Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan terkonsentrasi, boardsize, dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal perusahaan indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2020. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari IDX. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 23 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi panel yang kemudian diolah menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan terkonsentrasi, kepemilikan managerial, board size, dan NPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. ROE dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal perusahaan indeks LQ45.Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Terkonsentrasi, Boardsize, Profitabilitas Dan Struktur Modal

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan objek penelitian yaitu PT.Temas Tbk. Penelitian ini membahas lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal dan dengan Theory of Reasoned Action dan Theory of Planned Behavior sebagai turunan dari kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaf melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang disebarkan melalui google form kepada 62 responden, kemudian dioleh menggunakan SPSS versi 13.0 dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan t hitung 2,326 ≥ t tabel 2,000. Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan t hitung 6,612 ≥ t tabel 2,000 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,4%. Lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk memperhatikan dan meningkatkan lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik untuk kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.Temas Tbk.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja; Komunikasi Interpersonal; Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan digital marketing dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan unit analisis Paguyuban UMKM Jasijuka Sejahtera, dengan populasi sebanyak 32 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh, sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 32 responden, dengan teknik pengumoulan data adalah kuesioner. Metode pengolahand ata menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan pelatihan digital marketing terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dan secara simultan pelatihan digital marketing dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Digital Marketing, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Kinerja, Usaha Mikro Kecil &Menengah

Abstract

In this investigation, scholars employed the approach of class action research (CAR). The aim of this investigation is to boost students' academic performance by utilizing the value clarification technique (VCT) as a learning model. The instruments employed in this research included observation checklists, field notes, and evaluations (pre-test and post-test). The results of this study demonstrate that incorporating the value clarification technique (VCT) as a learning model can enhance students' academic achievements, as evidenced in both the initial and subsequent stages. In the initial phase, the mean score of the pretest was more than 40, which subsequently increased to more than 60 in the posttest score. While in the subsequent phase, the mean score of the pretest was more than 50, which escalated to more than 80 in the posttest score. In the initial phase, some students scored below the KKM, but in the subsequent phase, the lowest score was 80, and no student scored below the KKM.

Abstract

Because everyone is born with the capacity to be creative and because this potential may be cultivated and nourished, creativity is a skill that everyone possesses to varying degrees. This study focused on kids aged five to six whose creative faculties had not yet fully matured and who had not used the appropriate medium in their learning activities. This study sought to ascertain how imaginatively kids between the ages of five and six used Grimm's rainbow media. The A-B-A design is utilized in this study's (SSR) approach. Both observation and instrument evaluation were used as data gathering methods in this investigation. The data is collected as percentage values, which are then processed using descriptive statistical methods, visual data analysis, and condition-specific data analysis. According to the study's findings, including Grimm's Rainbow media in learning activities might enhance kids' creative thinking skills when they are between the ages of five and six. The study's findings and conclusion indicate that Grimm's Rainbow media can boost young children's creativity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm capital, profit perception, and investment knowledge on intention to invest. This study uses a quantitative approach. The objects in this study are Firm Capital, Profit Perception, and Investment Knowledge for the variable Intention to Invest. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents using a questionnaire as a means of measuring data through the Whatsapp group. The analysis technique in this study used the SPSS on multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Firm Capital variable has a significant effect on the Intention to Invest with a calculated t value greater than t table. Profit Perception significantly affects the Interest in Investing with a t count greater than t table. The Investment Knowledge Variable significantly influences the Intention to Invest with a t count greater than t table. While the variables Firm Capital, Profit Perception, and Investment Knowledge affect the Intention to Invest simultaneously. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between the variables Firm Capital, Profit Perception, and Investment Knowledge on Intention to Invest.
