Abstract

Teknologi zaman ini begitu canggih dan semakin memudahkan kehidupan manusia karena aksesnya yang sangat mudah, sehingga bisa dilakukan kapan pun dan dimana pun. Zaman ini disebut era digital karena semua informasi sangat mudah dan cepat diperoleh serta disebarluaskan menggunakan sebuah sistem yang terhubung dengan internet. Salah satu yang sedang populer di era ini adalah media sosial, tempat untuk melakukan interaksi di dunia maya. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pemaparan tentang peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak di era digital kepada ibu-ibu PKK di kecamatan Cimahi Utara supaya meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman bagi para orang tua di era digital ini. Target khusus kami yaitu kepada para ibu-ibu PKK setempat yang diharapkan dapat memahami dan mengetahui bagaiamana cara yang tepat menerapkan sebuah pola asuh di era digital seperti saat ini dan tidak ada batasan usia bagi para pengguna media sosial, sehingga bisa diakses oleh siapa pun. Karena kebebasannya tersebut membuat sebagian besar anak dibawah umur menggunakannya tanpa diawasi oleh orang tua. Karena kurangnya pengawasan tersebut, menyebabkan anak-anak bebas memasuki dunia maya dengan sesuka hati, itu lah yang menyebabkan anak-anak mengakses berbagai konten yang tidak sesuai dengan usianya. Dengan kemudahan di era ini juga anak-anak dan remaja terkadang malas untuk membaca dan belajar, karena mereka sudah mengetahui bagaimana cara mencari jawaban di internet. Selain itu, anak-anak jadi kurang memiliki tata karma kepada orang yang lebih tua karena mereka sering meniru sikap dan perilaku orang dewasa yang mereka tonton dari konten media sosial. Dengan melihat fenomena tersebut maka orang tua harus menjadi agen pertama dalam mendidik anak di era digital saat ini. Supaya anak memiliki kendali dan dapat mengetahui tentang kehidupan di era ini. Tidak selalu anak yang harus lebih unggul dibandikan orang tuannya, tetapi orang tua pun harus lebih cerdas di masa kini agar bisa membentuk karakter anak dengan baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan usaha kecil menengah menjadi hal penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu bangsa dimana pada saat ini pemahaman terhadap akuntansi serta perubahan bisnis menjadi bisnis digital merupakan kunci utama untuk meningkatkan hal tersebut. Melihat demografi Indonesia di pasar online yang cukup besar dan berpotensi terus berkembang dimana Indonesia menjadi yang tertinggi di kawasan Asia Tenggara dengan kontribusi ekonomi digital sebesar 7.8% pada tahun 2020 merupakan pasar yang menjanjikan untuk e-commerce. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan pada Kampung Rajoet sebagai salah satu usaha kecil menengah yang ada di Kota Bandung yang memproduksi barang sandang dengan cara merajut. Kampung Rajoet mengalami kendala dalam menghitung harga jual serta pemasaran secara online dimana dampak dari pandemic Covid-19 menjadi kendala utama memaksa mereka merubah bisnis konvensional ke bisnis digital. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan merujuk atas kebutuhan mereka dalam pemenuhan pengetahuan baik secara teori maupun praktik. Hasil yang diperoleh memberikan dampak yang signifikan dimana kurang lebih 85% atau 34 pengusaha Kampung Rajoet dari total 41 pengusaha telah memasarkan produknya secara online dengan menggunakan media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook ataupun E-commerce seperti Shoppe. Selain itu dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik meningkatkan omset mereka hingga 70% walaupun masih belum normal seperti sebelum pandemik. Pelatihan tersebut memberikan dampak positif terkait penentuan harga jual serta pemasaran secara online sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Kampung Rajoet.

Abstract

One of the economic strengths that supports the Indonesian economy and regional economic strength is the existence of micro, small and medium enterprises. In addition to the support of large industries, the state tax sector received considerable support from small industry groups, which were able to maintain and increase the contribution of regional economic growth. To overcome these problems, training and assistance will be provided. The aim is to provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing for MSMEs in increasing income. The output target of this activity is to provide knowledge about the importance of digital marketing for MSME actors, add soft skills regarding insights on how to manage information technology-based products and marketing, and foster a technopreneur spirit among MSME players.

Abstract

At The end of 2019, the world was shocked by the Covid-19 which had an impact of the economy in the word especially for Small and Medium Enterprise Business in Indonesia. Based on data, there are 949 reports from Small and Medium Enterprise Business had impact from Covid-19 (Kompas, 27 Maret 2020). The Small and Medium Enterprise is one of the business that greay demand by the people in Indonesia. ). The Small and Medium Enterprise come from all variant public. The product offered are also diverse. The number of business people is also increasing every year. The Small and Medium Enterprise Business are also able to opportunities a new job for other people. So, it’s very reasonable if the Small and Medium Enterprise is growing day by day and the people are excited for it. This business is also a concern the government because The Small and Medium Enterprise can give a big impact on the economy sector in the country. In fact, The Small and Medium Business people have a difficulty in carrying out their business activities because one of the impacts Covid-19 is a decrease in people purchasing power which impact to The Small and Medium Business a decrease in sales. So that, The Small and Medium Business must be able to go digital marketing product that is right on target in order to increase sales in pandemic Covid-19. This problem occurs in the Small and Medium Business at Doll Village in Kopo Sayati, Bandung Regency. We can help the problem in the Small and Medium Business at Doll Village, we can as a lecture in accounting department and as a form of college Tridharma, so we provide a coaching about the managing finances are good, planning a sales target during the pandemic Covid-19, apply the digital marketing product so had a impact increase online sales that can be accepted by the public.

Abstract

Assistance ICT tools are tools provided by the government to schools to be put to good use in improving the quality and access of education. Technical guidance related to the function of receiving, checking, and utilizing equipment will be able to provide an understanding so that ICT aid equipment really has added value in technology-based learning. Providing the right material and supported by adequate supporting equipment will help participants in understanding. Chromebooks as a major ICT tool as a new technology must be explored properly in order to be well adapted by schools. Through the presentation of material as well as practices and simulations, it turns out that participants' understanding can be better

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada kesesuaian pengungkapan sustainability report berdasarkan standar GRI serta berkontribusi atau tidaknya pada SDGs. Data yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dipublikasikan di website perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PT Pertamina (Persero) telah menerapkan sebagian Standar GRI pada sustainability report tahun 2017-2021 dan kinerja sustainabilitas dalam sustainability report PT Pertamina (Persero) telah berkontribusi pada SDGs dari tahun 2017-2021.

Abstract

Companies are the forerunner of economic activity. The development of the times makes every company must be more innovative and creative, one of which is in the use of technology. The accounting information system is the main foundation in every business process in order to present information on the company's financial statements. The company makes sales as the company's main goal in seeking profit. Sales is one of the company's business operations which is the core and becomes crucial information for the owners of the company's capital. PT Sagittarius is a company engaged in property and real estate that provides housing development services and is sold either in cash or on credit. Sales on credit are made through the bank, so PT Sagittarius will still receive cash from the bank that has been selected as the lender. In this case, there are several internal control systems on sales that need to be re-analyzed and provide recommendations. The sales accounting information system is the object of research to ascertain how effective and efficient the sales accounting system is for PT. Sagitarius.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is very disturbing to the public and students who are required to do online learning when the current facilities are not too adequate. There are quite a number of obstacles when carrying out online learning systems such as unstable signals, quotas and pulses that run out quickly, online boredom/saturation and the number of tasks given when compared to laryngeal learning. The situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, makes most individuals need to carry out an adaptation process to meet the demands of the needs of the surrounding environment due to changes that occur in every aspect. The change in demands that switch to an online system also causes students and the general public to experience depressed conditions or what is usually referred to as stress. The purpose of holding this Community Service (PkM) is so that the community and students are able to manage stress by positive thinking in dealing with unexpected situations such as during the COVID-19 pandemic. This PkM is carried out using the Web Seminar (Webinar) method, using lectures and questions and answers for participants so that participants better understand and apply the content of the material presented by the presenters. The material presented in the Webinar includes recognizing problems and thoughts on yourself and how to take positive thinking steps to overcome the problems faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The result of this PkM is that participants who take part in this activity are expected to be able to recognize mistakes in thinking and learn to manage their thoughts to be more positive and ready to face unexpected situations.

Abstract

The marketing strategy is one of the main functional strategies adopted by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to improve performance. The Community Service Program which was carried out within one semester tried to analyze the right marketing strategy for the development of a shop business that was developing in the fashion sector, namely Rifany Hijab. The method is carried out through four stages of analysis, namely environmental analysis, strategy planning (formulation), strategy implementation, and finally evaluation and control. The results of the analysis and formulation of the strategy show that Rifany Hijab has six internal key factors and six external key factors. Rifany Hijab's internal key factors consist of three strengths and three weaknesses, with the strength that has the highest score being the relatively cheap price of the product, and the weakness factor with the highest score being the working relationship between employees and superiors. Meanwhile, external factors Rifany Hijab has three opportunity factors and three threat factors, with the main opportunity being to participate in every promotional event and good customer service (Customer Service), as well as the main threat factor, namely the many competitors and newcomers of fellow hijab products and lots of price competition fellow hijab businessmen.

Abstract

For MSMEs, several steps can be taken in order to manage finances well, namely starting to separate personal and business finances, and starting simple bookkeeping. If MSMEs are able to separate personal finance from business finance, and have bookkeeping or administrative management (business finance), MSMEs can try to make financial planning in a simple way. By separating personal and business financial records, owners can more easily manage their business finances. This is because the accuracy of business financial records can influence decision making and evaluate business performance. Mixed cash flow between personal and business finances can make it difficult for MSME actors to determine business operating costs. One strategy for separating personal and business financial records is that the owner can "pay" himself so that all personal needs are recorded from the salary post.Keeping daily financial records is a simple thing, but can bring great benefits in the long term. Companies with complete and accurate financial records will have advantages in terms of evaluation and monitoring. The development of internet technology and applications must be utilized by MSME business people. However, business actors must also be able to determine exactly what applications will be used to support the overall operation of their business. As technology develops, MSME players can take advantage of digital applications to help manage their business more effectively. By utilizing digital applications, MSMEs can find out financial transactions more quickly and accurately. The specific target in this community service activity is to provide knowledge and training to Shoe Craftsmen of the Cibaduyut Sub-District regarding understanding the basic finances for operating the Buku Warung application.
