<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the literacy skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Citarik III through the implementation of thematic learning. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed significant improvement in the students' literacy skills, reflected in the increased literacy test scores and active student involvement in group discussions. The thematic learning approach successfully enhanced students' reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. This improvement was more evident in the second cycle, where the majority of students showed significant progress in their literacy abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Lesson Study with the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach. Lesson Study was conducted in two cycles following the Plan-Do-See stages, involving teacher collaboration in planning, implementing, and reflecting on the learning process. The CTL approach was utilized to connect mathematics material to real-life contexts, making learning more meaningful and relevant. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Lesson Study with the CTL approach significantly enhances students' understanding of the material, strengthens their engagement in learning, and provides a more effective learning experience. These findings suggest that the combination of Lesson Study and CTL can be an effective strategy in mathematics instruction to improve students' learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the strategies used by teachers to enhance the collaborative skills of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Baru. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers implemented strategies such as project-based learning, group discussions, and role-playing to foster collaborative skills. These strategies improved students’ abilities to communicate effectively, share ideas, resolve conflicts, and work as a team. Challenges encountered include unequal participation among students and limited time allocation for collaborative activities. The results highlight the importance of structured teacher interventions and adequate preparation to maximize the benefits of collaborative learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the policy of the mentoring program implemented at SDN Lulut 2 and its impact on teachers' performance and motivation. Using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product), this research assesses the effectiveness of the policy through both quantitative and qualitative data collection. Data were gathered through surveys of teachers and interviews with the school principal and education observers. The results show that the mentoring program has a positive influence on improving teachers' performance, especially in teaching and classroom management, and enhances teachers' motivation for continuous professional development. Additionally, the input and process factors of the mentoring program were found to significantly affect the outcomes. This policy is considered effective in supporting the professional development of teachers at SDN Lulut 2.]]>

Teachers are classified as a profession because teachers have expertise obtained through special education and training, which is stipulated and explained in Law number 14 of 2005 in Chapter IV Articles 8 to 12 which explain and determine the qualifications, competencies, and certification of teachers. Teachers are professional positions that have the main task of educating, guiding, teaching, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students or learners. So in addition to being required to have competence, a teacher must also be able to develop attitudes and levels related to the development of learning and professionalism.]]>

<![CDATA[This article reviews the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the learning process of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subjects using literature analysis. The Independent Curriculum is an innovative step that aims to improve the quality of learning by providing flexibility for teachers and students. Its implementation in PPKn has been applied in several schools such as SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya and MA Negeri 1 Ngawi. The findings show that the Independent Curriculum in PPKn is implemented using open modules, formative and summative assessments, and project-based, collaborative, and problem-based learning methods. The use of the Independent Curriculum allows students to express themselves, learn independently, and develop their talents and abilities. This article states that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in PPKn has the potential to improve the quality of meaningful learning and in accordance with the needs of students.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of giving rewards in the form of star stamps on students' interest in learning. Students' interest in learning is very important in a learning process, because students will easily absorb learning materials by having a high interest in learning. Students' interest in learning can be aroused by the efforts of teachers in the learning process, one of which is with high creativity so that students are more interested in learning. Background Giving star rewards to students is a simple and fun form of appreciation. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive explanations. Data collection in this study was through a questionnaire filling sheet in the form of a google form which was distributed through the class WhatsApp group. The results of the study were obtained in the form of data to be analyzed, then it can be concluded that the provision of rewards in the form of stars has an influence on increasing students' interest in learning. This has been proven by several answers from questionnaires filled out by students at MAN 1 Pandeglang.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the derivatives of a two-variable function and visualize the results in the form of a 3D graph using Python. Derivatives of two-variable functions are essential in multivariate analysis, such as optimization and surface analysis. The study uses Visual Studio Code as the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to develop and run Python code, utilizing libraries such as NumPy, SymPy, and Matplotlib for mathematical computations and visualization. The first step involves programming partial derivatives of a two-variable function using SymPy. Subsequently, the derivative results are visualized in 3D using Matplotlib to illustrate the surface and gradient of the function. The goal of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the application of derivatives in two-variable functions and the benefits of visualization in analyzing these derivative results. The findings are expected to contribute to the fields of mathematics education and numerical computation applications.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of interactive learning media on basic mathematics understanding in MIN 7 Tapteng. Interactive media in mathematics education such as simulations, animations, and educational games allow for a more interesting and fun way of learning so as to increase learning motivation. This type of research is quantitative research using the experimental method. The population in this study is all grade I students in MIN 7 Tapteng and the sample is 30 students. The research instrument used is a written test in the form of a description. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that there is an influence of interactive learning media on basic mathematics understanding in MIN 7 Tapteng. This can be seen from the average score of the pretest is 49.2 and the average score of the posttest is 72.6. Based on these results, there is a significant increase in the understanding of Basic Mathematics in MIN 7 Tapteng by applying interactive learning media. Then based on the calculations carried out using the t-test, it shows that the tcount > ttable is 9.78 > 2.048. From the test criteria, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of interactive learning media on basic mathematics understanding in MIN 7 Tapteng.]]>

<![CDATA[Education policy functions as a framework that sets educational standards and goals, so as to ensure that all students have equal access to resources and learning opportunities. Through the development of relevant curricula and quality teacher training, education policies can improve teacher competency, which in turn has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. In addition, educational policies also include systematic monitoring and evaluation to identify areas of improvement, thereby enabling the necessary adjustment strategies to meet students' needs more effectively. This research aims to determine the role of change management in order to determine the role of educational policy in improving the quality of education for students. In this research, qualitative methods were used through literature. Well-designed education policies can improve access to education for all students. Education policy also plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching through continuous training for teachers.
