Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how much influence the Expense Ratio and Turnover Ratio have on the Performance of Stock Mutual Funds. This research uses a quantitative type of research using observation and documentation data collection techniques. The pre-research test used descriptive statistics, the Classical Assumption Test used the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test. Next, use the Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test using the T Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous), and finally use the determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of data analysis carried out using SPSS Version 25, the results of data analysis obtained from the t test show tcount 0.541 ≤ ttable 2.014 with a significant value of 0.591 ≥ 0.05, so H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means the variable partially does not have a significant influence on the performance of stock mutual funds. For the variable value tcount 5.201 ≥ ttable 2.014 with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means the variable partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of stock mutual funds. Judging from the f test, the calculated f value is 16.097 ≥ f table 4.05 with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. This means that the variables together have a significant effect on the performance of stock mutual funds. From the results, the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.417 or 41.7%. This shows that 41.7% of mutual fund performance variables can be explained by variables and and 58.3% are influenced by other factors not discussed in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh terjadinya permasalahan pada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) teller di KJKS BMT Agam Madani Koto Tuo, dimana nasabah mengeluhkan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh teller sangat lama dan kurang cekatan. Terjadi antrean panjang karena kursi di ruang tunggu tidak mencukupi, atau masalah pada sistem terjadi saat orang mencoba membayar, padahal tidak banyak orang yang menggunakan layanan tersebut. Penulis menggunakan bahan primer dan sekunder untuk menyusun penelitiannya, yang mengikuti metodologi kualitatif. Selain itu, metode pengumpulan informasi melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi langsung. Mengumpulkan data, membersihkannya, menampilkannya, dan menghasilkan kesimpulan merupakan langkah-langkah dalam proses analisis data. Penelitian dan analisis yang penulis lakukan membawa pada kesimpulan bahwa Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) BMT telah diterapkan secara efektif. Teller telah melakukan tugasnya dengan baik, memberikan layanan tepat waktu kepada pelanggan yang tidak membuat mereka merasa tidak nyaman. merasa nyaman menggunakan jasa yang ditawarkan teller saat melakukan penyetoran dan penarikan tunai. Teller di KJKS BMT Agam Madani Koto Tuo memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan sebagian besar nasabah merasa puas. Namun, sebagian nasabah mengeluhkan lambatnya layanan transaksi teller sehingga membuat mereka harus mengantri lama. Penerapan program pemantauan, pelatihan, dan komunikasi sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa layanan mematuhi Prosedur Operasi Standar (SOP). Selain itu, teller juga harus bersikap ramah, murah senyum, dan lemah lembut serta memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik.

Abstract

This research is motivated by consumers' lack of attention to product quality when purchasing cat food products and consumers who only want to buy cheap prices which can make their pets unhealthy. Apart from that, the availability of cat food products is still not very complete at Ki Petshop stores, which makes consumers switch to other stores. And when purchasing products, consumers still consider or compare prices at Ki Petshop stores compared to other stores. This type of research uses field research, namely conducting research by going directly into the field to obtain data using a quantitative approach. As a result of the analysis carried out using SPSS 24, the research results showed that (1) product quality had a significant effect on purchasing interest where the value of Tcount (2.162) ≥ Ttable (1.985) and the significance level was 0.003 ≤ 0.05. (2) product availability has a significant effect on purchasing interest where the value of Tcount (1.990) ≥ Ttable (1.985) with a significance level of 0.001 ≤ 0.05. (3) price has a significant effect on buying interest where Tcount (6.820) ≥ Ttable (1.985) with a significance level of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (4) product quality, product availability and price with a Fcount value of 44.611 ≥ Ftable 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 ≥ 0.05 and the coefficient of determination test results obtained were 0.593 or 59.3% so it can be concluded that the product quality variable, Product availability and price influence purchasing interest by 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Measurement of the company's financial performance must be able to provide indicators of changes in the level of welfare of shareholders as a result of investment in a certain period of time. With the means of financial information as a tool of management accountability to company owners, depiction of the company's success sectors and as a consideration in decision making from the influence of capital structure and liquidity. This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure (Debt to Equty), Liquidity (Current Ratio) on Financial Performance (Return On Asset) in Basic Materials Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2019-2023. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods which look for cause-and-effect relationships between variables or to test predetermined hypotheses with discussion of theories from experts. The research sample obtained was 120 observation data, using Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classicalassumption test, multiple linearregression test, hypothesistesting, coefficient ofdetermination (R2) test. The results of the research conducted show that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on financial performance in manufacturing companies in the basic materials sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Liquidity also has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

A country's economic development cannot be separated from international trade, particularly through imports and exports, which is the driving force of this research. The government uses export and import policies to promote economic expansion. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of imports and exports on the economic growth of West Sumatra Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method is a time series from 1994 to 2023 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of West Sumatra Province. The tests performed were multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test, f-test, normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 program was used to process these data. The multiple linear regression analysis results in the equation: Y= 3003733.844 + 62.296X1 – 9.358X2. The constant value is 3003733.844. The t-test then shows that imports have no impact on economic growth, with a significant value (0.768 > 0.05) and the calculated t-value is smaller than the t-table (0.298 <2.5553). Exports have an effect if the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table (5.208 > 2.5553). Taken together, it shows that imports and exports have a large impact on value (0.000 < 0.05). With an R-squared value of 0.695, exports and imports are highly correlated with GDP growth of 69.5%. Meanwhile, factors not discussed in this study affect the remaining 30.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Kuala Kencana District Office. The research method used in this study is the associative research method, which is a method to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. In this study, the data collection methods used are the observation method, questionnaire method and documentation method. To determine the positive influence between these variables, the analysis instrument used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but work motivation does not have a significant effect. The results of simultaneous testing show that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer interest in choosing used clothing (cakar bongkar) and socio-economic factors, work and environment influence consumer interest in choosing used clothing in the central market in Mimika Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive method and associative method. The data collected in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data sourced from consumers of used clothing (cakar bongkar) who are used as respondents using observation and questionnaire techniques. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS analysis. The results of the analysis show that, the work variable has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. , while socio-economic and environmental factors do not have a significant effect. Consumer interest in choosing used clothing (cakar bongkar) considers the work factor as a consideration, where this is based on the results of the analysis of the work factor has a significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that determine the elasticity of demand for broiler chicken in Timika City. The research method used is a descriptive method. In this study, the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. To determine the factors that determine the elasticity of demand for broiler chicken in Timika City, the analysis instrument used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study indicate that out of 5 factors, there are only 3 most dominant factors. These factors are the taste or taste factor of the community with a correlation value of -0.762, the price factor of the goods themselves with a correlation value of 0.721 and the estimated price factor in the future with a correlation value of 0.535.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Survival Mechanism of the Underprivileged Community in Mawokauw Jaya Village. The research method used is a descriptive method. In this study, the data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis instrument used is source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the Mawokauw Jaya Village community according to 100 questionnaires to the community reached 87 families in the category of Underprivileged Families, 7 in the category of prosperous families I, 1 in the category of prosperous families II, 4 in the category of prosperous families III and 1 in the category of prosperous families III Plus. Thus, the Mawokauw Jaya village community is categorized as a pre-prosperous family community that is less able to meet daily living needs.

Abstract

Accountants play a crucial role in the modern business world, where they act as providers of accurate, reliable, and relevant financial information, which is essential for various stakeholders to make informed decisions. The objective of this study is to explore the urgency of the professional accountant's code of ethics and the issues encountered in financial statement audits. The research employs a qualitative methodology with a literature review approach. The findings indicate that the code of ethics for public accountants is an essential component that ensures accountants perform their duties with high integrity and professionalism. This code serves as a moral guideline that not only establishes standards for professional conduct but also reflects the fundamental values underpinning the accounting profession. By emphasizing the importance of integrity, professionalism, and the avoidance of conflicts of interest, the code of ethics plays a role in maintaining the credibility of the accounting profession and protecting public interests. Violations of the code can damage the profession's reputation and diminish public trust in the financial statements presented. Financial statement audits face various issues that can impact the reliability and quality of audit results. Human errors, fraud, changes in the business environment, and limitations in audit evidence are some of the main challenges that need to be addressed. Additionally, inherent risks, controls, and detection require special attention to ensure that audit outcomes are dependable. Effective management of audit risks and compliance with applicable auditing standards are key factors in ensuring the quality and consistency of audits.
