Islamic boarding schools are also very closely related to the existence of society. <![CDATA[The first step to create quality educational outcomes requires attention to the quality of the components of the education system that are human resources. The components of the education system that are human resources include educators / teachers. Thus, within the scope of Madrasah the response to face the era of globalization and nation building is carried out by striving to improve the quality of human resources of teachers and Madrasah employees in providing services. So that later the expected educational goals can be achieved well, especially in preparing qualified cadres of the nation, able to compete and able to face the challenges of the times in the future. Based on the presentation of the research report and the discussion of the research findings that the author has described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the quality of human resources (HR) in MAN 2 Manggarai Manggarai Regency can be said to be quite good, but still needs to be developed and improved. This is because the discipline of teachers and employees is still lacking, in terms of placement / distribution of tasks in this school there are still teachers who hold subjects that are not in accordance with their respective fields. In terms of discipline in the implementation of learning service duties, MAN 2 Manggarai teachers of Manggarai Regency have used learning tools in accordance with the provisions and have followed the development of education well, especially regarding learning problems.]]>

<![CDATA[Education in Indonesia until now, is still running slowly, like an old car running in the middle of traffic flow and on the highway, because education in Indonesia is still plagued by very big problems about the quality of education that is still low. The quality of education is the quality of a teacher, either his understanding or ability to interact with teaching and learning, whose indicators can be seen from the results of student learning achievement. There are several factors that affect the improvement of KBM quality. Based on the problems and research objectives stated above, this study seeks to obtain complete and in-depth information about the principal's efforts in improving the quality of KBM. This research uses a type of research with a qualitative approach. As Zuchri states, qualitative research is naturalistic research. The conclusions that can be drawn from the Principal's Efforts in Improving the Quality of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) are as follows: The principal of SMP Negeri 1 Rongkop always strives to improve the Quality of KBM, with efforts such as : 1. Always strive for teachers according to their respective competencies. 2. Always hold or attend training on the ability to manage KBM. 3. Always provide coaching/motivation to students. 4. Always strive for adequate learning infrastructure 5. Always supervise the running of KBM.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementing SWOT analysis in digital marketing strategies is crucial in increasing the number of new student registrants in educational institutions. SWOT, an abbreviation of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, provides a basis for formulating effective strategies. In the context of digital marketing, power can be utilized to strengthen an institution's image and attract the attention of prospective students through online media. Identified weaknesses can be optimized with internal improvements, thereby providing a positive experience to prospective students. Opportunities in the digital world, such as the use of social media and online platforms, can be applied to increase marketing reach. Threats from competitors can be anticipated by adapting the latest technology and increasing competitiveness. Through SWOT analysis, digital marketing strategies can be formulated to be more targeted. Strengthening an institution's image through multimedia content and testimonials can utilize internal strengths. Weaknesses such as lack of online visibility can be overcome through targeted digital marketing campaigns. Opportunities to interact directly with prospective students via social media can increase engagement. By detailing each SWOT element in a digital marketing strategy, educational institutions can increase their appeal, overcome internal obstacles, take advantage of digital opportunities, and anticipate potential threats. Thus, implementing a SWOT analysis opens up great opportunities to increase new student enrollment through a targeted and effective marketing approach in the digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to answer problems regarding the scope and preparation of the principal program implemented by Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru Elementary School 2. The curriculum improves quality, namely by applying new concepts in learning. Educational administration can be defined as a series of activities or the entire process of controlling the collaborative efforts of a number of people to achieve educational goals in a planned and systematic manner held in a certain environment, especially in the form of formal educational institutions. The method used in the research is qualitative, with a descriptive type of research and determining information using surveys as well as going into the field at the school by means of interviews, observation and documentation at SD MUHAMMADIYAH 2 school.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze school policies in implementing the curriculum in the current era, which uses the Merdeka curriculum and 2013 cirriculum at the ibtidaiyyah madrasah level. The efforts made by this school are to invite teachers to better master learning in the media, and students must certainly also be able to do that. This research method uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques by observation to schools and interviewing the school or the principal directly also accompanied by documentation. The result of this study is to understand students and the abilities of their students. The implementation of the Merdeka curriculum provides positive hope for the ibtidaiyyah madrasah unit, because it provides flexibility for teachers, so that in carrying out their duties teachers focus on developing the potential of their students. The policy of implementing the Merdeka learning curriculum at the madrasah ibtidaiyyah level is adjusted to the needs of the school and the circumstances of students and the material.]]>

<![CDATA[In this article, the author will elaborate on the governance of facilities and infrastructure within the school environment. The management of facilities and infrastructure emerges as a crucial aspect in the realm of education. Every activity within the school necessitates facilities and infrastructure, directly or indirectly, to support the smooth progress of the learning process. The significance of managing facilities and infrastructure significantly contributes to the achievement of educational objectives. The educational environment can be influenced both positively and negatively by the maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure. Effective management of infrastructure serves as the key to success, although there are still some areas that have not been fully optimized. Therefore, the author compiles this article with the hope that it can serve as a crucial reference in the administration of facilities and infrastructure in the educational context.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out and analyze the Jasa Raharja Corporate Data (DASI) system and procedures for Jasa Raharja Pati Regency. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative with the aim of knowing or analyzing events that occur in the field according to existing facts so that the true conditions can be known. In this report, researchers provide information according to what happened to the research object. Based on the research results, the use of DASI has been fully implemented and provides convenience felt by employees, namely the level of quality and work efficiency produced even though sometimes there are still some system or network problems. Apart from that, due to the large number of accident victims received, services need to be improved. The author considers that to maximize work performance and productivity, it is necessary to require more professional human resources in carrying out DASI operations.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to see whether there are factors that influence Muslim traders in providing credit to individual capital borrowers in Jambi City (handil capital market case study). Economic activity is one of the activities that is allowed to improve people's standard of living, especially traders. Trade is an activity carried out by people throughout the world, from trading in primary needs to luxury goods. Not only that, trading was also one of the business ventures carried out by the Prophet. From an economic perspective, the market is a place where sellers and buyers meet to determine an agreement on the price of exchanging goods or services. Markets are also social constructs because economic resources, namely goods and services, are allocated there. It is exchange and trading activities that build markets. In other words, there would be no trade without a market, and a market would not exist if there were no trade. The most basic thing in the trading process is social interaction. This interaction gives birth to norms and sanctions just like the beginning of the formation of society, where the role of all actors is very important. There will be no traders without buyers, and vice versa, and there will be no market without both parties. However, not only these two perpetrators, there are still other parties who are called loan sharks.]]>

<![CDATA[Tempeh chips are a snack made from tempeh. This type of snack is loved by most Indonesian people, several regions in Indonesia make tempeh chips as a typical souvenir from that region. Unstable economic conditions such as in Indonesia can cause people's livelihoods to decline, forcing producers to be more creative in producing product. Tempe chips craftsmen are one of the mainstays of Indonesia's agricultural industry. the activity of tempe chips craftsmen is an effort taken by the Indonesian government to overcome the problems of unemployment and poverty. In this research study, research on the production of tempeh chips has been carried out by many researchers. Some results from related previous research are as follows: Leni Nuraeni's first research (2017) states that marketing strategy is a combination of four variables, namely product, price, promotion and distribution, a product is everything that can be offered on the market and also meets needs. Consumer price is the sales value set by the producer for something that the consumer buys based on the desire to get what they want. Promotion is a type of communication that can provide explanations to consumers. Distribution is a strategy that is closely related to the producer's efforts to distribute the product so that it reaches consumers. . The method used in this research is quantitative or statistical. Quantitative research methods are methods used for research on certain populations or samples. Thus, this approach will allow analysts to find out the extent of research on tempeh chips products. Tempe chips craftsmen are one of the mainstays of Indonesia's agricultural industry. The activity of tempeh chips craftsmen is an effort taken by the Indonesian government to overcome the problem of unemployment and poverty. More people like tempeh chips products, namely women, 24 respondents compared to men.]]>
