Alkohol Aren is commodity consumtion of North Sulawesi with behaviour trade market. It have policies government with taxes, permission, retribution make impact for income regional. Topics is the impact of government policy on alcohol aren regional income in North Sulawesi. This research aimed to analyze government policy impact on alcohol aren production, alcohol industry, etanol industry and alcohol demand of people.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Time series data from 2013-2018 were sourced from the Service of Plantation, the Statistics Central Agency (BPS), Trading Regulatory Agency (Deprindag), the World Bank, The Industry product Casanova and Segaran Sari. Simultaneous equations, consisting of 11 equations (9 structural equations and 2 identity equations) and estimated by Two Stage Least Squares (2SLS) method with SAS 9.1 application.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Regional income has effect from taxes, taxes has effect from minol production, minol production has effect from â€œcaptikusâ€ production or alcohol aren production and sum of industry, captikus production has effect from price of captikus and price of minol, price of captikus has effect from minol demand. Price of Minol has effect captikus production and alcohol aren demand, alcohol aren demand has effect minol demand, minol demand has effect from minol price and supply minol, the last supply minol has effect from stock.Keywords: Alkohol Aren, Demand and Supply, production, Quantiti tax, GDPR, simultaneous equations

This study aimed to analyze factors that influenced the unemployment rate in Tomohon City. The factors included in the analysis were population growth, regional wage growth and GRDP growth. The data used were secondary data from 2008 to 2017 published by BPS (Statistics Indonesia). The analytical method used was Regression Analysis. The results showed that from the three variables analyzed only the regional wage growth had a significant effect on the unemployment rate in Tomohon. The higher the regional wage growth, the lower the unemployment rate.Â The population growth rateÂ hadÂ a positive but not significant effect on the unemployment rate. The GRDP growth hadÂ aÂ negative but not significant effect.Keywords: Unemployment rate, Population growth, GRDP, Tomohon

This study aims to determine Dâ€™Mooat's tourism contribution to the Family Income around Moat Village, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted from July to SeptemberÂ 2018. The research method Â used Â in this study was the Case Study method. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through a list of questioner that had been prepared, while secondary data were obtained from the sub-district office, the village office, and related agencies. The analysis used was descriptive analysis. This study aims to analyze the income of Matuari Hydroponic farming in Paniki Bawah City, Manado. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the help of a list of questions prepared in advance. Secondary data were obtained from various sources related to the problems discussed in this study. The results showed that, the income of Matuari Hydroponic farming for celery plants was Rp. 6,216,860.2, with a planting period of 3 months. For caisin plants the farming income was Rp. 640,097.1, with a planting period of 1.5 months. Therefore, the total income of Matuari Hydroponics for 4.5 months planting period was Rp. 6,856,957.3.Keywords: Income, Farming, Matuari, Hydroponic

The purpose of this study was to know the level of customer satisfaction in the K8 Coffee House. Survey Method was used in this study. The data used were primary data collected using interview techniques in the form of questionnaires.The level of customer satisfaction in K8 coffee house was determined by total score in each criterion.The research result showed that the score reached 6659 and the number of satisfaction index was 78.11% which could be classified as satisfied.Â Keywords: satisfaction, customers, coffee house, Manado City.

The objective of this research is to know the level of customer satisfaction with service at Kinamang Restaurant. This research was conducted in March to June 2019. The research used primary data obtained directly from the object of research, namely data obtained from consumers of Kinamang Manado Restaurant through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire prepared as well as secondary data. obtained through books, journals, and literature-literature relating to this research. Methods data collection is done by using a survey, measured by a Likert scale. The research result showed that the level of consumer satisfaction with the service at Restoran Kinamang from the service variable was 79.53%, generally classified as neutral. In particular, the level of consumer satisfaction with the service at Restoran Kinamang for the satisfied category was at 85.66% responsiveness and 84.66 empathies and 80% confidence, for the neutral category which was real evidence of 78%, and service reliability 68%.Â Keyword:Â Satisfaction, Consumer, Kinamang Restaurant, Likert Scale

The objective of this research is to describe the role of the agricultural sector in the economy of Tomohon City in 2005, 2010 and 2017. The research was conducted for 3 months starting from December 2018 - February 2019. The basic data used in this research is quantitative descriptive data. This data focuses on the problems that exist today, on actual problems. The data collected is first compiled, explained and then analyzed. The reserch result showed that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the economy of the city of Tomohon tends to decline, however, on the other hand the agricultural sector remains consistent in contributing to the economy of Tomohon City. This was indicated by the percentage contribution of the economic sectors to the Tomohon City GRDP in 2017, where the agricultural sector was the second largest contributor after the construction sector to Tomohon City GRDP so that it can be interpreted that the productivity of the agricultural sector in Tomohon continues to develop.Â Keywords:Â Role of agricultural sector, Economy, TomohonÂ City, Contribution

This research was conducted for 4 months starting from February to June 2019. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with the general manager of CV. Ambassador Agro Lestari uses a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the company, Central Sulawesi Province Central Bureau of Statistics, books, internet, scientific journals and other university theses related to this study mainly involved Income Contributions. The research results showed that the contribution of women worker to family income was 25.87%. This means that the income contribution of Garuda Jaya fried onion business workers to family income in South Tatura Village is in the good category, meaning that the income earned by workers working in fried onion businesses can help families toÂ Â fulfill their daily needs and contribute real effect on family income. The average time spent by workers on fried onion business in the research area in one day for domestic activities was 5.4 hours per day with a percentage of 22.5%, while the time spent on productive activities was 6.6 hours per day with a percentage of 27, 5% and time for other activities besides taking care of family and working on average was 13 hours per day with a percentage of 54.17%.Keywords: Contribution of women worker, Family Income, CV Duta Agro Lestari

The objective of this research was to study the Development Strategy of Mangrove Ecotourism in the Bahoi Village of Likupang West subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for three months from September to November 2018. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct observation in the field and direct interviews with 4 community leaders, 2 foreign tourists, 5 local people from the Bahoi village and 4 local tourists.Â Secondary data were obtained from the relevant agencies, namely the Office of the Bahoi Village. The results of the research showed that the SWOT diagram analysis in Bahoi Village was in quadrant I, which was in Aggressive stage. Therefore, Mangrove Forests should be continued to be developed and promoted as ecotourism destination.Keywords: Developing Strategy, SWOT, Ecotourism, Mangrove Forest

This research was conducted for 3 months started from February to April 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from direct interviews with the general manager of PT. Fortuna Inti Alam using questionnaire. Secondary data is obtained from the companyit selfsuch as history and structure, the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sulawesi Utara, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as Google Search to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to this research, especially concerning analysis production cost of goods sold. The results showed that the full costing method had a total of Rp1,919,170,194 or Rp54,295.26/kg and the variable costing method had Rp1,746,450,000 or Rp49,408.83/kg. Difference in comparison of determining the cost of production made by PT.Fortuna Inti Alam with the variable costing method had a difference of Rp172,720,194 or Rp4.886/kg.Keywords: Production cost price , Coffee, PT.
