Abstract

This community service by the service team was carried out for the implementers of Group 3 Community Service Program at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. This was done for MSME actors in Srimukti Village who had not been touched by forums and even the UMKM service. The majority of the livelihoods of the people of Srimukti village are farmers, some of the people of Srimukti village also have businesses that are classified as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) such as barbershops, stalls. This counseling and mentoring activity is targeted at MSME actors in Srimukti Village. This counseling and mentoring aims to motivate people to continue entrepreneurship and the importance of branding. Counseling according to is an explanation that emphasizes a certain object and the expected result is a change in the behavior of individuals or groups of people. Defines entrepreneurship as the ability to create something new and different. With entrepreneurship, in addition to having the opportunity to generate large income for entrepreneurs, it is also able to reduce the number of unemployed (Budy, 2017). According to branding is a name, term, sign, symbol, design or a combination of all that is intended to identify goods or services or groups of sellers and to differentiate from competing goods or services. This study uses qualitative, data analysis by observing and interviewing. The implementation of community service for MSMEs in Srimukti Village was carried out directly starting with counseling, namely approaching every business actor and then explaining the purpose of our team in holding this work program to advance MSMEs in Srimukti Village, explaining how important it is to have branding to prepare for business competition and shape public perception. After that, our team collected data and provided motivation to MSME business actors. Entrepreneurial motivation was conveyed with the aim that MSMEs in Srimukti Village could be motivated to grow their businesses even bigger.

Abstract

One of the problems that makes the competitiveness of MSMEs is still low is the limited ability of MSME players to carry out marketing and the variety of business products that are not yet balanced with the rapidly changing needs of society. The workshop activities were carried out as part of a service program to provide insight and knowledge for business actors in improving the quality of the village economy in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through creative economic opportunities and digital marketing. The method used to provide material from this workshop is carried out offline, followed by intensive assistance with digital marketing and product practices. The implementation of this service program with the theme of creative economy and digital marketing was carried out at the MSME group in Nongkosawit Subdistrict which has a business making various types of chips. The forms of assistance for MSMEs include providing assistance in marketing chips products through marketpalce and social media. From the activities that have been carried out, partners understand enough about the concept of digital marketing and have the ability to use the internet to market these chips. The increased ability of partners in marketing through online media is expected to help partners in obtaining a wider market and increase the competitiveness of partners as MSME actors.

Abstract

Indonesia as a unitary republic has a lot of wealth in its various varieties, both natural and cultural, including food and handicrafts. Indonesian food and beverage products are well managed by various industries in the territory of Indonesia, and involve the active role of MSME actors. MSMEs, which are built by individuals or business entities, play a role in producing and meeting the needs of the surrounding community. Although they face various obstacles in product development and sales, one example of MSMEs in Surabaya City, especially in Rungkut Kidul Village, faces challenges in changing product branding and marketing strategies as part of the creative economy transformation. Various kinds of backgrounds that indicate the problems experienced by the residents of Rungkut Kidul Village are carried out community service activities involving students who take part in the KKN-T MBKM program aimed at planning an effective branding and marketing transformation strategy for these MSMEs so that their business can grow even more and its implementation takes place without any problems. The design of strategies used to solve problems and find solutions in this activity uses qualitative methods, through further observation, conducting question and answer activities covering parties involved with the problem to be researched, as well as perpetuating various physical or non-physical evidence from MSME activities. The results of this community service activity  show that the transformation of the creative economy in branding strategies and marketing digitalization for MSME product marketingis expected to  run well.

Abstract

Homoseksual merupakan salah satu bentuk hubungan antara laki-laki dengan lakilaki, sedangkan untuk berhubungan seks antara wanita, disebut lesbian (female homosex). Lesbian adalah heterosex, artinya hubungan seksual antara orang-orang yang berbeda jenis kelaminnya (seorang pria dengan seorang wanita). Dalam hukum Islam, homoseks sesama pria disebut liwath. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dlakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan hukum kepada  Siswa sekolah  Menengah Atas, yaitu di MAN Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode yang digunakan ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari penyuluhan tersebut adalah siswa mengetahui bagaimana harus menghadapi orang-orang yang sudah terlanjut terjerumus ke dalam dunia LGBT, siswa mengetahui sikap yang harus dilakukan apabila berada di lingkungan LGBT. Siswa mengetahui perilaku baik dan buruk yang sepatutnya dihindari agar tidak terjerumus ke lingkungan LGBT. Siswa juga memahi aturan yang terkait dengan LGBT baik dalam hukum islam maupun hukum nasional. Yang paling utama adalah siswa mengetahui dampak dari LGBT ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi manfaat read aloud bagi kemampuan berbahasa anak di perkumpulan dharma wanita LPKA Muara Bulian penting dilaksanakan, mengingat kemampuan berbahasa merupakan kecerdasan majemuk yang terdapat dalam diri setiap individu. Kecerdasan berbahasa merupakan salah satu bentuk kecerdasan terpenting yang akan membantu individu dalam proses kehidupannya. Oleh sebab itu, kemampuan berbahasa harus dioptimalkan sedini mungkin. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan melalui 3 tahapan metode, yaitu: tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil kegiatan sosialisasi maka didapatkan 3 hal penting yang dipahami oleh anggota dharma wanita LPKA Muara Bulian, yaitu pemahaman mengenai manfaat read aloud, pentingnya kemampuan berbahasa anak dan pemilihan bacaan yang baik sesuai usia perkembangan anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic conditions of workers or female workers at the Department of Environment and Sanitation/DLHK Pangandaran. After the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2019, the world's economic system declined, especially in Pangandaran Regency. This is felt directly by residents around Pangandaran such as female workers/workers who must meet the needs of their families to remain stable. The negative impact of the covid-19 pandemic is the length of time the wage process will be received by these workers. Besides working here, they have side jobs to cover the difficulties of late receipt of wages such as having a business at home, farming or being a household assistant. They have been doing this up to now.

Abstract

Guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan guru kelas yang dalam tugasnya dituntut menguasai banyak mata pelajaran. Oleh karena itu tidak dipungkiri bahwa penguasaan pengetahuan (materi) beberapa mata pelajaran menjadi tidak maksimal dan berpotensi terjadi kesalahan atau miskonsepsi dalam pembelajaran. Ada indikasi bahwa guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan kurang menguasai materi dan kurang mahir dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Ketidakmahiran dalam pembelajaran menjadi faktor kelemahan guru dan menghambat pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, serta mempengaruhi disposisi positif siswa terhadap mata pelajaran. Guna mengatasi kesalahan atau miskonsepsi dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan setiap guru harus meningkatkan kemahiran mengajar dengan memahami konsep - konsep dan prinsip-prinsip belajar  secara benar sehingga pengetahuan guru bertambah dan guru dapat mengubah cara mengajar di kelas. Kemahiran mengajar guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan workshop. Pengembangan kemahiran mengajar merupakan pengembangan profesional yang efektif dan terstruktur yang menghasilkan perubahan pada pengetahuan dan praktik guru dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Background: Construction is an activity to build facilities and infrastructure. Construction projects are activities that are prone to accidents at work. Especially in the construction of buildings there are several factors that can cause work accidents. Several factors can cause accidents at work in building construction construction employees, namely human factors, environmental factors and work factors. These four factors themselves are the cause of work accidents in building construction workers. Purpose: This literature review study aims to find out what are the factors that cause work accidents among construction workers in building construction. Research Methods: The research design includes a literature review, namely research that finds theory and analyzes it. The results of this study are the factors that cause work accidents in construction workers, the results show that the most dominating factor is the human factor, followed by environmental factors and work factors.

Abstract

Generasi milenial telah menjadi pusat perhatian dalam konteks sosial dan pendidikan karena dinamika unik yang mempengaruhi perilaku mereka. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi milenial pada desa Binai terkait perilaku menyimpang dan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi penyuluhan yang efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data melalui wawancara dan penyuluhan mendalam dengan anggota generasi milenial, tokoh masyarakat, dan praktisi penyuluhan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generasi milenial di desa Binai menghadapi beragam tantangan yang memengaruhi perilaku menyimpang, termasuk pengaruh budaya, perubahan nilai-nilai tradisional, dan keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi yang akurat. Berdasarkan temuan ini, strategi penyuluhan yang berfokus pada pendekatan komunikasi yang interaktif, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan penguatan nilai-nilai lokal menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Penyuluhan juga harus mempertimbangkan peran penting tokoh masyarakat sebagai agen perubahan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program yang relevan.Dalam kesimpulannya, penyuluhan terkait tantangan dan strategi menghadapi perilaku menyimpang generasi milenial di desa Binai memiliki potensi untuk memengaruhi perubahan positif dalam perilaku dan pandangan generasi muda. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, penyuluhan dapat membantu generasi milenial dalam mengatasi tantangan yang mereka hadapi dan membentuk mereka menjadi individu yang lebih tangguh dan berkontribusi positif terhadap masyarakat.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out with the aim of increasing knowledge through the concept of geometry, namely to increase knowledge about flat shapes and spaces that change every time. The subject of community service is 30 students at SDN Jakarta. The activity begins with preparations in the form of socialization at the location where the activity will be carried out to provide an explanation of the activities to be carried out. At the activity implementation stage, students were gathered in a room to listen to material presentation on geometric concepts. Then the implementation team conducted counseling and demonstrations on arithmetic material. The instructor conducts an evaluation in the form of questions and answers to the participants during the extension. Based on the evaluation of the activity, there has been an increase in knowledge about geometry material, students after counseling and demonstrations on how to solve geometry material problems correctly. Students who have knowledge of geometric concepts increased from those who were initially able to answer 5 questions out of 15 questions to 10 questions out of 15 questions with an increase in answering questions above 60%. Furthermore, we, as the implementing team, suggest that counseling be carried out routinely to different targets, namely students who have not received counseling, as well as the same target for refreshment and re-evaluation. Counseling or training also needs to be carried out with the target teacher, so that trained teachers can convey it back to their students.
