Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in enhancing customer engagement on e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. The research focuses on examining how various elements of digital marketing, including social media activities, visual content, promotional personalization, and technology-based interactions, influence consumer engagement in digital environments. The study employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 350 respondents who are active users of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada within the past year. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of each variable. The results indicate that digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on customer engagement, particularly in terms of content personalization and real-time interactions through features such as live chat and push notifications. These findings emphasize that the success of e-commerce platforms in enhancing consumer engagement is strongly influenced by their ability to optimize relevant and user-centered digital strategies. This study contributes to the development of more adaptive and competitive digital marketing practices within the 2025 digital business landscape.

Abstract

Introduction: The study aims to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The manufacturing sector was chosen due to its significant contribution to the economy, averaging 19% annually during this period. Although DPS increased from 114.6 (2020) to 130 (2022) and EPS rose from 175.15 (2020) to 191.6 (2022), stock prices remained volatile, raising questions about the consistency of these factors' influence. Methods: The research method uses a quantitative approach, with secondary data collected through purposive sampling from 40 companies over three years, yielding 120 samples. Panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model using Eviews 12 produced the equation Yti = 2380.48656412 + 4.5170470461X1ti + 1.1370520741X2ti. Results: The results show that DPS has a significant effect on stock prices, while EPS does not significantly affect stock prices. However, the simultaneous test results indicate that DPS and EPS together influence stock prices. Conclusion and suggestion: It is recommended for companies to pay attention to dividend policies distributed to shareholders and for investors to consider DPS in investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the SIMDA FMIS application on the quality of local government financial statements, moderated by human resource competence. This objective is based on the fact that, currently, the preparation of government financial statements is supported by an application, namely SIMDA FMIS. This application must be operated by competent personnel to produce high-quality financial statements that support informed decision-making. The method used is quantitative, and the data collection technique involves a questionnaire distributed to 43 employees in accounting/finance departments. This study used Smart-PLS version 4.1 as the analysis tool. The results showed that implementing the SIMDA FMIS application had a significant and positive effect on the quality of local government financial statements. However, human resource competency did not moderate this relationship.
