This study investigates Millennials' job expectations concerning company attributes and how these expectations relate to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. PLS-SEM analysis indicates that management support, rewards/reinforcement, work discretion, and resources are aspects of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) that correspond to the job expectations of Millennials within organizations. Our finding corroborates the idea that job satisfaction plays a focal role in crafting employee retention strategies by indicating that job satisfaction partially mediates the connection between Millennials' expectations and organizational commitment. This finding suggests that Millennials more likely to evaluate their job satisfaction before decide to stay with or leave the organization.

Motherhood in female same-sex couples challenges two important aspects in the construction of western par-enthood: on the one hand, heteronormativity; and on the other, the emphasis on biological ties. The aim of this work is to analyze how these families confront their motherhood attending to such restrictive and exclusive situations. Qualitative research, based on semi-struc-tured interviews, was conducted with 28 women who had planned their motherhood in a same-sex relation-ship. It may be concluded that female same-sex couples have to face some obstacles that are related to the heter-onormative and biological construction of parenthood.

Discussions about people with disabilities are often intertwined with stigma and negative societal paradigms. The government, as a policy maker, should ideally fulfill the rights of people with disabilities as citizens. However, it has not been effective in empowering this group, resulting in lower economic participation due to limited access to employment opportunities. This study aims to describe the efforts of PT Pertamina EP Rantau Field in creating an inclusive social entrepreneurship space for people with disabilities through the SETARA SEJALAN program. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and literature review. The findings indicate that PT Pertamina EP Rantau Field plays a crucial role in fostering inclusive social entrepreneurship as a means to fulfill the rights of individuals with disabilities. The company implements two main strategies: boosting self-confidence and developing businesses based on the concept of social entrepreneurship. The impact of the SETARA SEJALAN program extends beyond the disabled community, fostering a societal shift that transforms negative stigma into acceptance and collaboration with people with disabilities.

The Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) is a crucial element in any community empowerment program. The community empowerment program conducted by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi North Sumatera Offshore (PHE NSO) has been successfully implemented with a very high or very satisfactory CSI score of approximately 84.29%. However, these results remain statistical, and exploring the underlying non-statistical factors is highly relevant or important. This study aims to identify the factors underlying the CSI score in the cattle fattening program by CSR PT PHE NSO in Muara Satu District, Aceh Province. To achieve this goal, a qualitative descriptive approach with document analysis was employed. The study results reveal 27 main factors underlying the CSI score of the Cattle Fattening Program by CSR PT PHE NSO. These 27 factors were narrowed down into 4 main aspects, including: 1) active involvement of all parties such as the company, community, and program facilitators (CSR); 2) careful planning based on factual data, including needs analysis, participatory program design, and continuous evaluation; 3) transparent and accountable program implementation, including prudent financial management and continuous monitoring and evaluation; and 4) local program development, such as meeting community needs and empowering the community to have or develop independent capacity.

The constant flow of people, as well as goods and ideas in this oceanic environment, caused that in the second half of the 18th century the English and American republican circles strengthened their ties, with some women as notable activists. The English writer Catharine Macaulay (1731-1791), in addition to writing about the crucial events of the moment, crossed the ocean with the desire to be close and experience them in the first person. On the other hand, due to common interests, she maintained an intense epistolary relationship for more than twenty years with the American writer Mercy Otis Warren (1728-1814). Despite the limitations that they found in primarily male areas, such as history and politics, the contribution of these women was not limited to the expected support, but their concerns were reflected in some important writings for the Republican cause. Despite this and paradoxically, these revolutionary movements did not bring about significant changes in the situation and the rights of women.

The mangrove ecosystem is one of the crucial ecosystems for climate and environmental balance. However, the existence of mangroves is increasingly threatened due to land-use changes, as seen on the Northern East Coast of Sumatra, particularly in the Langkat Regency area. The mangrove areas have been damaged due to illegal logging and gradually transformed into shrimp ponds and palm oil plantations. This situation prompted Pertamina EP Pangkalan Susu Field to initiate community-driven mangrove conservation through the Mangrove Edu-Ecotourism Program in Pasar Rawa. Utilizing a descriptive approach and qualitative data, this paper sought to explain the strategies implemented by Pertamina EP Pangkalan Susu Field in community-driven mangrove conservation and its positive impact on environmental ecosystems and community welfare. The results show that the Mangrove Edu-Ecotourism Program in Pasar Rawa consists of two main aspects. The first is the conservation aspect, demonstrated through activities such as mangrove seedling, planting, and education. The second aspect is community economic enhancement, manifested through the development of edu-ecotourism and MSMEs. Ultimately, the program has succeeded in realizing mangrove preservation and improving the living standards of the coastal communities in Pasar Rawa Village. The community, which was previously indifferent to preserving the mangrove ecosystem, has now become an integral part of its conservation efforts.

The development of an increasingly complex and diverse society demands an understanding of religious moderation among adolescents to avoid the potential for extremism. Islamic Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in developing moderate attitudes through an inclusive and open approach. In this context, it is important to explore the challenges faced by adolescents and the strategies that can be applied in the process of religious learning. This study aims to identify the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in building an understanding of religious moderation among adolescents. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis from various relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that synergy between schools, families, and communities is very important in supporting religious moderation. In addition, open discussion methods and the use of relevant media can increase student involvement in learning. This finding also confirms that support from families and communities can strengthen the values of moderation taught in schools. Thus, good collaboration between various parties is key to forming adolescents who are tolerant and respect differences. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and inclusive religious education.

In the practice of Social Work, the traditional concept of diagnosis refers to a simple formula: a professional with a certain competence linked to knowing and doing, issues a judgment in which the nature and magnitude of the difficulties have been synthesized and interpreted -needs of a person, family, group or community. This vision does not incorporate the relational and cooperative dimension of the encounter between the professional and the person in the framework of a helping relationship. From second order cybernetics, that of observing systems, what professionals believe, think and value (as professionals and as people), influences the vision that we are going to build of the person / family. If subjectivity occurs, what prevents the assessment of the problem situation from being able to co-construct it collaboratively between the professional and their clients? From this perspective, we can speak of collaborative diagnosis. The work collects the results of the practical application, under experimental conditions and in the daily practice of professionals, of the criteria to develop a co-diagnosis. It is useful to guide conversations with clients and is open to the adjustments that each relationship needs in its context.

Climate change poses a significant threat to Indonesia, including Jambi City. This issue is exacerbated by large-scale land conversion, leading to the shrinking of agricultural areas. In response, PT Pertamina EP Jambi Field has implemented the Gerai Energi (Green Edu Agrowisata Rumbai Energi) CSR program in Kenali Asam Atas Village, Jambi City. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with program beneficiaries and stakeholders, program observation, and corporate documentation (strategic plans, work plans, monitoring reports, evaluation reports, and media coverage). Data sources were selected through purposive and snowball sampling. The findings indicate that the Gerai Energi program has had a tangible impact on improving the local economy. Additionally, the program was developed with an environmentally friendly approach, featuring the use of solar cells and a Liquid Fertilizer Generator Bioreactor (BPPC). This program also supports PT Pertamina EP Jambi Field’s operational activities, as the Gerai Energi program in the Ring I area of PT Pertamina EP Jambi Field has fostered a sense of ownership and mutual care for the production facilities within the community, ensuring smooth company operations.
