Abstract

Multi-criteria decision-making or Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) is a quantitative method used to determine the ranking or the best solution from several alternative choices by considering many criteria. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the MCDM methods that is very popular and acceptable because of its simplicity but being able to answer the needs of decision makers in complex situations. However, the dynamics in the industry have finally concluded that AHP is no longer suitable for making decisions when the information is uncertain and unclear. An alternative solution is to integrate the Fuzzy sets method with AHP as an approach to dealing with multi-criteria problems in conditions of uncertain information. Decision making in Fuzzy-AHP, as in other methods, is carried out by individuals or groups who jointly make decisions on a problem. However, problems arise when in a group there are individuals who are dominant but do not understand the topic or criteria used in decision making. This can lead to decisions taken that are not in accordance with expectations or are often called biased decisions. To overcome this, decision makers in groups need to make judgments independently, and each decision maker is given a weight according to the quality of his decision. The end result of this research is the development of the Fuzzy AHP model with the participation of multiple decision makers in supplier selection at the Animal Feed Factory of PT. XYZ. This model allows decision makers to provide independent assessments and give weight according to the quality of their decisions, resulting in more accurate and integrated decisions. It is hoped that this model will make a positive contribution to management at PT. XYZ in choosing suppliers that are optimal and can support operational sustainability and the company's competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the influence of investment knowledge, investment returns, and investment risk on investors' interest in Jayapura City. Utilizing purposive sampling, a sample of 100 individuals participated in this quantitative research. The findings, obtained through t-tests, demonstrate that investment knowledge and investment returns exert a significant and positive impact on investors' interest in Jayapura City. However, investment risk was found to have an insignificant and negative effect on their investment interest in the same city. Further analysis employing an F-test revealed that investment knowledge, investment returns, and investment risk collectively possess a significant influence on investors' investment interest in Jayapura City. These outcomes suggest that investors in Jayapura City are more inclined to invest when they possess better investment knowledge and anticipate higher returns. Conversely, while investment risk plays a role, its effect was not statistically significant in this context. These insights can guide investment strategies and education initiatives in the region, potentially encouraging more informed investment decisions and fostering a favorable investment climate in Jayapura City.

With this innovation, residents do not need to come to the Population and Civil Registration Office, but just stay at home. Residents who want to take care of residence documents simply register via whatsapp to the number provided by the District Dispendukcapil. Mojokerto. This research is descriptive through case studies. The type/type of this research is a descriptive study. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results of the research from the implementation of Adminduk service innovations through the Ketanmu Post program indicate that the implementation of Adminduk service innovations through the Ketanmu Post program is still not fully implemented in accordance with the criteria for public service innovation. The presence of inhibiting factors that affect the process of implementing the program makes the implementation of this program still limited by people who understand WhatsApp, socialization is not evenly distributed, human resources are less capable, and there is still a lack of participation levels that still do not involve many parties in it. Also, this program is still questionable because the innovation of Pos Ketanmu has not been based on regional regulations

The strategy for dealing with traffic violations carried out by the Semarang POLRES SATLANTAS is through efforts (1). Pre-emptive, namely carrying out socialization of good and correct traffic in schools and industry through lectures and counseling, (2). Preventive means installing ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) on every traffic sign or vehicle driven by the police to eliminate the opportunity to commit traffic violations, (3). Repressive, namely carrying out law enforcement, if the police find that a minor does not have a driver's license driving a motorized vehicle, the police will issue a ticket, detain the motor vehicle, and summon the parents. Even though these three strategies have been implemented, they have not been completely successful in reducing the number of traffic violations by minors in Semarang Regency.
