Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the effect of cyberloafing (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on peformance (Y) mediated by organizational commitment (M). The population in this study were Local Government Employees in Rejang Lebong district. The sample was taken using random sampling. The number of data is 305 respondents who were taken through a google form questionnaire using the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis method. Based on statistical tests, the results showed that cyberloafing had a not significant and negative on peformance and organizational commitment. While job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on peformance as well as organizational commitment which has a significant positive effect on peformance. organizational commitment no mediates cyberloafing on performance, while job satisfaction on performance partially mediates because it is positive and significant. Keywords: Cyberloafing, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Performance Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cyberloafing (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y) yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi (M). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling. Jumlah data 305 responden yang diambil melalui kuesioner google form menggunakan metode analisis data partial least squares (PLS). Berdasarkan uji statistik, diperoleh hasil bahwa cyberloafing berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja dan komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja serta komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. komitmen organisasi tidak memediasi cyberloafing terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja secara parsial memediasi karena positif dan signifikan. Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of employees within the Agriculture and Fisheries Service of Rejang Lebong Regency. The assessment focused on Employee Work Objectives (SKP) as a measure of work behavior. Employing a mixed-methods approach, combining descriptive qualitative methods with naturalistic inquiry, data was collected from 100 respondents through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analysis, utilizing both descriptive and qualitative methods, revealed commendable overall performance among employees. Specifically, in the areas of service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership, employees of the Rejang Lebong Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service demonstrated high-level performance. These findings underscore the dedication and effectiveness of the workforce in meeting the established objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity, product quality and warranty on consumer decisions to buy products. This type of research was used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. In this study, the authors collected information data and basic information using a questionnaire distributed to respondents of Tupperware Bengkulu members. The data to be used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents of Tupperware Bengkulu members totaling 230 people. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and partial least square analysis. The results showed that: (1) Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City; (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City; and (3) Warranty/guarantee has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of viral marketing on purchase intention, brand awareness influences purchase intention, customer trust mediates the influence of viral marketing on purchase intention and customer trust mediates the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires related to viral marketing, brand awareness, purchase intention, and customer trust to 110 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and the analysis method is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application. The research results show that viral marketing does not affect purchase intention, brand awareness affects purchase intention, customer trust does not mediate the effect of viral marketing on purchase intention and customer trust mediates the effect of brand awareness on purchase intention.

Abstract

Organizations need a loyalty increase plan to avoid negative impacts that can occur due to low HR loyalty. This research aims to determine the influence of job insecurity, job stress and salary satisfaction on the loyalty of contract employees in the Kepahiang district government. The research method used was a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, involving 290 contract employees in the Kepahiang district regional government as participants. The results of the research show that job insecurity has a significant effect on contract employee loyalty, work stress has no significant effect on contract employee loyalty, salary satisfaction has a significant effect on contract employee loyalty and simultaneously the variables of job insecurity, job stress and salary satisfaction have an effect on contract employee loyalty. contract employee in the local government of Kepahiang district.
