Abstract

Land is one of the most valuable assets for human life. In addition to a foothold, land is also a place to earn a living, build houses and assets that can be traded with high value. In obtaining land rights, it is usually done by transferring rights through buying and selling. At this time the marketing of land that has been plotted (plots) for Kampar Regency is still using the conventional method. This conventional method is to market the plots of land by word of mouth. In accordance with current technological developments, marketing is carried out by utilizing print media and social media such as Facebook and Instagram. However, this method is still not effective. Apart from the limited range, the information displayed is mixed with other sales information. To make it easier to reach and clarify marketing information for plots of land, it can be done by utilizing information technology and internet networks. So, information can be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. The creation of a website-based land plot marketing information system in Kampar Regency aims to facilitate communication between sellers and buyers to interact with each other. The purpose of this study is to facilitate communication between sellers and buyers in marketing plots of land through a website. The research method used in this research is the waterfall method. This waterfall method has a sequential flow of software starting from planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The design of this system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used is PHP Framework Laravel and MySQL database.

Abstract

UD. SJ is one of the SMEs in Pelalawan with the main product in the form of furniture. Problems that are often faced by UD. SJ is the distribution and distribution of costs for product sales that are not optimal, lack of calculations, lack of recording and bookkeeping, thus making UD. SJ sometimes takes a loss. So the formulation in this study is how to optimize the distribution costs of UD products. SJ, the distribution process is influenced by the distance traveled, the cost of the trip, and the number of vehicles and drivers. The purpose of the study was to determine the optimal cost comparison of product distribution in UD. SJ. The method used is the stepping stone transport method). The results showed that the calculation of the distribution costs of furniture products from UD. The optimal SJ using the stepping stone method manually is Rp. 31,233,751.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the body truck industry, both cold diesel and fuso. The application of ISO 9001:2015 in a company is one of the most important quality management principles because a result to be achieved will be more efficiently achieved when related activities and resources are managed as an integral process that cannot be separated.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the efforts to implement the ISO 9001:2015 standard carried out by the checking section at PT. XYZ in the field based on indicators that have been determined by ISO 9001-2015 regarding quality. And after comparing and knowing the indicators that are appropriate and which are not in accordance with their application, it can be seen that all indicators are in accordance with the application in the field with a total percentage of 84.0%, and in this indicator the most significant is found in indicator III with a percentage of 86.2 % which is declared very good and indicator VI with a percentage of 88.9% which is declared very good. From the conclusions obtained. Based on the analysis of the overall percentage results, 8 indicators of the implementation of ISO 9001-2015 in the checking section of PT. XYZ can be categorized as "Very Good", because from the overall percentage of 8 indicators of the implementation of ISO 9001-2015, the percentage is 84.0%. And the suitability of the application in the company is in accordance with ISO 9001-2015.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify internal and external factors that affect the quality of Pagur arabica for the export market. Furthermore, from the identification, a development strategy for export quality Arabica will be drawn up. Data were obtained from 3 specialties Arabica coffee producers. The data analysis used AHP to determine quality criteria that are in accordance with export coffee quality standards, including moisture content, value of bean defects, levels of impurities and uniform coffee bean size. A total of 10 experts were asked to choose alternatives based on predetermined criteria. The analysis of the weighting of the producer selection data in this study was carried out using the analytical hierarchy process method. The results showed that the criteria that most influenced the selection of Pagur Madina specialty arabica coffee producer grades were the criteria for bean defects with a weight of 0.409, the criteria for bean size with a weight of 0.213, the criteria for dirt content with a weight of 0.213 and the last criterion was the criterion of water content with a weight of 0.069. Meanwhile, the best producer chosen by the respondents is Producer Z with a weight of 0.678 then producer Y with a weight of 0.170 and the last producer priority is supplier X with a weight of 0.152.

Abstract

In this day and age, information technology is increasingly developing and supporting the presentation of information quickly and precisely. It can be known that in the business world, information systems have become an important part of a company and organization. Therefore, a company and an organization are very dependent on the information and knowledge possessed, because with the strength of a company and organization we can see. With the existence of information systems in various fields of companies and other industries, making a company / industry become developed. An example of one of the businesses in the automotive sector, such as a workshop, can develop by using an information system as one of its business strategies. The increasing number of motor vehicle users today, competition in business the workshops are also increasing. Such as service facilities that come to the place where vehicle users are located to provide ease of use of service facilities through the creation of web-based applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer decisions in purchasing Smartphones for people who visited the Pekanbaru Mall shopping center. The sample is determined proportionally as many as 50 people with a purposive non-probability sampling technique, namely consumers of generation z who use smartphones. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis of percentages. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that; 1) The dimension of brand choice has the highest average of 4.19, meaning that consumers prioritize the search for the most suitable brand including brand interest, brand habits and price conformity with the brand being the most prioritized in the purchasing decision process. 2) The dimension of product choice has the lowest average, which is 3.59, meaning that consumers consider a smartphone to have become an ordinary need and it is natural for everyone to have it because it is a need for a wider means of communication than the use of ordinary GSM mobile phones including needs, values, lifestyle stimulus and level of dependence

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and competence on work discipline and its impact on employee performance at PT BSI KC Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru. By using quantitative research methods by conducting a survey of employees of PT BSI KC Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 82 people. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection used by the author in this study is a questionnaire. The data collected is primary data. Analysis of the data used is to use path analysis (path analysis). By using software SPSS 17.00 for windows. The results showed that there was a relationship between competence and work discipline, compensation and work discipline. And the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance. And the effect of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and branding on turnover and competitive advantage of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) fostered by Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai after covid-19. The analytical tool used is WarpPLS with a total sample of 114 SMEs. The results of the study found that Digital Marketing had a positive influence on turnover, and the p value of Digital Marketing had an effect but not significant on turnover with a value of 0.140 (> 0.05). while the influence of Digital Marketing on competitive advantage has a coefficient value of 0.297, meaning that Digital Marketing has a positive effect on competitive advantage. For the influence between Branding and Turnover with a path coefficient value of 0.227, it means that Branding has a positive effect on Turnover but is not significant with a p value of 0.297. While the direct influence of branding on competitive advantage has a negative value of -0.253 meaning that branding does not have a positive influence on competitive advantage with a p value of 0.242. To see the direct effect of Turnover on Competitive Advantage, a positive value of 0.325 was obtained, meaning that Turnover had a positive effect on Competitive Advantage but not significant with a p value of 0.231 (> 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the average productive percent of operators so that they can determine the standard time required for operators to carry out their work at PT. Asia Forestama Raya Composer station, and to find out the amount of manpower needed at this station.  The method used in this study is the Work Sampling Method, this method is a work technique to conduct a large number of observations on the work activities of machines, processes and workers or operators. The sample used in this study were workers or operators at the Composer work station. Composer work station is a work station consisting of 12 Cast Builder machines with each machine consisting of 5 operators, the work of this station is to connect plywood sheets according to standard sizes. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out in this study, it can be concluded that the average working productive percent of all operators is 94.087%. The standard time required for the work process on the Cor Builder machine is 11.3 minutes/m3, and the amount of labor required at the Composer work station initially amounted to 5 people (with details of 2 people as Cor Builder machine operators, 2 people as repair as well as inspection, and 1 person as waste disposal), to 7 people (with details of 2 people as Cor Builder machine operators, 4 people as repair and inspection, and 1 person as waste disposal.
