Abstract

Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is an equalization fund received by regions in the Regional / District (Regency) APBD which is distributed proportionally to each village with a minimum proportion of 10% (ten percent) after deducting the Special Allocation Fund (DAK). This research aims to determine (1) The implementation of the accounting aspects of ADD management behavior in Kawistolegi Village (2) The government's understanding of ADD management in Kawistolegi Village. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the application of behavioral accounting aspects in ADD management cannot be said to be good overall, in some aspects of the behavior of the Village Government still needs to be improved such as aspects of accountability, control and reporting requirements. The understanding of the Village Government in managing ADD, cannot be said to be good as a whole, where at the planning and accountability stages it has been carried out in accordance with the provisions, but at the implementation stage, administration and reporting are not fully in accordance with the determined provisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of culture resopa temmangingngi namalomo naletei pammase dewata influential in the performance of auditors in the city of Makassar. This research is a research of data analysis of phenomenoligis paradigm, specializing in phenomenon and reality that seems to examine the explanation in it. In implementing a guideline in the profession to the stages of research that needs to be done, that is: Investigation, interviews, documentation, analysis, selection and from the first source or is valid. This study came to the conclusion of the analysis that the background of an auditor and the cultural values ​​ the of resopa temmangingngi namalomo naletei pammase dewata such as: Alempureng (honesty), Amaccang (intellectual), Asittinajang (propriety), Agettengeng (firmness), reso (effort), Siri ' (shame, self-esteem), Ada Tongeng (true speech), and Mappesona Ri Dewatae (resigned to the power of Allah SWT) give a strong influence in the performance of auditors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much the influence of using Tiktok application on the self-confidence level in regular students of Communication Science class 2016-2019. This study used a quantitative descriptive study by collecting questionnaire data from regular students of Communication Science class 2016-2019 at the Balitar Islamic University. From the results of data processing, the variable use of the Tiktok application (X) with a variable level of self-confidence (Y) has a significant effect, it can be concluded by looking at the t test results as 11.199> t-table as 1.99601 with a determinant coefficient as 79.7 %. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the Tiktok application on the level of confidence of regular students of Communication Science class 2016-2019 at the Balitar Islamic University as 79.7%.

Abstract

One of the things that is very important to support the success of facing Asian Economic Community (AEC) is mastery of English. From the pretest in Informatics Engineering students conducted by researcher in January 2020, the average result was 50.17%. So it can be concluded that their reading comprehension skills are not good enough. On the other hand, There are several media to increase interest in reading. One form of learning media is educational games. Games are an interactive application that involves the relationship between humans and computers and humans and humans. The Adventure of Timun Emas is a game that contains reading comprehension learning. In certain parts English text and questions are inserted which require the player to answer the question in order to continue the game. This study adopted a pre-experimental design. The significance of the difference in mean change is determined by precise statistics such as the dependent T-test. From the results of calculations using the t-test found that the t-value obtained was 7,028, while the required critical t-value at p> .05, the level of significance of the two tailed test is 2.069 (df = 23), p> .01 significant level of two The tailed test was 2.807 (df = 23), p> .001, the significant level of the two tailed test was 3,768 (df = 23). The results of the data in this study indicate that there is a difference in results between the scores on the pre test and post test. This can be seen in the table of student scores on the pre test and post test. So it can be said that students taught by this game achieve better reading comprehension than those taught by printed text

Abstract

O'o Dabli's shop is a shop that sells various kinds of typical Blitar products. The types of products sold by O'o Dabli's shop are various kinds of chili sauce, Blitar's typical snacks, drinks, Blitar's special crafts, Blitar's typical souvenir clothes, and so on. The products that are sold by this shop are predominantly selling types of food, there are various types of food here and if you want to make a purchase, sometimes we are confused to determine the type of product criteria. In a trading business, success in a company is inseparable from the role of strategy in sales. Improving the best service system in Blitar's Souvenir Shop is a process to recommend products to customers in a better way. So that service to customers is easier. The method used in the manufacture of a product sales system in a typical Blitar gift shop uses the saw method (simple additive weigthing). The reason for creating this system is because this system can provide benefits and advantages in decision makers to process data and information. This system uses white box testing or commonly referred to as glass box testing. This test is a philosophy that uses case test planning that uses a control structure that is described as part of designing a component device to produce test cases. Abstract

Technological development and increasing human needs are two things that mutually influence one another, an additional security system that is better for both the user and the vehicle itself and is easy to use by the vehicle owner. One of the tools that can be used to help fulfill this security system is a fingerprint lock on a motorcycle using the Arduino uno r3 fingerprint sensor, a device made for motorized vehicle security systems using a fingerprint sensor to increase security on motorbike vehicles designed to use a relay. single channel as a link between hardware and software. With the increase in crime, especially motor vehicle theft today, it is not surprising that more and more people want a modern motorized vehicle security system that can secure their vehicles. To make a fingerprint lock tool on a motorcycle using the Arduino uno R3 fingerprint sensor, which is as follows, the Arduino uno R3, fingerprint sensor, single channel relay, and buzzer. Testing tools to determine whether or not a tool designed on a motorcycle using Arduino Uno R3 can be seen from the percentage obtained from testing the tool. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions about taxes and student motivation for tax concentration for a career in taxation. The variables in this study are Perception (X1), Motivation (X2) and Interest (Y). This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire. The population of this study was students of taxation concentration. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research partially and simultaneously show that perception and motivation have a positive and significant effect on student interest in tax concentration for a career in taxation.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Raw Crackers Shop in Legi Market on March 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019. This study aims to analyze the crackers method and determine the selling price of the crackers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this research are traders to get goods when the stock of goods in the warehouse from the producers runs out, namely the kulak method. Kulakan that is applied is "kulak nempil". The selling price is determined by following the price obtained from nempil with the difference between Rp. 1000.00 to Rp. 2000.00 from the nempil kulak at the market selling price, if the nempil price is high the selling price is higher and if the nempil price is low then the selling price follows the market price. The payment method for the kulak nempil transaction is cash on hand at the kulak price based on the agreement of the bargaining

Abstract

Blitar is an area that has tourism potential that is potential enough to attract visitors, one of which is the Karanganyar Coffee Plantation Tour in the Modangan village area, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. This tour just opened around December 2016, with the company name PT Harta Mulia which is managed by Denny Roshadi's family as the sole owner of this plantation around 1940. Researchers are interested in researching this Karanganyar coffee plantation tour, because this tour has a classic European architecture nuance of Dutch buildings that are still preserved by related parties as educational tourism. This tour has the theme of agro-tourism and agrohistory which presents unique characteristics. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the coffee plantation tourism potential as an educational tour that still maintains the value of local wisdom. The object of this research is in the village area of ​​Modangan, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. The subjects of this research are resource persons who are asked for information in accordance with the formulation of the research problem. This study uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach that directly looks at the conditions and phenomena that exist around the Karanganyar coffee plantation. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation study. This research explains that Karanganyar coffee plantation has a potential tourism object to be developed with local wisdom values.

Abstract

East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa officially imposed the termination of PSBB Surabaya Raya on June 8, 2020. The decision based on the agreement of three leaders of the Greater Surabaya region (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik). The agreement to stop the PSBB caused controversy in the community because, based on statistics, the definite number of COVID-19 cases is still very high in the three regions. It is still not feasible to stop the PSBB. This study uses the analysis method of Framing Pan and Kosicki by basing on a constructive paradigm and media representation. This method assumes that every news has a frame that functions as the center of organizational ideas. News in both media has not fully used the elements of 5H and 1H and display photos that are not following the news contents. As a result, suarasurabaya.net mostly constructs the existence of East Java Governor's disapproval of the termination of the PSBB policy in Greater Surabaya based on one source. Whereas Kompas.com is more multi-perspective, displaying reasons for the termination of PSBB because of many display sources of interviews.
