Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is first, there is an influence of the probing prompting learning approach on the science learning outcomes of Class VII Students at SMPN 31 Seluma. Second, there is an influence of learning motivation on the science learning outcomes of class VII students at SMPN 31 Seluma. Third, there is an influence of the probing prompting learning approach and learning motivation on the science learning outcomes of class VII students at SMPN 31 Seluma. The type of research in this research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental methods. This design uses control and experimental groups. The results of the first research, there is a probing prompting learning approach to the science learning outcomes of Class VII students at SMPN 31 Seluma. Second, there is an influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in science learning outcomes for Class VII students at SMPN 31 Seluma. Third, there is a simultaneous influence of the probing prompting learning approach and learning motivation on the science learning outcomes of class VII at students at SMPN 31 Seluma. Keywords: Probing Prompting Learning Approach, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine multicultural counseling approaches in a pluralistic society. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely literature studies sourced from books and journals. The results obtained from this research show that multicultural counseling is very helpful for problems that occur in pluralistic societies with various ethnicities, races, religions and cultures. So it can be concluded that multicultural counseling must be able to understand the cultural characteristics of a pluralistic society. Keyword: Counseling, Multicultural, Plural

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine 1) the diversity of plants in the Ancol beach area as teaching material to improve learning outcomes in the material on the classification of living creatures for class IX students at SMP Negeri 14 Seluma, 2) the influence of the results of identifying plant diversity in the Ancol beach area, Kec. Semidang Alas Maras District. Seluma as teaching material to improve learning outcomes in the material on the classification of living things for class IX students at SMP Negeri 14 Seluma. This type of research is quantitative correlational research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The research sample of class IX students at SMP Negeri 14 Seluma was 30 people using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques are observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis used quantitative with the t test. The results of the research showed that the plants on the coast of Ancol, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency consisted of 15 types of plants, namely Rhizopora apiculata (fire mangrove), Rhizopora mucronata (ringworm mangrove), Peking grass (Zoysia matrella (L.)Merr), cypress (Casuarina equisetifolia L), horsetail (Ipomea pes caprae), Terminalia catappa L (sea hyacinth), wedelia blifora (Sea chrysanthemum), sea fern (Acrostichum aureum), Cyperus Esculentus (yellow sesame grass ), ketapang (Terminalia catappa L), bitter jukut (Axonopus compressus Swartz), davallia solida (rabbit's foot fern), needle grass (Andropogon aciculatus), coconut (Cocos nucifera), sea pandan (Poaceae and Arecaceae). There is an influence on the results of identifying plant diversity in the coastal area of Ancol District. Semidang Alas Maras District. Seluma as teaching material for improving learning outcomes in the material on the classification of living things for class IX students at SMP Negeri 14 Seluma tcount > ttable 2.03011 and p value 0.000 < 0.05. . Keywords: Diversity, Plants, Teaching Materials, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research aims to determine Mandailing Language Interference with Indonesian. In this research, of course, there is a research method used, and the method used by researchers in analyzing Mandailing Language Interference with Indonesian is a descriptive method and the data analyzed is in the form of qualitative data. After having a method, of course this research is a conversation piece from the Padang Lawas Youth Association, and the end of the research is the research results. The research results from this research are that the interference used is in the field of Indonesian morphology in the use of the Mandailing language which can be seen in the morphological process which includes the process. affixation. This morphological interference includes the interference of the prefixes di-, ter- , ke -, N-, pa-, and sa-; suffix interference –an; confix interference includes ke-/-an, N/-i, N-/- ake, di-/-i, di-/-ake, pa-/-an, and ka-/-an; and the combined affix interference meN-(per-ake) and di-(per-/-ake). Those that are often used are prefixes and surfixations, while those that are rarely used are infixation and confixation. Keywords: interference analysis, Mandailing language, Indonesian

Abstract

This study aims to understand the role of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in improving students' learning motivation in the digital era, as well as identify factors that hinder this role. The scope of the research includes analyzing students' needs in the digital context, counseling teachers' ability to integrate technology, and effective strategies to support students' learning. The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting and reviewing literature data which is then connected to the research to get answers to problems obtained from various journals and online books. The results show that counseling teachers have an important role in motivating students by utilizing digital technology to provide more personalized and effective guidance. However, there are some barriers such as limited access to technology and lack of training for counseling teachers. In addition, factors such as parental involvement and the availability of educational facilities also affect the role of counseling teachers in improving students' learning motivation. Nonetheless, this study confirms that a deeper understanding of the role of counseling teachers in the context of digitalization is needed to ensure students get maximum support in their learning process.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Digital Age, Role of Counseling Teacher.
