Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with cyberloafing in the Rejang Lebong Regency State Civil Apparatus generation and an employee is not happy with the work they do, job satisfaction is an employee's emotional response to a work situation which is determined by achieving results, meeting or exceeding expectations. Cyberloafing is the behavior of using the internet for personal gain during working hours for purposes that are not related to work activities. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique via Googleform. The measuring instrument used in this research is a Likert scale where the variables Organizational Commitment and job satisfaction are 15 item statements and Cyberloafing is 19 item statements. The results of data analysis using the regression test showed that the commitment correlation coefficient was -.518 and p = 0.026 (p < 0.05) while satisfaction was -.822 and p = 0.016 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction with cyberloafing. The higher organizational commitment and job satisfaction, the lower cyberloafing. Keyword: commitment organizational, job satisfactions, cyberloafing, State Civil Apparatus

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the effect of cyberloafing (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on peformance (Y) mediated by organizational commitment (M). The population in this study were Local Government Employees in Rejang Lebong district. The sample was taken using random sampling. The number of data is 305 respondents who were taken through a google form questionnaire using the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis method. Based on statistical tests, the results showed that cyberloafing had a not significant and negative on peformance and organizational commitment. While job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on peformance as well as organizational commitment which has a significant positive effect on peformance. organizational commitment no mediates cyberloafing on performance, while job satisfaction on performance partially mediates because it is positive and significant. Keywords: Cyberloafing, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Performance Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cyberloafing (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y) yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi (M). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling. Jumlah data 305 responden yang diambil melalui kuesioner google form menggunakan metode analisis data partial least squares (PLS). Berdasarkan uji statistik, diperoleh hasil bahwa cyberloafing berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja dan komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja serta komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. komitmen organisasi tidak memediasi cyberloafing terhadap kinerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja secara parsial memediasi karena positif dan signifikan. Abstract

Nasabah merupakan unsur utama bagi kelangsungan hidup perbankan, kinerja karyawan bank dapat diukur salah satunya melalui peningkatan jumlah nasabah. Semakin tinggi jumlah nasabah yang diperoleh, semakin tinggi kinerja perbankan (Sitepu, 2013). Kinerja adalah tingkat prestasi karyawan dalam suatu organisasi. Berdasarkan teori kinerja individu, maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa terdapat dua faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yaitu faktor internal dan factor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Bengkulu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik samplingjenu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Bengkulu yang berjumlah 54 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reward berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan punishment berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between cyberloafing and work procrastination among employees of the Civil Registration and Population Office in Rejang Lebong Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach with statistical data analysis. The population of the study consists of 27 individuals, and the sampling method used in this research is saturation sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, books, articles, and the internet. The results of the research, analyzed using SPSS version 26, show a highly significant relationship between cyberloafing and work procrastination among employees of the Civil Registration and Population Office in Rejang Lebong Regency. The limited number of employees in the Civil Registration and Population Office in Rejang Lebong Regency, which totals only 27, posed a challenge in data processing. This research can serve as a basis for consideration for the Civil Registration and Population Office in Rejang Lebong Regency to monitor and use office facilities, especially the internet, in accordance with their intended purpose.

Abstract

Guna membentuk sumber daya produktif dalam kelompok nelayan banyak caranya seperti pengembangan produk kreatif. Produk kreatif yang dapat dikembangkan didalam kelompok nelayan seperti mengolah limbah tangkap menjadi produk kreatif  yang memiliki nilai ekonomi seperti : Pupuk organic cair (POC), makanan ikan,  makanan kucing, makanan ayam dan kerupuk. Semua produk tersebut dapat diproduksi di dalam kelompok nelayan Sejahtera Bengkulu.  Kelompok Nelayan Sejahtera Bengkulu yang berjumlah 42 orang yang mana dalam aktivitas tangkap mereka mengeluarkan limbah tangkap ikan Permasalahan yang ada dalam Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) nelayan Bengkulu adalah branding produk dan legalitas produk. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pemahaman pada kelompok usaha bersama nelayan sejahtera Bengkulu dalam membuat kemasan produk logo dan merek produk. Dengan adanya branding produk yang dipasarkan secara luas baik secara online atau offline dan anggota kelompok nelayan sejahtera bengkulu memahami pentingnya membangun sebuah semangat dan kerangka pikir terhadap pentingnya mengurus legalitas usaha bagi pelaku usaha sehingga para pelaku usaha dapat bersaing dengan para pesaingnya sehingga diharapkan akan adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan dari kelompok nelayan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah branding produk ekonomi kreatif dan paham pentingnya legalitas produk.

Abstract

Digital transformation compels organizations to enhance the efficiency and transparency of their business processes. Process mining has emerged as a pivotal approach that leverages event logs from information systems to evaluate and improve processes in a data-driven manner. This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of existing research exploring the application of process mining in supporting business process digital transformation. Relevant literature was retrieved from the Scopus database and filtered using rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in ten primary studies analyzed through the PICOS framework and PRISMA diagram. The findings indicate that process discovery, heuristic mining, and fuzzy mining are the most commonly employed techniques, with tools such as ProM and Disco frequently utilized. Research trends show increasing integration of process mining with artificial intelligence, simulation, and process automation technologies. However, several challenges remain, including limited data log quality and availability, lack of cross-system integration, and minimal validation in real-world settings. This study highlights the strategic role of process mining as a key enabler of digital transformation by enhancing efficiency, process visibility, and data-driven decision-making, while also providing a research landscape and future development directions in the domain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on the firm value of tourism sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from the financial statements of six selected companies. The independent variables in this study include Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE), while firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV). The results indicate that DER, ROA, and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on PBV, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.885. Partially, all three variables also show a significant positive effect, with DER having the strongest influence. These findings suggest that capital structure plays a critical role in enhancing firm value in the tourism sector, followed by profitability. The study offers valuable insights for corporate management and investors in formulating optimal financial strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of rewards and punishment, mediated by job stress, on cyberloafing behavior among lecturers in Bengkulu City. The research background is rooted in the prevalence of personal internet use during work hours (cyberloafing) in academic environments, which negatively impacts productivity. A quantitative method using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze data from 100 lecturers at state (PTN) and private (PTS) universities in Bengkulu, selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that rewards have a significant negative effect on cyberloafing (β = -0.45; p = 0.001) and job stress (β = -0.32; p = 0.003), while punishment has a significant positive effect on cyberloafing (β = 0.32; p = 0.020) and job stress (β = 0.28; p = 0.011). Job stress was proven to mediate the relationship between rewards, punishment, and cyberloafing (indirect effects: -0.14 and 0.13; p < 0.05). The implications highlight the importance of fair reward policies and educational approaches in implementing sanctions to reduce job stress and cyberloafing in higher education settings.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the regeneration of batik artisans in Giriloyo Village through a talent management approach. The activity was carried out using a participatory method that included identifying youth potential, assessing competencies, experiential-based training, and continuous mentoring. The training materials covered batik-making techniques, motif design based on local wisdom, digital marketing, and community leadership. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' technical skills and cultural understanding. Young participants became actively involved in batik production and promotion and established positive collaborations with senior artisans. The program also encouraged the emergence of creative youth communities and raised awareness of the importance of preserving local cultural heritage. This activity demonstrates that a talent-based human resource management strategy can offer effective solutions to regeneration challenges in traditional cultural sectors. Although constraints such as limited facilities and funding remain, the program has made a tangible contribution to strengthening the local creative economy and preserving intangible cultural heritage.

Abstract

Cyberloafing, atau penggunaan internet untuk tujuan pribadi selama jam kerja, telah menjadi perhatian yang semakin besar dalam dunia penelitian, khususnya di bidang manajemen, psikologi organisasi, dan perilaku kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana perkembangan penelitian tentang cyberloafing. Data diambil dari google scholar sebanyak 500 artikel selama lima tahun terakhir dengan kata kunci “cyberloafing”. Analisis menggunakan aplikasi VOSviewer untuk mengevaluasi tren publikasi, kolaborasi antar peneliti dan klasterisasi kata kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan selama lima tahun terakhir tentang publikasi cyberloafing terutama di Indonesia. Pola kolaborasi peneliti terlihat sudah baik, dan dikemudian hari masih bisa untuk dikembangkan lagi.studi ini juga berpeluang meningkat dan bisa dikembangkan lagi di masa yang akan datang dikarenakan peran teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan membuat efek kecanduan bagi pekerja generasi z bahkan sampai generasi alpha yang memang sudah hidup dengan teknologi sejak dini. Rekomendasi ini diharpkan bisa menjadikan acuan bagi instansi atau perusahaan agar bisa menjadikan Tindakan cyberloafing untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di kemudian hari
