Abstract

Masa pandemic Covid masih belum berlalu, bahkan kini Indonesia memasuki Gelombang ketiga Covid-19 dengan masuknya varian baru Omicron. Sampai dengan tanggal 14 Pebruari 2022, jumlah orang yang terpapar penyakit ini untuk nasional sebanyak 36.501 orang dan diantaranya penderita di Covid di Jawa Barat sebanyak 10.050 orang. Karena kondisi ini maka pembelajaran tatap muka (PTM) di beberapa sekolah yang tadinya sudah berlangsung setiap hari atau seminggu beberap kali, kini sepertinya kembali mengalami perubahan. Mengantasipiasi hal ini maka beberapa kepala daerah bahkan membatalkan Merebaknya kasus COVID-19 gelombang 3 ini juga mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Plus Al-Aitaam. Hantaman gelombang 3 covid dikira sangat mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar, khususnya para guru/tenaga pendidikan dalam melakukan proses komunikasi pendidikan kepada orang tua murid yang secara psikologis sangat terpengaruh. Disamping itu, orang tua sebagai mitra guru dalam membimbing belajar putra putinya harus dapat memahami dan dikuatkan agar tetap dapat memberikan motivasi belajar bagi anak-anaknya. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, kami para tenaga pengajar dari program studi S1 Hubungan Masyarakat khususnya dengan kompetensi bidang komunikasi pendidikan dan psikologi komunikasi, ingin membagikan pengalaman kami melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Komunikasi adalah ruh dari pendidikan, maka melalui komunikasi pendidikan, kita dapat mengetahui praktik interaksi dan tindakan seluruh individu, termasuk guru,orang tua dan bahkan murid dalam proses belajar mengajar. Melalui kegiatan ini, akan digali bagaimana proses komunikasi verbal dan non verbal yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap orangtua, pun sebaliknya, komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua terhadap guru. Komunikasi yang terjalin didalam mensukseskan kegiatan belajar mengajar ini diharapkan dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan murid-murid Al-Aitaam.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) requires a strategy implemented in marketing their business products to enhance competitiveness and facilitate business growth, including through improving promotional efforts. One effective method for enhancing promotion is by creating marketing content through a product catalog. The goal of a product catalog is to visually and attractively promote products or services and make them easily shareable through social media, websites, or other marketing channels. This helps increase the interest of potential customers and assists them in making better purchasing decisions. UMKM Es Cendol Sueger is one of the UMKM’s located in Kauman Village that produces a beverage called cendol. However, UMKM Es Cendol Sueger faces a challenge in promoting its products, specifically the lack of a product catalog for each item. In this community service project, the KKNT 24 Group from UPN "Veteran" East Java aims to develop the business by creating a product catalog to improve business management. The methods utilized include observation, interviews, and documentation of activities involving the MSMEs. The outcome of this community service project is the creation of a product catalog that can enhance sales conversion through promotional activities

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan, seperti universitas, dan masyarakat di sekitarnya untuk memberikan manfaat yang nyata dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang populer adalah pembuatan sabun herbal. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada pertemuan rutin PKK RT 06 RW 07 perumahan karangpucung indah yang pesertanya adalah ibu - ibu PKK. Pelatihan membuat sabun herbal dengan bahan-bahan yang mudah didapatkan seperti minyak goreng atau bisa menggunakan minyak goreng bekas yang telah disaring membuat peserta tertarik dan antusias untuk mengikuti peatihan. Selain itu, sabun herbal memiliki keunggulan dalam hal kandungan alami yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan kulit yaitu menggunakan minyak zaitun dan kopi. Pelatihan pembuatan sabun herbal diikuti oleh peserta yang mayoritas adalah ibu rumah tangga yang membutuhkan skill untuk menambah pemasukkan keluarga. Maka dari itu, pelatihan ini dapat memberikan ide yaitu berbisnis menjual sabun herbal. Bahan alami yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sabun herbal, menjadikan sabun herbal yang dihasilkan ramah lingkungan. Tidak terlalu banyak menggunakan bahan kimia. Penambahan video tutorial membuat sabun herbal sangat membantu peserta dalam praktek pembuatan sabun.

Abstract

Background: The process of harvesting oil palm is carried out once a week for a long period of time, with conditions of uneven soil texture and erratic weather. So work accidents can occur at any time in oil palm harvesters. Occupational accidents experienced by oil palm harvesters often occur. Both minor and serious accidents. The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) must be applied to oil palm harvesters to minimize accidents during the harvesting process. Methods: This study uses a type of descriptive analysis with a literature review method with the aim of analyzing factors related to the application of smk3 to work accidents in oil palm harvesters. A literature search was carried out online through several websites and internet sites and 40 articles were found as search results from Neliti, Researchgate, Onesearch and Google Scholar. This research was conducted on 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria consisting of 7 national articles and 3 international articles. Articles are analyzed and processed through the stages of organize, synthesize, identify and further analyzed so as to find answers from the formulation of the problem. The results showed that the work factors (workload, work tools, personal protective equipment). Environmental factors (uneven ground conditions, and weather). Occupational and environmental factors are very significant factors in the occurrence of work accidents in oil palm harvesters. Excessive workload, work tools used and personal protective equipment worn, uneven ground conditions, namely wavy, hollow and uphill are factors of work accidents in oil palm harvesters.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dalam rangka memberikan informasi mengenai Manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi Pencatatan Dan Pengelolaan Asset Untuk Akuntanbilitas Lembaga Rukun Warga Perum Sukamanah Rajeg Tangerang. Keberadaan manajemen keuangan adalah hal yang penting dalam perusahaan maupu organisasi apa pun bidang aktivitasnya. Manajemen keuangan adalah salah satu ilmu di dalam bidang manajemen yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan perencanaan, pemeriksaan, pengendalian, pengelolaan, dan penyimpanan dana yang dilakukan individu, organisasi, ataupun perusahaan. Bila sebelumnya manajemen keuangan hanya berkutat pada penggunaan serta pengalokasian dana secara efisien, seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, manajemen keuangan juga mencakup kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya, seperti cara mendapatkan dana, penggunaan dana, dan pengelolaan aset (aktiva). Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini berjalan efektif karena tingkat ketertarikan peserta cukup tinggi terhadap pembelajaran tentang Pencatatan Dan Pengelolaan Asset. Peserta dapat membat rekapitulasi pencataan asset dan dapat membuat perencanaan pengelolaan asset yang baik.

Abstract

School is a place for students to optimize their personal and academic development. In the process, students have a need to interact with their peers, the results of a survey of high school students Ya BAKII 01 Kesugihan show that students are more happy when telling stories with their peers compared to gudance and counseling teachers as a means to reduce the tension they experience, especially related to personal, social, and social problems. and study. The solution to this problem is to prepare an extension through training for selected students so that they can help students who need assistance, this is called peer counseling. Students who are trained go through a selection stage with criteria; 1) have good academic achievement; 2) have good behavior; 3) have high empathy; 4) able to cooperate with other people; 5) open to others; and 6) be responsible. Selection based on these criteria is carried out in accordance with the qualifications and standards of the peer counselor. The purpose of peer counseling training is to provide knowledge and competency-based skills as peer counselors. The method of implementing this community service activity uses a form of training which is carried out through several stages, namely socializing the activity program, carrying out training which includes theory, simulation, and evaluation during two meeting sessions. The results of the training are contained in this article.

Abstract

The sale and purchase of state-owned land by cultivators without rights in Hinai District, Langkat Regency is contrary to the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2001 concerning Management, Land Rights, Flat Units, and Land Registration. In Article 19 letter a it is stated that the community has the right to manage state-owned land for a period of time that has been determined in the legislation but the Malenggang community trades the land without rights, this act causes material losses to one of the parties, namely the land buyer and contrary to Article 1320 of the Civil Code, the condition for the validity of an agreement that the sale and purchase of land without rights carried out by the Malenga community does not meet the requirements for the validity of an agreement.This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sale and purchase of state land by cultivators without rights in Hinai District, Langkat Regency and the legal consequences of buying and selling state land by unauthorized cultivators in Hinai District, Langkat Regency.This research is a qualitative research with an empirical juridical approach. Data obtained through field research (field research). and supported by library data (library research), data analysis was carried out descriptively (descriptive analysis).Based on the results of the study, it is known that the community trades land in the Public Works (PU) environment without rights. So that the sale and purchase carried out causes material losses to the land buyer. The public does not know the legal consequences, namely null and void from the actions taken that the sale and purchase is contrary to the laws and regulations. The research conducted found that the Camat, Village Head and Public Works Service (PU) had not provided advice and counseling to the community in the village of Malengang not to injure buying and selling transactions without rights.It is recommended to the community not to sell and buy land without rights within the Public Works (PU) department and the head of the sub-district head, village head and PU service to provide direct advice and counseling to the community in malengang village so that in the future they do not carry out buying and selling state-owned land. unlawfully.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the pillars of the national economy. An UMKM is essential to have legal documentation for their business to protect them legally. This community service aims to provide assistance in obtaining legal documents such as the Business Identification Number (NIB), PIRT, and the Halal Certificate for the UMKM entrepreneurs in Ngrimbi Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency. Generally, many of these entrepreneurs lack awareness of the importance of legal documentation for their businesses, leading to negative assumptions about the legitimacy of their businesses. The implementation process of this activity involves several stages. It begins with conducting surveys among the UMKM entrepreneurs in Ngrimbi Village to gather data on their numbers and potential. Next, there will be a socialization phase emphasizing the significance of legal documentation for UMKM, and the process continues with providing assistance in obtaining the necessary legal documents such as the Business Identification Number (NIB), PIRT, and the Halal Certificate.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how employee motivation increases employee work productivity at UMKM Martabak. Work productivity is greatly influenced by employee motivation, this is related to encouragement, attitude, and enthusiasm that comes from within the human person. High or low employee motivation affects the productivity of employers. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the importance of work motivation in increasing employee work productivity. Motivation plays a significant role in influencing and increasing work productivity, employees will work with discipline and diligence. But apart from that, the lack of appreciation, salary, and bonuses can also reduce employee motivation. This decreased motivation greatly affects the increase in work productivity, which in turn can make a business decline. Suggestions for business owners to be more aware and pay more attention to their employees in order to maintain work motivation and establish positive relationships between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Virus Corona (Covid-19) merupakan virus yang pertama kali ditemukan di Kota Wuhan di Cina pada akhir di tahun 2019. Kasus pasien yang teridentifikasi virus covid-19 ini terus meningkat tiap harinya baik di Indonesia maupun di dunia. Pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini diharapkan masyarakat menerapkan hidup sehat, menerapkan protokol kesehatan seperti menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan dengan air mengalir atau menggunakan hand sanitizer serta menghindari kerumunan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat untuk bertahan dalam masa pandemi covid-19 ini yaitu dengan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh karena virus akan lemah jika sistem kekebalan tubuh kita lebih kuat. Namun demikian terbatasnya informasi khususnya dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh, maka diperlukan dilaksanakan penyuluhan pada masyarakat desa uteunkot akan pentingnya imunitas tubuh di masa pandemi ini. Desa uteunkot sebagai salah satu desa di Kecamatan muara dua yang terdampak oleh kondisi pandemi ini. Maka dilakukan program pengabdian masyarakat ini di Desa uteunkot. Tujuan: Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pentingnya kesadaran akan imunitas tubuh  di  masa  pandemik  covid-19.  Metode:  Survei  awal  lokasi  dan  permasalahan Target, pertemuan dengan kepala desa uteunkot, melakukan penyuluhan mengenai pencegahan covid-19 dan mengenai pentingnya imunitas tubuh, pembagian brosur, monitoring dan evaluasi (Monev) serta penyusunan laporan. Luaran: Laporan Pengabdian, Publikasi jurnal ilmiah nasional berbasis OJS atau prosiding seminar nasional; dan Publikasi kegiatan pada media cetak atau online dan Dokumen kerjasama dengan mitra/masyarakat. Hasil: Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran tentang imunitas bagi masyarakat.
