Abstract

This research raises Islamic economic thought in Indonesia by looking at its history and implementation. The existence of Islamic kingdoms such as Samudera Pasai, Demak, Aceh Darussalam, Banten, and Ternate strengthens the position of Islam as a system that regulates various aspects of life. These kingdoms played a strategic role in integrating Islamic values into their economic policies. This study is a literature review study, where this study tries to explore and analyze facts from various scientific sources that are accurate and valid. The results of this study state that the implementation of Islamic economic thought in Islamic kingdoms in Indonesia not only contributes to economic progress, but also strengthens social values such as solidarity, justice, and blessings in the lives of the people. This economic system based on sharia principles provides an important example of how the integration between religion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in the influence of product quality, price, promotion, and service quality on customer loyalty at KFC Mimika Regency. A quantitative approach is used in this study, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to KFC customers. The independent variables are product quality, price, promotion, and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer loyalty, and the line variable is customer satisfaction. The method used in this study is the associative method and the path method. The sample used was 50 respondents using documentation techniques, namely the distribution of questionnaires distributed to KFC customers. The data source used in this study is quantitative data, namely testing the relationship or influence between variables. The results of this study prove partially that the variables of product quality, price, promotion, service quality have an influence on customer loyalty. And also the variables of product quality, price, promotion, service quality have an influence on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of customer trust on customer loyalty in 150cc scooter motorcycles at PT Indah Sakti Motorindo, to study the impact of customer experience on loyalty, and to assess the simultaneous impact of customer trust & customer experience on customer loyalty in 150cc scooter motorcycles. This research was conducted on PT Indah Sakti Motorindo Medan using a homogeneous population of 48 individuals per month. This study is a quantitative narrative study that uses general news as a research instrument. The data analysis techniques used include validity & reliability test, classical approximation test, multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), & determination coefficient. The results based on the multiple linear regression equation show an R-square value of 0.661 or 66.10%, which means that the independent variable contributes significantly to mentioning customer loyalty as much as 66.10%, the remaining interim ad as much as 33.90% is determined by other factors outside the research example. The conclusion based on this study is that customer religion has a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer experience has a significant effect on loyalty, and both simultaneously have a significant impact on customer loyalty at PT Indah Sakti Motorindo Medan for 150cc scooter motorcycles.

Abstract

In this digital era, e-wallets are no longer viewed as an alternative, rather an essential solution to daily transaction needs. OVO which stood as the second-most downloaded e-money application in 2024, raises questions as to which factors that drive the popularity of this application. Therefore, this study aims to explain the intention to use of OVO through a number of independent variables such as Perceived Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Trustworthiness as proxy. This study was conducted on students of S1 and D4 FEB of UNJ that are still active during the year 2024. This study uses quantitative approach in a form of an online questionnaire distributed via whatsapp, and through purposive sampling obtained 76 samples which consists of 41 men and 35 women. Questionnaire consisted of 25 questions spread in value using Likert scale model, which gives a range of 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 6 (Strongly Agree). Model used is multiple linear regression utilizing SPSS Version 27. The model results in a regression value of R Square 0.548, alongside partial test (t test) of each independent variable which indicated a positive and significant relation (t Value > t Table, Sig. < 0.05), and a simultaneous test (f test) which indicated all independent variables simultaneously has a positive and significant relation (f Value > f Table, Sig. < 0.05) to intention of use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the socio-economic influence on the welfare of Pigapu village. Data collection techniques used to obtain data in this study are observation and questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression test analysis . From the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that social and economic have a positive and significant effect on health, income and consumption.

Abstract

This research shows that increasing sales at the Davonna Beauty Store can be achieved through the implementation of planned and targeted marketing strategies. Several steps that can be taken include market analysis and customer segmentation to understand consumer needs and preferences. In addition, utilizing digital platforms, such as social media and influencer marketing, will help increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Attractive promotions, such as discounts, product bundling and loyalty programs, can strengthen relationships with existing customers and attract new consumers. Improving customer experience through optimal service and ease of shopping, both offline and online, is also a key factor in driving sales. With the right marketing strategy, Davonna Beauty Store can strengthen its competitive position and achieve significant sales growth.

Abstract

The Mamluks who ruled the Islamic world in the 13th to 16th centuries, played an important role in the history of Islamic civilization, both in terms of politics, economy, social, and culture. This article discusses the history of the formation of the Mamluks, their contribution to Islamic civilization. And the thinkers who made great contributions to the development of thought in that era. The Mamluks were known for successfully maintaining political stability and introducing social-economic reforms that had an impact on the welfare of society. The main contributions of the Mamluks to Islamic civilization include progress in the fields of economics, science, and infrastucture. In addition, thinkers from the Mamluks such as Ibn Taimiyyah who developed a theory on the concept of price, and Al-Maqrizi who developed a theory on the concept of inflation. This study shows that although the Mamluks faced various external and internal challenges, they managed to create significant progress that formed a cultural and intellectual heritage that continues to influence the Islamic world today.

Abstract

The main challenge in tofu production is the rising cost of soybean raw materials, which impacts efficiency and profitability. A quantitative approach was employed to develop a mathematical model based on Linear Programming, incorporating variables such as raw material availability, production capacity, and market demand. The model was solved using POM-QM Software. The analysis revealed that the optimal daily production for maximum profit of IDR 178,000 can be achieved with 2.55 cycles of white tofu production and 3.27 cycles of yellow tofu production per day. These findings highlight the importance of applying optimization methods to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Abstract

Bakpau, derived from the word Baozi. The word Bao means “wrap”, Zi which refers to the word round. Baozi literally means “round wrapper”. It is a soft and delicious food, invented by an important Chinese figure named Zhuge Liang in 220-280 AD, and popularized during the Tang dynasty (618-907 AD) in China. Bakpao is one of China's favorite foods, served as a snack, breakfast, or even a main meal on some occasions. The common filling for buns is pork, however, in Indonesia where the majority of Muslims do not consume pork, the filling of buns has become more varied, such as chicken, beef, chocolate, green beans, and various fruits. Bakpao raw materials such as flour, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, margarine, and others are a problem; if one of these ingredients is not fulfilled, Bakpao production can be hampered. Therefore, it is important to know what factors can hinder production.

Abstract

This study aims to examine contemporary Islamic economic thought in supporting the implementation of halal certification based on local wisdom. Halal certification is not only a religious aspect but also an economic strategy to enhance the competitiveness of local products in the global market. This approach integrates Islamic economic principles, such as justice, sustainability, and public welfare, with unique local potentials to ensure the quality of halal products. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, referring to relevant literature and case studies on the implementation of halal certification in various regions of Indonesia. The findings indicate that the implementation of halal certification based on local wisdom not only increases consumer trust but also empowers local communities through the preservation of culture and traditions. Furthermore, collaboration among religious scholars, the government, and business actors is key to achieving an inclusive and sustainable halal certification system. Therefore, this concept can serve as a model for other countries in developing an economy rooted in Islamic values relevant to contemporary challenges.
