exposed to heat from the oven. This happens due to several factors, including human factors and machine factors. the design of recommendations or proposed improvements is made based on the hazard (potential hazard) that occurs. The Hazard And Operability method aims to overcome this problem, with the hope that it can reduce the risk of work accidents at the UMKM Laziza Bakery & Cake. We can see that the hazard sources for the production machine category from the 6 production machines used have a medium risk level of 4 on mixer machines, mixing machines, packing machines, and cutting machines. For hazard sources for facility design, there are 2 factors that have a medium risk level, namely PPE posters and equipment arrangement. Then for the source of hazard the attitude of workers has a risk level extreme with the category of potential hazards caused by potential hazards (hazard) extreme risk and worksheets in the use of PPE in the work area so that workers can immediately read what are the potential hazards they will experience if not using PPE

Abstract

A good facility layout will affect the smooth production process. Preliminary observations on CV Renjana Offset are still not good enough to apply because they do not take into account the degree of closeness. This can be seen from the location of the machine and work stations that look far apart and the existence of intersecting material flows resulting in backtracking, such as the printing work station to the coating work station, the material transfer distance is 12.4 m and has to pass through the garden and back of the CV Renjana Offset office with distances that are too long cause the production time to be longer. The method used to design the layout of production facilities at CV Renjana Offset is the Systematic Layout Planning and Blocplan methods. This method was chosen because it is in accordance with the characteristics of the company and can minimize the distance between production stations and no longer intersecting production process flows. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and getting an increase in the efficiency of the initial material handling layout with layout suggestions. The results of the calculation of the total area needed for assistance are 171.5 m². The results of SLP and Blocplan processing are 10 alternative layouts and the Adjacency score, R Score, and Rel-dist score feature values ​​are presented for each layout alternative. Of the 5 alternative layouts produced, there is a layout for the production of yearbook products which is chosen as the best layout because it has an Adjacency Score of 1.00, layout 2 has an R Score of 0.87, and the Rel-dist Score of the second layout has a value of 202. Based on three parameters, The selected layout is layout 2. Calculation of distances using the rectilinear method at each facility for the yearbook product layout is 28.29 m.

Abstract

PT Bangun Tenera Riau is a company engaged in the processing of oil palm fresh fruit bunches, located in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The problem faced by PT Bangun Tenera Riau is that the company has not maximally utilized the by-products produced in the form of waste. This research aims to improve the production process by selecting alternative solutions to increase and enhance the initial green productivity index value so that productivity can increase and the impact on the environment can be reduced. The method used in this research is the green productivity method. Based on the environmental performance indicator (EPI) calculation, it is known that the value of biological oxygen demand (BOD) liquid waste has a deviation of -0.63% and an EPI value of -0.16 which exceeds the waste quality standard based on Kep-51 / MENLH / 1995 so that it is necessary to improve the quality of waste through alternative solutions. The alternative solution chosen is an anaerobic biogas reactor and rotating biological contactor (RBC) used to improve waste quality and company productivity. The study's results using the green productivity method obtained an average final total productivity of 1.31 with the initial value of the average productivity in each month being 1.17. The productivity value of the company increased by 0.21 with the efficiency of improving the quality of waste by BOD by 96.81% and converting liquid waste into biogas which is beneficial to the community

Abstract

PT Anugrah Alam Manunggal merupakan tempat Bank Sampah (training center) atau tempat pemilahan dan pengumpulan sampah yang dapat di daur ulang yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Didalamnya terdapat unit untuk training center yaitu unit organik, anorganik dan recidu. PT Anugrah Alam Manunggal meyakini bahwa sampah bukan lagi sekedar barang sisa yang tidak berguna, melainkan sebagai sumber daya yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi dan dapat dimanfaatkan, misalnya, untuk energi, kompos, pupuk ataupun untuk bahan baku industri. Penelitian ini melakukan perancngan aplikasi agar pengguna dapat mengetahui lokasi pembuangan sampah daur ulang yang valid. Metode yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode sistem informasi, dimana didalamnya terdapat informasi mengenai lokasi menggunakan (SIG). Terdapat 9 bank sampah yang telah menjadi mitra PT AAM. informasi terkait pemetaan mitra GSTC menggunakan aplikasi Google maps dan software Blokspot.com. Untuk aplikasi Google Maps digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi dari mitra – mitra yang bekerja sama dengan GSTC sedangkan software Blokspot.com digunakan sebagai sarana informasi untuk bisa mengenal lebih jauh tentang pengolahan sampah
