Abstract

According to the 1945 Indonesian Constitution, Article 30 paragraph 1; Everyone has the right and obligation to defend the country. Likewise, those who work as midwives also have the right and obligation to defend the country. The problem is how can people who work as midwives participate in defending the country? The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the midwifery profession as strengthening women's participation in defending the country. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods and literature studies in data collection. The results of the study show that the midwifery profession is one of the National Resources for National Defense, where a professional midwife will assist in the birth of healthy nation's children as potential successors to the Indonesian nation. The implementation of the Midwife Profession in active participation in efforts to defend the country is by becoming a midwife who is professional in her field and upholds human values ​​and religious norms, whereas according to RI Law no. 23 of 2019, as Indonesians who work as midwives participating in defending the country can be achieved by: 1) registering to become a TNI soldier as a Main Component; 2) register to become a Reserve Component ready to be mobilized; and 3) become a professional as a Supporting Component.

Abstract

The rise of the phenomenon of the decline of nationalism in Indonesian society in general and the people of Ngadirejo village where the majority of the population only have elementary school education (usually easily incited and sparked by issues). national insight in supporting environmental resilience. The method used is qualitative by collecting data through questionnaires that are filled out to village officials and the Ngadirejo village community. The results of this study are that first, the people and apparatus of Ngadirejo Village do not understand nationalism, especially those related to rights and obligations as citizens. Second, conveying knowledge about national insights and defending the country to the public can increase knowledge as well as a stimulant so that people understand better and can further increase nationalism and participate in development

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, it requires the development of modern information and technology to be applied to the TNI AD environment, especially the Adjutant General Corps which deals with Moral Welfare, General Administration and Personnel Administration activities which require the movement of information and data via the internet effectively and efficiently so that research This aims to determine the quality of the performance of Officers of Affairs in optimizing the facilities and infrastructure of the Ajen Akmil unit in managing PNS TNI AD personnel data and to find out the driving forces and constraints of the Ajen Military Academy in realizing online PNS data information technology. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques using qualitative methods, namely describing existing phenomena, non-research observations, in-depth interviews, documentation, and detailed data collection using various data collection procedures and in continuous time. The results of the study explain that the Service Quality of the Ajen Akmil as a unit that manages and carries out the functions of duties and responsibilities in a fast, precise, correct, orderly and smooth manner by utilizing advances in Information Technology. So that the solution taken to answer the constraints and problems found in the Ajen Akmil unit is to improve the quality of human resources through education and training activities that are more frequent and focused on technological developments to support the effectiveness of digital data management. And not only that by using a data table application to accommodate local administrative activities within the Military Academy Institution.Therefore, in order to improve the quality of personnel administration activities, especially in the field of personnel data management, it is suggested to the Ajen Akmil unit to give positions to Ajen personnel according to their field of educational specialization, to be able to conduct outreach about personnel administration activities to all personnel in the Military Academy Institute and to require every Ajen Akmil personnel to carry out Dikbangspes according to their respective positions.

Abstract

This research focuses on the important role of village community understanding of drugs, especially in Ngadirejo Village, Salaman District, Magelang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The source of the data was obtained by the researcher going directly to Ngadirejo Village by distributing questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of this study are that first, the people of Ngadirejo Village generally do not understand the types of drugs, but the community understands the dangers of drugs to the sovereignty of the nation and state. The two people of Ngadirejo Village agree that there is a need for outreach and counseling about drugs so that environmental security in Ngadirejo Village is guaranteed, especially for families and children.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the mandate of the TNI Law Number 34 of 2004 which has been implemented by the Military Academy to play a positive role and contribute to building the nation through the management of cadets training areas. The aim of this study is to determine the joint action program of the Military Academy and the community, as well as the factors that drive and hinder them in supporting defense in Jogomulyo Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with primary informants coming directly from the Head of Bagter Akmil and staff, the Village Community, Community Leaders, Village Officials, Babinsa, and Babinkamtibmas. The results of the study show that the joint action program of the Military Academy with the community in the training area of Jogomulyo Village is carried out through various activities, namely community service, academic programs, and social services. The key factor that drives the success of the program to support defense is the commitment of all Military Academy leaders to always maintain a harmonious relationship with the community through various empowerment programs to improve the welfare of the community in the cadets training area. The main obstacle factor is that there is still a perception that the Military Academy's activities are only temporary, so the village government and the community are not convinced that the joint action program of the Military Academy can help improve the welfare of the community, even though field data shows a great response and enthusiasm from the community towards these activities

Abstract

Efforts to improve Community Welfare through Joint Business Groups are one of the leading sectors that help the economy of the Indonesian people in general. Therefore it is necessary to maximally develop Joint Business Groups (KUB) with the right development strategy so that in the future it is expected to help improve the welfare of the local community. As is known from the local government, of the many KUBs that are there, only a small number are still running, while others have been discontinued. The results showed that the village of Jogomulyo has a large enough natural resource potential, besides that the location and condition of the vi. Abstract

In the reform era in 1999 Law 22/1999 (article 108) was issued – the issuance of this regulation was a change solution from the Government, namely to encourage the formation of business entities or institutions that are used to manage their resources efficiently. Then it was clarified by PP 72/2005 (article 78 paragraph 1) which states that "In increasing community and village income, the Village Administration can establish Village-Owned Enterprises" because villages need an institution to manage their potential to improve the economy, independence, and community welfare village. The formation of BUMDes is also mandated in Law 6/2014 concerning Villages. This research focuses on the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting village economic independence. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Sources of data come from observation and interviews as well as documentation. The data analysis technique used is Miles and Huberman's interactive model analysis, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Random sampling means that the researcher deliberately selects respondents at random, both for the manager and the community who use the BUMDes program. The results showed that the role of BUMDes supports village economic independence, namely, the role of BUMDes related to aspects of service has implications for village economic independence, the role of BUMDes related to aspects of accountability has implications for increasing Village Original Income, the role of BUMDes related to aspects of improving living standards has implications for growth and distribution of the rural economy, the role of BUMDes related to aspects of compliance with laws and regulations has implications for the ability to manage village potential. Inequality in implementation and uneven results cannot be separated from the development of the BUMDes program. Many BUMDes have failed, but many BUMDes have been successful and independent. For example, researchers will carry out research at BUMDes Gandon Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency. The success of the BUMDes program really depends on how BUMDes managers play their role. Based on the research results, it can be said that BUMDes in Gandon Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency have been quite successful in providing welfare for their managers and also for the community who take advantage of the BUMDes program to develop their independent economy.

Abstract

The condition in which there are some personnel who have positions and those who don't will rise questions about how many personnel who will not get position, the factors that cause it and the effect that will happen to the organization's performance. The purpose of this study is to see the impacts resulted by personnel who have position outside of formation to the Military Academy. This research is using descriptive qualitative data collection techniques by conducting interviews, documentations and observation. In the end of this study, it can be stated that the one who has position outside of the organization formation does not have a significant impact on the performance of the Indonesian Military Academy in carrying its main task.
