<![CDATA[Background. The development of electromedical technology in the healthcare field is increasing. However, the measurement of liquid samples in the pipetting process is still done manually which makes it highly contaminated from human hands. A Liquid Handling System (LHS) is a device used to automatically transfer fluids to prevent contamination. 3D Printing is a tool used to create creative design objects using filament material. The mechanism of this tool is similar to that of a liquid handling system but is simpler and has a smaller capacity. In the future, Research Purpose. To determine 3D printing modification of liquid handling system for pipetting system process in the medical area. Research Method. This research uses the research and development (R&D) method by designing and constructing a Prototype Liquid Handling System with a modified 3D Printing 3-axis, placing measuring cups and sample tubes, and designing G-Code programs and servo motor coding to test the capabilities of the designed Prototype Liquid Handling System. Findings. Based on the functional test results of the liquid handling system using NaCl solution, the pipetting results were 0.82 ml with a processing time of 5.6 seconds. The electromedical device has a percentage error rate of 2.4% with a pulling force of 6.56 N and an injection pressure of 8.44 Pa. Conclusion. This electromedical device will be able to automatically process extraction fluids or pipetting processes with high accuracy.]]>

<![CDATA[Background. Sananwetan District UMKM which operate in the Trade, Industry and Fisheries business sectors are registered with the Blitar City Cooperative and UMKM Service. Research Purpose. to determine the effect of human capital on the performance of UMKM, To determine the influence of Market Orientation on the performance of UMKM, and to determine the influence of Human Capital and market orientation on the performance of UMKM simultaneously Research Methods. The type of research used is a quantitative method. The population in this research are UMKM in Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The analysis technique uses Validity and Reliability, Classic assumption test and Multiple Linear Regression Findings. a) Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on the performance of UMKM. The t-statistic value is 4.158805, the t-count value > t-table (1.984), and the p-value is 0.00 < 0.005. b) Market orientation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of UMKM. The t-statistic value is 6.327448, the t-count value > t-table (1.984) and has a p-value of 0.00 < 0.005. C). The value of the human capital and market orientation variables on UMKM performance with an f-statistic of 38.71090. The calculated f-value> f table (3.94), has a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05. Conclusion. Human capital has a positive and significant influence on the performance of UMKM. the market orientation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of UMKM. Human capital and market orientation have a positive and significant influence on the performance of UMKM.]]>

<![CDATA[Background. Muhammad Abdul Mannan is one of the contemporary economic figures who exist today, he belongs to the mainstream. According to M. Mannan, what distinguishes Islamic economics from other modern economic systems, according that, in the Islamic framework, economic prosperity and welfare are means to achieve spiritual and moral goals, and economic prosperity is a means to achieve spiritual goals and moral goals. Research Purpose. To describe the Islamic Economic Thought of Muhammad Abdul Mannan. Research Method. Gather some literature in books, the internet, and journals on the same topic and make an analysis based on context. Literature that has been used for 5 years ago. Findings. Muhammad Abdul Mannan's thoughts on the Islamic paradigm, distribution in Islam, and consumption from an Islamic economic point of view. Muhammad A. Mannan considers the concept of development in Islam to have advantages over modern development concepts. In the context of economic development planning, fiscal policy design refers to policies made by the government to direct a country's economy through government spending and revenue (in the form of taxes). Conclusion. M. The researcher used a literature review to gather information use of ChatGPT. ChatGPT is utilized to review several journals in the same field. Findings. When a nation endures a prolonged decline in its economy, it is referred to as a recession. Generally, this condition is defined by declining GDP (gross domestic product) for two quarters in a row. Research Purpose. To describe business planning for facing recession 2023. Research Method. The researcher used a literature review from journals, books, and the internet to gather information on the topic of business planning for facing a recession in 2023. Findings. Many journals and books found that getting ready for the possibilities and difficulties of a possible recession in 2023 starts with money and employment issues. Establish an emergency reserve, the size of which you may not realize for some time. Because a recession in 2023 can result in the layoff of a large number of people, a corporation must also control and reduce How its firm managed to survive the shock recession. Conclusion. Service quality determines the success or failure of consumers in making purchasing decisions. Research Purpose. This research discusses the influence of price and application service quality ShopeeFood on consumer purchasing decisions in Pekauman Village, Gresik District. Research Method. The object of this research is Pekauman Village, Gresik District. A total of 69 data were collected using the questionnaire method. Findings. The results of the research show that price has a positive and insignificant influence on consumer purchasing decisions in the Pekauman sub-district, Gresik sub-district. The service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions in the Pekauman sub-district, Gresik sub-district. Conclusion. Transparency and accountability in financial reporting are crucial aspects for nonprofit organizations, which will impact the public's perception of the organization, either positively or negatively. Research Purpose. This study examines the importance of financial transparency and accountability in maintaining public trust in nonprofit organizations. Research Method. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods is employed, gathering comprehensive data systematically, followed by qualitative analysis to achieve clarity of the research objectives. In conducting research, data collection is used using library research by studying scientific journals, research results and PSAK related to the problem of the object being studied. The sources used will be used as a guide and basis for this research Findings. The findings indicate that accountability and transparency practiced by nonprofit organizations in publishing financial reports enhance public trust, leading to their prosperity and positively impacting their operational sustainability. Nonprofit organizations are not immune to major cases resulting from suspicion and mismanagement, thus maintaining financial accountability and transparency is crucial to prevent these challenges from undermining public trust and avoiding suspicion and mismanagement in their activities. Conclusion. The research recommendation is to increase information to obtain more comprehensive data related to horizontal accountability. This can be achieved by adding data collection techniques such as distributing questionnaires to the public.]]>

BUMN Ministerial Decree No: Kep-100/MBU/2002 to assess the level of health of BUMN is also needed to assess the performance of BUMN subsidiaries. Research Purpose. This research aimed to determine the level of financial health of companies. Research Method. Correlational research with descriptive methods. Research population some of companies based on BUMN in Jakarta. The variable was the financial aspect based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN No: KEP 100/MBU/2002 for the last four years. Assessment of the health level of financial aspects using eight indicators, namely ROE, ROI, cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, inventory turnover, TATO, and Total Capital owned to Total Assets. Findings. The assessment of the company's financial health level. Obtaining a healthy title is expected to be able to always improve health his finances. Conclusion. <![CDATA[Background. Stress at work is a serious problem for the company because can reduce employee performance and the company. Research Purpose. This research aimed to determine and partially analyze the relationship between work stress and the performance of CV employees. Research Method. The sample in this study was the entire existing population and the sampling was taken by census which is a hundred percent of the total population as many as 22 respondents. This research was conducted in company, companies operating in the field of transportation and driver services in 2023. Data collection used questionnaires. Findings. Hypothesis testing using (t-test) between the work stress variable and employee performance variables shows the t value = -3.824 with a significant value of 0.001. By using the significance limit ÿ = 0.05, the t table is 2.068. From these results, the test criteria are -t count < -t table, namely -3.842 < -2.068, which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Conclusion. The work stress variable has a negative and significant influence on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Background. Security has a job description that will guide and direct so that the work becomes smooth and controlled according to the regulations set by the company. Research Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job descriptions on employee performance. Research Method. This study uses an explanatory quantitative research approach using a survey as a data collection tool that aims to determine how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study were all employees of the security department in a company with a total of 46 people. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling because it takes samples from the entire total population, using a Likert scale, this research is a survey research where primary data is collected through distributing questionnaires, secondary data is collected from companies, and literature studies. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method with a simple linear regression analysis technique and Crosstab as a tool to calculate whether there is a relationship or influence between Job description on employee performance. Findings. The results of simple linear regression analysis, it can be said that the dependent variable (Y) changes to the independent variable (X), but the remaining part is caused by other factors that are not included in the model or this study, including the variables of motivation and ability. Conclusion. The job description variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the security department of the company.]]>
