This study aims to analyze the success of the CSR program facilitated by PT ANTAM Gold Mining Business Unit, namely the Sistem Pengembangan Usaha dan Perlindungan Lingkungan Cisarua (Sundung Cisarua) Program, using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) approach. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate the extent to which the program has a real impact on the community. The analysis results indicate that the program generates an SROI ratio of 5.45, meaning that every IDR 1 invested yields a social return of IDR 5.45. This achievement reflects that the Sundung Cisarua Program provides significant social benefits and also has a positive impact on economic and environmental aspects. Therefore, the program is considered effective and feasible for further development and replication in other areas with similar characteristics.

PT XYZ is a company that manages the Balikpapan Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Project. This project aims to increase the refinery processing capacity and produce products with EURO V quality that are more environmentally friendly. Currently, the project is in the final construction phase, which will be followed by the commissioning phase, a phase that greatly requires effective equipment identification. In this project, the labels available on the equipment are not operationally adequate, and the procurement of facilities for equipment labeling is not included in the project's scope of work. There are three alternatives to solve this problem: implementing a change order in the project contract, implementing a label procurement framework contract, and procuring facilities independently by the relevant department. This study aims to choose the best procurement method among the three alternatives. Based on the questionnaire data filled out by respondents and processed using the Delphi analysis method, four criteria and twelve sub-criteria were obtained. These criteria were then processed using the AHP method to produce criteria weighting, namely cost (0.404), time (0.332), quality (0.164), and operational (0.100). Based on these criteria and sub-criteria, the best alternative for procurement of equipment labeling facilities at PT XYZ is independent facility procurement by the relevant department (0.454), followed by the implementation of label procurement framework contract (0.320), and the implementation of change orders on project contracts (0.226).

Waste remains an unresolved environmental issue in Indonesia that has yet to be resolved. One of the contributing factors is the lack of public awareness regarding waste reduction efforts. Although various initiatives have been undertaken to raise awareness through training and knowledge-sharing activities, the long-term impact of such training programs on waste reduction remains underreported. This study aims to examine the sustainability impact of training activities conducted by the Rutela Group and how these activities contribute to waste reduction efforts in Tegal City. A quantitative method supplemented by qualitative data was employed, with the research conducted in Randugunting Subdistrict, Tegal City. The study identified two forms of training sustainability: (1) the implementation of follow-up training and (2) the continuation of collaboration between training participants and the Rutela Group. The training activities showed considerable potential in encouraging participants to engage in waste reduction practices. Several key factors were identified to support post-training waste reduction activities, including the involvement of senior high school students as participants, the proactive initiation of further collaboration by the training organizers, and the emphasis on short-term economic benefits that could be gained by participants through waste reduction practices after the training.

This study addresses the critical issue of waste management in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, where only 14.9% of waste was properly managed in 2024. This issue is further exacerbated by the significant reduction of Integrated Waste Disposal Sites (TPST) and the accumulation of approximately 26 tons of durian peel waste per harvest season in Alasmalang Village. To overcome this challenge, the Alasmalang community, supported by the CSR program of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Maos, implemented “Bergelimang Program: Berdikari Mengelola Limbah Lingkungan”. This study employed a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and desk research. The results highlight program innovations in transforming durian peel into environmentally friendly Class A fire extinguishers (APAR) by mixing durian peel powder with monoammonium phosphate (MAP), organic fertilizers for horticulture, and plant-based rodenticides utilizing flavonoids, polyphenols, and saponins. These innovations significantly contribute to environmental sustainability, advancing toward a net-zero waste movement, while simultaneously fostering economic empowerment in Alasmalang Village and its surrounding areas.

The Mangunharjo sub-district is facing serious challenges due to tidal flooding that has transformed the livelihoods of its residents from rice farmers to shrimp farmers. In response to this situation, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Aviation Fuel Terminal Ahmad Yani launched a Social and Environmental Responsibility CSR) program titled Mami Sera (Mangunharjo Mandiri Sejahtera) through the Koperasi Trengginas Jaya Abadi. This program is aimed at empowering the local community, especially MSME actors and farmers. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Corporate Social Responsibility program on the level of satisfaction of members of the Trengginas Jaya Abadi coorperative group from the perspectives of finance, marketing, and human resources (HR). The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a Likert scale questionnaire instrument administered to 40 cooperative members. The t-test results show that only the HR aspect has a significant impact on member satisfaction (t-count 4.322 > t-table), while the financial and marketing aspects do not have an individual impact. However, through the simultaneous F-test, all three aspects together have a significant impact on member satisfaction (sig. 0.000). These results emphasize the importance of strengthening the HR aspect in the Corporate Social Responsibility program and the need for a comprehensive evaluation to ensure the program's impact is more equitable and effective.

Organic farming continues to grow rapidly, driven by growing public awareness of health and environmental sustainability. However, significant challenges remain, including limited market access and product distribution, which often fall short of increasing demand. Furthermore, the emergence of social networks in the digital era opens up new opportunities to strengthen connections between farmers, consumers, and various stakeholders in the organic agricultural supply chain. This study aims to analyze the role of social networks in expanding market access and strengthening the distribution of organic agricultural products through the use of digital technology. The research method employed a qualitative approach, employing literature analysis, data collection from secondary sources, and exploring social network optimization practices implemented in the organic agricultural sector. The analysis identified shifts in social interactions resulting from digital transformation and opportunities for integrating traditional networks with technology-based networks. The results indicate that digital social networks can expand the marketing reach of organic agricultural products more quickly, efficiently, and effectively. The integration of digital community applications plays a crucial role in building close relationships between farmers and consumers, thereby increasing trust and loyalty. Changing interaction patterns within social networks also encourages the creation of new distribution models that are more adaptive to market needs. Therefore, optimizing social networks in the digital era is a key strategy for strengthening the sustainability and competitiveness of organic agricultural products in the modern marketplace.

This article revisits the concept of the hidden curriculum by examining its intersections with power, ideology, and social reproduction in education. The hidden curriculum has long been recognized as an implicit mechanism through which values and norms are transmitted beyond formal instruction. In this literature review, previous studies are systematically analyzed to uncover how educational institutions shape and reinforce social hierarchies. The review highlights the role of power relations in defining classroom dynamics and institutional practices. It also explores how ideology operates as a subtle yet pervasive force in legitimizing dominant cultural narratives. Social reproduction emerges as a central outcome, where existing inequalities are sustained through educational structures and practices. By synthesizing diverse theoretical and empirical works, the review provides a comprehensive understanding of the hidden curriculum’s enduring influence. The findings reveal both the persistence of traditional critiques and the emergence of new perspectives that challenge deterministic interpretations. This review contributes by bridging classical insights with contemporary debates, emphasizing the relevance of the hidden curriculum in current educational contexts. The study underscores the importance of critical reflection on how education simultaneously empowers and constrains learners within broader social frameworks.
