Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing at PT. Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi Branch and find out the impact of implementing digital marketing to increase sales of Umrah packages at PT. Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi Branch. This type of research is field research, which takes data directly from the research site. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is clear that the digital marketing carried out by PT Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi branch is in line with Yazer Nasdini's theory which states that there are indicators in the implementation of digital marketing, namely accessibility, interactivity, entertainment, trust, irritation and informativeness. The digital marketing instruments used by PT Tridaya Pesona Wisata include websites and social media marketing such as: Facebook and Instagram. As well as the positive and effective impact of implementing PT Tridaya Pesona Wisata's digital marketing which helps provide accurate and detailed information to prospective pilgrims as well as increasing sales of Umrah packages and the number of pilgrims using Umrah travel services with PT. Tridaya Pesona Wisata Bukittinggi Branch.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of the marketing mix (marketing mix) on increasing the number of prospective Umrah pilgrims at PT. Bilmalyndo Hajar Aswad, City of Bukittinggi, the main problem raised in this article is the lack of interaction between employees of the Umrah travel service provider, namely PT. Bilmalyndo Hajar Aswad for prospective service users who have not used Umrah travel services and there is no increase in the number of prospective Umrah pilgrims using tour travel services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on increasing the number of prospective Umrah pilgrims and to find out the efforts made by PT. Bimalyndo in increasing the number of prospective pilgrims. This research is a quantitative research, which can be interpreted as a method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The results showed that the multiple linear regression test obtained a constant value of 1.662, the regression coefficient on the Product variable was 0.201/20.1%, Promotion was 0.307/30.7%, Price was 0.351/35.1%, Place was 0.269/26.9%. Process 0.419/41.9%, Human 0.360/36%, and Physical Evidence 0.314/31.4%. This shows that if every 1% increase in the independent variable, it will affect the increase in Umrah Pilgrims Candidates by the value of the regression coefficient. For the test results the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 78.1%, there are still other variables that can influence the increase in the number of prospective Umrah pilgrims by 21.9%. This means that this research can still be developed and studied to completion in order to get the effect of the overall value on the Increase in the Number of Prospective Jama'ah. PT. Bimalyndo can analyze more deeply regarding opportunities and steps that must be taken to attract customers by using the marketing mix reference theory in the service sector so that his efforts to increase the number of Umrah pilgrims in his company can be achieved.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the significant influence of the halal label on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products at Sinar Fajar Wholesale. The type of research is a purposive quantitative approach. The research population is Sinar Fajar Muslim consumers who use Wardah cosmetics. Sampling used the Non-Probability sampling method with Purposive Sampling technique. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the halal label on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics. This research is useful for researchers, society and future researchers. The type of research used in this thesis is quantitative descriptive. This research involved a sample of 100 respondents. Validity was tested using factor analysis, validity test, reliability test, scatterplot test, T test, coefficient of determination test using Cronbach's Alpa and data normality test using P-plot. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with the SPSS Version 21 program. The halal label variable (X) influences the purchasing decision variable (Y) of Wardah cosmetics with a significant t value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, an R value of 0.774, and an R square value of 0.599, meaning that the halal label is able to explain the dependent variable or purchasing decision by 0.599 x 100% = 59.9 percent while the other 42.6 percent is explained by the lan variable.  Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the influence of the halal label has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics. With a value of tcount < ttable or tcount > ttable (12.111 < 1.66055 or 12.111 > 1.66055) and the halal label has a strong relationship with purchasing decisions of 0.59.9.

Abstract

The Influence of Marketing Strategy on Consumer Satisfaction at Cafe Saba, Hutarimbaru Village, Panyabungan Selatan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategies on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Saba, Hutarimbaru Village, Panyabungan Selatan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The sample used was 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling method. By using a simple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The resulting coefficient of determination is 0.445, which means that 44.5% of changes in consumer satisfaction variables are explained by changes in marketing strategy variables, while the remaining 55.5% are explained by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a comprehensive description of customer attitudes in funding gold at Pegadaian Syariah UPS Manggis, Mandiangin Koto Selayan District, Bukittinggi City and help improve the quality of services provided. This research uses a qualitative method in the form of field research, which cites information directly from the research location. The information collection method used is primary information obtained from the results of questions and answers and monitoring, and inferior information obtained from documents related to the research subject. The results of the research prove that important aspects that influence customer attitudes in funding gold at Pegadaian Syariah UPS Manggis are trust in the institution, security of investment, and expected profits. Trust in Pegadaian Syariah as a reliable and comfortable institution is a very powerful aspect. Not only that, ease of access to services and transparent data also support customer decisions in funding gold. Customer attitudes in funding gold are influenced by demographic aspects such as age, education, and income. Older, more intelligent customers with higher incomes tend to be more active in investing in gold..

Abstract

This research is motivated by the slow development of business in the business of renting and selling camping equipment. This is the aim of this research to analyze and determine an effective strategy for business development in the rental and sales of camping equipment run by the F-Camp shop. The method used in this research activity is a qualitative method. Based on the results of SWOT, IFE, EFE, and Weight Score analysis, it can be concluded that the strategy needed by the F-Camp store is to utilize the strengths of the company and minimize any threats that have the potential to disrupt business development at the Tanah Datar F-Camp store. . The strategies obtained based on the results of the analysis include providing a sense of comfort for consumers and increasing the ability to compete with competitors, offering products at affordable prices and expanding market reach, increasing the amount of product inventory and establishing clear sanctions for damage to rental products, Maximizing the use of media social media as promotional media and establish cooperation with nature activists

With the title "Analysis of Hedonic Shopping Motivation of People Using the Shopee PayLater Digital Wallet in a Sharia Perspective". The background of this research is to determine the hedonic shopping motivation of Shopee Paylater from a sharia perspective in the Sidodadi Limau Putu District community. West Pasaman, hedonic shopping motivation is the urge to shop based on desire, pleasure and pleasant experiences. This research aims to identify the hedonic shopping motivation of people who use Shopee Paylater from a sharia perspective.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and the research approach used is field research. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Shopee PayLater on the Shopee marketplace has a very bad impact on finances. Apart from having a bad impact on finances, Shopee PayLater also makes it easy for them to get used to debt and make purchases which can make them get used to debt and make purchases which can make them engage in consumptive habits. so it can cause them to buy impulsively because of Shopee PayLater with 'Buy now, Pay later'. Allah SWT forbids usury, where usury is an addition or increase that is prohibited in financial transactions according to Islamic sharia. Shopee PayLater gives interest to those who borrow, therefore using Shopee PayLater is Haram, because there are additional fees or excess of the amount lent in percent and monthly.

Abstract

The background to this research is to look at the role of customer service in managing ATM card complaints so that it can retain old customers and new customers to continue making transactions at BSI Bank KC Padang Imam Bonjol. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of Customer Service in ATM Card Complaint management. The role of Customer Service in Management of ATM Card complaints at BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol has been implemented according to the SOP, namely serving customers by always giving a greeting and smile, providing good service to maintain the Bank's image. The research method used by the author here is qualitative research, with the key research informants being data collection, researchers using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The research results obtained from analyzing the role of Customer Service in managing ATM Card complaints at BSI KC Padang Imam Bonjol are that the role provided by Customer Service is good enough so that Customers feel safe and comfortable when making complaints to Customer Service because Customer Service always responds to customer complaints. quickly and precisely.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Promotion Strategy in Increasing the Number of Pilgrims at PT Bonita Anugrah Pratama Bukittinggi. The promotional strategy carried out to increase the number of pilgrims at Bonita Anugrah Pratama Bukittinggi by using SWOT analysis so as to increase the number of pilgrims and achieve company targets. The goal of the study is to use the SWOT matrix to identify opportunities, threats, vulnerabilities, and strengths in order to increase the number of pilgrims. The author of this work employed qualitative research as her research approach. This qualitative research method yields descriptive data in the form of observed behaviour and written or spoken language. gathering information by documentation, interviews, and observation. The study's findings, which came from an examination of marketing tactics aimed at boosting pilgrimage, were PT Bonita Anugrah Pratama are to use the S-T Strategy (Strength-Threath). It can be concluded that strengths and threats (ST) have the highest score of 2.94 compared to other strategies. So PT Bonita uses the S-T strategy, which is to optimize existing strengths in order to minimize external threats. From the strategies obtained, it shows that there are 3 promotional strategies to increase the number of pilgrims, namely by increasing advertising promotions through electronic media to build the image of Hajj and Umrah financing products, establishing partnerships to facilitate the process of demonstrating Umrah products and also better understanding the needs of prospective pilgrims both short and long term so as to increase the number of pilgrims.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of role of KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya in explaining to customers about determining margins before entering into a financing agreement, resulting in a lack of customer understanding regarding the determination of margins determined by KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya. This type of research is field (filed research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature which is carried out by describing how margins are determined for murabahah financing at KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya. The data collection technique in this research is through interviews by visiting the KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya office directly as well as documentation to obtain written data related to this thesisi. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the margin determination determined by KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya uses a flat calculation method, where the amount of margin given is fixed and does not change. Factors taken into consideration in determining margins at KSPPS BMT El-Uswah Dharmasraya are business factors, level of competition, financing risk and type of customer. Apart from that, there are also factors that influence margin determination, namely profit targets and overhead costs.
