Abstract

The demands of technological advancements affect all professional fields, one of which is government accounting, which implements e-Government to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of public services. As the use of e-government continues to rise, the emergence of ethical issues is unavoidable. Various efforts are made as preventive measures, such as improving the e-government service system and network. However, beyond that, the focus of attention should not only be on enhancing the capabilities of human resources as the primary designers of e-Government services to meet the needs of stakeholders but also on developing ethics in technology to anticipate the same technology's impact not harming unrelated parties. This paper conceptually examines and reviews the literature on the crucial role of technology ethics in the implementation of e-Government through transparent and accountable financial reporting to achieve good governance. Thus, the objective of this research is to gain a critical understanding of ethics in implementing technology-based public services. The implications of this paper call for further research on technology ethics, both qualitative and quantitative, to obtain detailed results that are beneficial for the future development of e-government technology, especially for governments as policy makers in public services.

Abstract

Even though the employment relationship between workers and employers is regulated in the Labor Law regime so that it can be equal, in practice this is not the case. The superiority of employers as employers often places workers in an unfavorable situation. Sometimes it is very apparent that workers need more entrepreneurs to live their lives through the wages they receive, compared to employers who need workers to carry out their business. This could be a sign that wages are below the minimum wage set by the government. This research is legal research that examines this unequal reciprocal relationship in practice, Use legal, conceptual and case-based approaches to draw conclusions and determine penalties for employers who pay workers below the minimum wage.

Abstract

Most of Indonesia is located in earthquake areas with moderate to high intensity, one of which is Padang city. The capital city of West Sumatra is an area that is very prone to earthquakes because it is located between two active plates of the world. The big earthquake that ever occurred in Padang City measuring ± 7.9 SR on September 30, 2009, caused several buildings to experience structural failure, buildings were destroyed and completely damaged. In earthquake-resistant buildings, the geometry of the building structure plan is very influential in responding to earthquake forces. Regular, simple, and symmetrical buildings have a better response to earthquakes than irregular buildings (Pauly and Preisly, 1992). This study analyzes one of the existing irregular hotel building structures in Padang city using the ETABS V.16.2 program. The analysis was carried out using the PBD method, namely non-linear pushover based on the Applied Technology Council (ATC-40), FEMA 356, and FEMA 440. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the capacity of the review building structure due to the influence of earthquake forces, including the failure mechanism. From the results of the research, the maximum shear force that the structure can withstand is 18344,6041 kN with a displacement of 291,435 mm due to Push-X, and 18611.7226 kN with a displacement value of 190,459 mm due to Push-Y. The displacement that occurs is still below the permit displacement, which is 2% x H, which is 442 mm. The maximum total drift is 0.013 in the X direction, 0.010 in the Y direction, and the maximum In-elastic drift is 0.011 in the X 0.006 in the Y direction, so based on the Drift Limitation parameter of the performance level, the review building structure is included in the Damage Control (DC) level.

The data analysis techniques used in this study are samples related t-test and the N-Gain test or the previously conducted efficacy test, the precondition test which is the normality test. The result showed that there were significant differences of the vocabulary studied before and after using the vocabulary studied with the Arabic QV app that was appearing from the average pre-test value of the test question 70, while the average post-test score was 80. Then he conducted a different test using the formula t test the relevant sample, which is the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 which means less than 0.05 then H0 is rejected and HA is accepted which means that there is a difference in the values before the test and after the test on the Arabic vocabulary studied by the students after applying the vocabulary reading with the QV applied Arabic. Muthanna vocabulary with Arabic QV application is effective for improving the ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary for eighth grade B students in MTSN 1 Surakarta shows results using an N-Gain test formula of 32 which means it has a potency level in the moderate category. Abstract

The Indonesian government has a responsibility for every product that is marketed to be guaranteed safety with evidence from BPOM and has a halal label in accordance with laws and regulations regarding halal assurance. Ant sugar is a powder-shaped sugar derived from fresh nira water and the production process is still the same as palm sugar production. The production process of this sugar is still manual so that it is easily contaminated both chemical, physical and biological contamination and its halal guarantee system. The purpose of the research is to identify important elements and sources of physical, chemical, biological and halal hazards in the ant sugar production process activities using the HACCP method which refers to ISO 22000: 2018 while the halal assurance system refers to HAS 23000. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. This study can be concluded that there are physical hazards in the ant sugar production process activities such as hair, dust, sand, leaves. Chemical hazards in the form of heavy metal contamination, detergents and temperature. While biological hazards in the form of bacteria, and khamr. These hazards occur in the ant sugar production process activities in the process of tapping sap water, cooking/evaporation process. While in terms of haram / unclean at the time of tapping sap water, the fermentation process occurs. The design of this check sheet is designed based on the verification results of the control flowchart which aims to see the flow of the palm sugar production process and minimize the occurrence of hazard contamination
