Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Conflict Management, Self Efficacy on employee performance at PT Meerkats Flexipack Indonesia. Employee performance is the overall output produced by employees where in the process of work there is punctuality, maximum quality, sufficient skills where all of them can help the company to achieve a goal. The population in this study is PT Meerkats Flexipack Indonesia, this study uses saturated samples, saturated samples are samples that represent the total population. Or in other words, all members of the population are sampled. The method in this study is Quantitative, the data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were performed using SPSS software version 27 for windows. The result of this study is that independent and dependent variables have a partial and simultaneous effect. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of the R Square value is 0.534 which means that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 0.534 or presented to 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation, both partial and simultaneous, on employee performance at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents at the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia Cooperative Area 9. The results show that the training variable (X1) has a positive influence on employee performance (Y), the work motivation variable has a positive influence on employee performance (Y). The training variable (X1) and motivation variable (X2) simultaneously influence employee performance (Y). Through the t test (partial) with the calculated t-value of the training variable is 8.126> t-table 1.996 and the significance value is 0.000<0.005. Through the f test (simultaneous) with an F-Calculated value of 639.958 > F-Table 3.13 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.005.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of KSPPS Abdi Kerta Raharja workers. Data is handled via SPSSv.26. The results of surveys and interviews were used in the quantitative methodology of this research. A random sample of the total population yielded 50 responses. The methodology used includes coefficient of determination testing, hypothesis testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and validity testing. The research results show that to a limited extent the work discipline variable (X1) has an influence on the employee performance variable (Y), with a calculated t value of 12.274 which is greater than t table 1.920 and a sig of 0.020 which is lower than = 0.05. The employee performance variable (Y) is significantly influenced by the motivation variable (X2), where the calculated t value of 13.680 is higher than the t table of 1.920 and the sig is 0.000 lower than = 0.05. The employee performance variable (Y) is significantly influenced by the remuneration variable (X3) with a sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05. From the results of the ANOVA or Fcount test, it can be seen that the work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) variables have a significant influence on employee performance (Y), with an Fcount value of 198.229 which is greater than 3.19 and a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

Implementation of work Human Resources (HR) is the most important capital in an organization. This research aims to analyze the influence of job analysis and career development on the performance of PT employees. Youngan Indo Maju in Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 130 employees who worked at PT Youngan Indo Maju. The determination of the number of samples used is a saturated sample. Data analysis in this research was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that job analysis has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Youngan Indo Maju, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Youngan Indo Maju and position analysis and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Youngan Indo Maju. Suggestions are put forward in this research so that PT Youngan Indo Maju explains the weight of work to employees at PT Youngan Indo Maju well. So that employees know the priority work that must be done

Abstract

The results of this research show that partially Product Quality obtained a value of 3.111 and Promotion of 2.172, where the value was higher than the table value of 1.993 and the sign score was less than 0.05. Which means that the Product Quality and Promotion variables each have an influence on the Purchase Interest variable. The results of the research simultaneously obtained the following values: fcount of 13.337 where the result was higher than 3.12. Which means that the Product Quality and promotion variables together influence the Purchase Interest variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that tourists consider when making decisions to travel to Pari Island in the Thousand Islands group. This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach and a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to 100 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. Instrument testing in this research uses validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The number of variables studied was 6 data variables processed using SPSS 26 For Windows. The results of the research show that from the 6 variables analyzed using the factor analysis model a new factor was created, namely the tourist destination factor with an eigin value of 3.479, the cumulative percentage of variance of the extracted factors was 57.980%, which means that the results of the research formed were able to explain the factors that resulted. The decision of tourists to travel to Pari Island in the Thousand Islands group was 57.980%.

Abstract

Student academic achievement refers to the results or academic accomplishments attained by a student in terms of knowledge, skills, and understanding of the subjects taught in school or other educational institutions. This research aims to analyze the influence of the school environment and teacher quality on student academic achievement among 12th-grade students of the 2016-2020 cohort at Kencana Tenjo Vocational High School (SMK). The research employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study comprises 555 12th-grade students of SMK Kencana Tenjo during the years 2016-2020. The study utilizes a random sampling method, resulting in 85 respondents. The method applied in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The research findings indicate that both the school environment and teacher quality have a positive and significant partial influence on student academic achievement. Abstract

There are a number of factors that contribute to or detract from customer satisfaction; product and service quality are two of them. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between PT. XYZ's chemical product quality and their customer service quality. 125 PT. XYZ clients meeting the study's age range of 26-50 years old made up the study's population. A total of 125 typical clients were surveyed. Descriptive and correlational methods are used in this study. Methods from the realm of quantitative analysis, include studies checking for validity and reliability, as well as other statistical tests like correlation, regression, and the coefficient of determination. T count > t table = 6.529 > 1.65744, which indicates a statistically significant relationship between product quality and satisfied customers. T count > t table = 9.444 > 1.65744 indicates a substantial relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. With the regression equation Y = 3.130 + 0.550 X1 - 0.944 X2. + e, we find that product quality and service quality have a considerable impact on consumer satisfaction. Suggestions that can be used for the development of the company in the future, namely, to increase customer satisfaction, management must maximize product benefits to customers by increasing the standard of materials used. In terms of service quality, management needs to improve the quality of service to customers in order to give a good impression so that customers continue to trust in buying products.

Abstract

Basically the way the machine works is to receive money input and read the value of the money, then calculate the amount of money that has been entered by the buyer, and delete the item desired by the buyer after the calculation result of the money entered by the buyer is right or more. In creating this machine logic, an automatic theory is needed that explains sequential machines, namely machines that carry out events or events depending on previous events or events. Automated theory is a theory that presents conditions where a device will automatically move towards a certain condition depending on the user's input and the last condition he was in.

Abstract

: Overall, education is a long-term investment that can bring great benefits to individuals and countries. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Teacher Performance at Sma Negeri 6 Tangerang Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling or saturated sampling. The number of samples in this research was 65 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. Then the test tool used is SPSS software. The research results show that there is a partial influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Teacher Performance. Work Discipline with a value of 5,625 then Work Environment with a value of 3,890 which is greater than the T table with a value of 1.998 and a sign value smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable and the Work Environment variable influence the Teacher Performance variable. Simultaneous research results with a calculated F value of 107,595 are greater than the F table of 3.22, so the Work Discipline and Work Environment variables have a joint effect on the Teacher Performance variable. 77.6% is influenced by Work Discipline and Work Environment, 22.4% is due to other factors. It can be concluded based on the research results that Work Discipline and Work Environment on Teacher Performance have a positive and significant relationship
