Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk on purchase decisions using Shopee PayLater on generation Z in DKI. Jakarta, as well as the role of perceived risk as mediation. The research method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study is generation Z who uses Shopee PayLater. A sample of 100 respondents was taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling method with the criteria for respondents, namely generation Z, aged at least 18 years to 27 years old who live in DKI. Jakarta, and have used and transacted on the Shopee application with the Shopee PayLater payment method. The research data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques using Partial Least Squares (PLS) and SmartPLS4 software assistance. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived risk has no positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on perceived risk. The results also reveal that perceived risk mediates the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on purchase decisions using Shopee PayLater.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of digital technology, technology-based investment applications like Ajaib are becoming increasingly popular. This study aims to assess the influence of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence on Behavioral Intention to use the Ajaib application. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach using Google Forms, involving 124 respondents who have experience using the Ajaib application. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The results reveal that Effort Expectancy and Social Influence have a significant impact on Behavioral Intention, while Performance Expectancy does not have a significant effect. Additionally, Social Influence is found to significantly influence Performance Expectancy. These findings highlight the importance of ease of use and social influence in encouraging users’ intention to adopt investment applications. The practical implications of this study suggest that app developers should focus on these factors to boost user adoption.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of mandatory knowledge, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in e-commerce business actors in Bukittinggi City. This type of research is quantitative. The object of this research is taxpayer knowledge, taxpayer awareness, tax sanctions and taxpayer compliance of e-commerce users. The primary data source is in the form of respondents’ answers to a questionnaire and the secondary is in the form of determining the population through the website so that a sample of 45 respondents is obtained. The unit of analysis used is individuals, namely taxpayers carrying out e-commerce businesses in Bukittinggi City. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 29. The results of this research show that taxpayer knowledge partially has a positive andsignificant effect on taxpayercompliance with e-commerceusers, then taxpayer awarenessand tax sanctionspartially have noeffect on taxpayercompliance with e-commerce users. Simultaneous test results, namely knowledge of tax regulations, taxpayer awareness and taxsanctions together (simultaneously) have a significant positive effect on e-commerce taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Ease of Access and Consumptive Behavior on the use of ShopeePay as a digital payment method. The approach used is a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires filled out by 58 active undergraduate and diploma students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, who are ShopeePay users. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS and Stata software. The research findings indicate that both independent variables, Ease of Access and Consumptive Behavior, have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the use of ShopeePay as a digital payment tool.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to manage money in digital financial literacy for Islamic Banking students at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi and to determine the obstacles and opportunities for students to improve digital financial literacy for Islamic Banking students at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. This study uses a qualitative method in which researchers will try to find data information in the field or research place, understand and interpret the data and then the data is processed to be able to conclude the final results of the study. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. As well as data analysis techniques in this study using data collection methods, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Analysis of Digital Financial Literacy in Islamic Banking Students at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi consists of basic personal finance, cash management, credit and debt management, saving, investment, risk management. Of the six indicators, Islamic Banking students understand financial literacy very well.

Abstract

Financial technology (fintech) has influenced people's behavior in financial transactions, including the use of digital wallets such as GoPay. As mobile phone users and internet access increase, the use of GoPay continues to grow. However, competition with other platforms creates a need to understand user behavior, especially related to service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze whether service quality and customer satisfaction affect GoPay user loyalty and whether customer satisfaction and service quality have a direct or indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on the GoPay application. This study uses a quantitative method, which is descriptive in nature which aims to describe the data that has been collected and then draw conclusions even though it is not general. The results of this study indicate that the Service Quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. This is evidenced by the p-value which shows ≤ 0.05 and t-statistic> 1.64 so that it meets the significance criteria. Then the Service Quality variable (X2) which also has a positive effect on User Loyalty as evidenced by the p-value ≤ 0.05 and t-statistic> 1.64, so that the results show a significant relationship. The last is the Customer Satisfaction variable (X3) also has a positive effect on User Loyalty. This is proven by the p-value ≤ 0.05 and t-statistic > 1.64 which meets the significance criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the practices and accounting thought during the Ottoman Empire period. The accounting developed during that time is a concept of Islamic accounting that emphasizes the religious aspects of society while also improving the effectiveness of financial record-keeping. This research is a literature review study using a historical approach from various sources and is classified as a bibliographic study. The findings of this research show that during the Ottoman period, Islamic accounting experienced significant development, and several theories emerged that combined both Islamic and conventional accounting practices of that time.

Abstract

This research aims to try and analyze the Net Profit of BPRS Haji Poor Smart Sikek. There are also several aspects analyzed that influence Net Profit, namely Murabahah and Mudharabah Financing. This research uses a quantitative approach using inferior information, namely information obtained from the Financial Services Authority's Sharia Banking Statistics (SPS OJK) based on monthly information for the period 2019-2022. The information collection instrument is based on BPRS Haji Miskin Information and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). ). The information analysis procedure used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results of partial multiple linear regression experiments prove that Murabahah Financing with a significant figure of 0.008, Mudharabah Financing with a significant figure of 0.111, has an important influence on Net Profit. Simultaneously, the totality of free elastics has an important impact on Net Profit, namely a significant number of 0.000≤ 0.05.

Abstract

This study focuses on the ergonomics of work posture during the packing process at Toko Bahan Kue Berkah Jaya, a bakery ingredient store located in Bekasi, Indonesia. The subject of the study is a worker with a height of 173 cm who performs tasks at a packing station with a table height of 80 cm. Observations indicate that the worker adopts a bent posture with a back angle of 25°, suggesting an ergonomic mismatch between the worker’s posture and the workstation setup. This misalignment poses a potential risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).The objective of this study is to analyze the worker’s posture during the packing process and provide ergonomic recommendations for improving workstation design. The methodology involves collecting primary data through direct observation and video documentation, followed by the application of the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to evaluate posture risk. The REBA score is analyzed to determine the ergonomic risks associated with the current setup.The findings highlight that the current workstation height leads to poor posture, increasing the risk of MSDs. By increasing the table height to 95-100 cm and ensuring optimal material placement within arm's reach, the ergonomic risk score is significantly reduced. The proposed improvements show a notable decrease in posture risk, with REBA scores shifting from a high-risk to a controlled category. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of ergonomic intervention in promoting better work posture and reducing musculoskeletal risk factors.

Abstract

The Mughal dynasty is one of the major dynasties in Islamic history that made ã significant contribution to the development of an economy based on Islamic values. The economic policies implemented such as the agrarian system, taxaion, and trade, reflect the principles of justice, balance, and protection of vulnerable groups. This research aims to recontruct the thought of Islamic economists in the Mughal Daulah trought the study of relevant literature, using the literature review method, this research analyzes secondary data from various journals, and other historical document. The result show that Mughal economic policies such as zamindari, jagirdari, zakat-based taxation, kaharaj, and jizyah as well as trade regulation prohibiting usury succeeded in creating economic stability and social harmony in a multiethnic society.
