<![CDATA[This study was prepared by the author to determine the implementation of the role and efforts of employees in improving digitalization services that have an impact on customer response at Bank BCA Undaan Surabaya. The background of this research is the development of BCA Bank's transaction service system which has adapted to digitalization services. In his research, the author used qualitative methods, with customers as subjects and employees as objects. The data obtained are the results of observations and interviews. The results obtained from this research are: 1) The role of Bank BCA Undaan Surabaya employees is crucial because in addition to acting as a liaison between technology and customers, employees also provide education and assistance to customers and ensure the resolution of obstacles; 2) The response of customers to the digitalization services of Bank BCA Undaan Surabaya is mostly welcoming because it improves transactions to be efficient and practical; 3) Efforts made by employees in improving digitalization services to customers include a proactive approach, internal collaboration, and friendly and responsive service. It can be concluded that the proper implementation of employee roles and efforts can have a good impact on customer response in using digitalization services.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the effect of social media influences on generation Z's attitude when using social media in Palembang City. The result of this study is to determine the correlation coefficient of the independent effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable through mediating variables. This research uses the quantitative method with the form of correlation and SmartPLS 4 as a tool to manage the data, whereas the data collection uses a questionnaire via Google Form with 87 respondents. Purposive sampling is used for determining the sample with the condition that the respondent in Generation Z in Palambang City actively uses social media. The result of this study showed that the coefficient of determination of direct influence is greater than that of indirect influence. In conclusion, there's no effect of social influences on generation Z's attitude when using social media in Palembang City.]]>

SWOT analysis is a basic tool that can help businesses achieve these goals. This analysis is based on reasoning that can minimize dangers and weaknesses while optimizing opportunities and strengths. This research aims to ensure that Baslok Echo Bekasi can survive and compete with the strategies used, including maintaining original taste quality, providing maximum service, and following trends. So you can find out what products and strategies are implemented by Baslok Echo to increase its sales using SWOT analysis. Two methods of data collection were used in this research: study observation and literature review. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis table, Baslok Echo MSMEs have strong competitiveness because of the advantages and possibilities they have.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks carried out by the Jabar Saber Hoaks Team in tackling hoax news to the people of West Java. The writing method used is a qualitative method with the social media planning model The Circular Model of SoMe initiated by Regina Luttrell. Based on the results of observations and interviews, Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks at the share stage can create content that is relevant to the issues circulating in the community and build public trust in the Jabar Saber Hoaks Unit. At the optimize stage, Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks responsively receives and responds to complaints from the public through the direct message feature regarding issues that require fact checking and digital literacy. At the manage stage, the Jabar Saber Hoaks Team conducts media monitoring through the Instagram insight feature, and conducts quick responses. At the engage stage, Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks collaborates with other West Java Saber Hoaks Instagram accounts in publishing content. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the management of Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks has met several SoMe Model criteria, but needs to meet the aspects of optimizing all Instagram features, tools and using influencer relations.]]>

<![CDATA[This literature study aims to analyze the role of social workers in preventing domestic violence. Through analysis of various scientific sources, it was found that social workers have a crucial role in efforts to prevent domestic violence. The social worker's role involves cross-sectoral collaboration with various agencies to provide a comprehensive response to domestic violence. Training programs are needed that focus on increasing the competency of social workers in handling cases of violence effectively. Support for victims, including access to health and psychosocial services, as well as rehabilitation and reintegration into society, is also an important aspect of the social worker's role. These findings emphasize the important role of social workers in creating an environment that is safe and free from domestic violence through various comprehensive and sustainable prevention strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is a unit index based on all types of shares traded on the stock exchange or stock market. The capital market plays a big role in a country's economy because it can influence and also encourage companies to develop. The role of the capital market in a country is as a driving force for the economy, because the capital market is a means of investing funds in the long term. Every country has a capital market that moves every day as seen from the fluctuating share prices. One of the indicators that causes movements in the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is macroeconomic indicators. In the following research, the macroeconomic indicators used are inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and money supply. These macroeconomic indicators are fluctuating. This research aims to find out what the long-term and short-term influence of macroeconomic factors, namely inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and money supply on the IHSG. The research data used is time series data from the macroeconomic variables mentioned as well as IHSG data taken from 2013-2022 (monthly) and obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Financial Services Authority, and Bank Indonesia (BI). The data that has been obtained is processed using the Eviews 10 analysis tool and the method used is the Vector Error Correction (VECM) method.]]>

<![CDATA[English This research was conducted to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of the independent variables, namely Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Orientation and Innovation on the dependent variable, namely MSME Performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is MSME business actors in Harapan Baru Village, North Bekasi District, Bekasi City. The number of samples used in this research was 55 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data processing and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS 4.0. The results of this research explain that the Market Orientation variable has no and no significant effect on MSME Performance, the Entrepreneurial Orientation variable has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance and Innovation has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Bid'ah is a concept that is often a topic of debate in the Muslim community. The word "bid'ah" comes from Arabic which means innovation or something new. In the context of the Islamic religion. bid'ah refers to any new practice or belief that has no basis in the teachings of the Koran and Sunnah. and is not supported by the consensus of scholars (ijma) or the analogy of Islamic law (qiyas). However. in its development. there have been different views among ulama about whether all forms of bid'ah are negative or there are certain forms that are acceptable and even bring benefits to Muslims. Bid'ah hasanah. or good heresy. is a term used to refer to innovations that do not conflict with the basic principles of Islam and bring benefits. This article aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the concept of heresy. its classification. as well as the views of ulama regarding this issue. Apart from that. this article will also discuss the impact of heresy in Islamic society and how people can avoid practices that are considered deviant heresy. With proper understanding. it is hoped that Muslims can maintain the purity of religious teachings and avoid divisions caused by differences in views regarding heresy. ]]>

<![CDATA[There are two languages in Brebes; Javanese and sundanese Brebes. The study focuses on Humor in Javanese language Brebes dialect. People living in Brebes has a particular humor, such as Balada Wanyad dan Darkonah which is well-known in the regency. There were several investigations regarding the language and the use of pragmatic in it. The aim of this paper is to figure out how the description and analysis of Deixis on humor Balada Wanyad dan Darkonah. The result of the research indicates that the most deixis and deictic appearing is personal deixis, showed as follows; 47 person deixis (31,33 %), 38 Temporal deixis (25, 33 %), 46 social deixis (30, 66 %), 8 spatial deixis (5, 33 %), 11 discourse deixis (7, 33 %).]]>

<![CDATA[Keeping up with technological advancements is certainly not an easy task, especially developments in the website accessibility sector. In fact, the concept of accessibility itself should pave the way for obtaining similar information for everyone, especially on public information websites such as non-structural institutions. However, researchers have found that non-structural institution websites still cannot be fully utilized by people with disabilities, so that the distribution of public information is hampered. This can happen due to a lack of understanding of Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR). In this research, the researcher aims to analyze the accessibility of websites of non-structural institutions in Indonesia, so that website developers can improve the quality of accessibility. Researchers used Silktide Accessibility Checker to carry out automatic evaluations with WCAG 2.2 AAA standards. The number of websites studied was 60 non-structural institution websites where researchers found 34 types of violations which reached a total of 7,465 accessibility violations, grouped into 3 categories, namely Critical, Serious and Moderate. This matter is certainly very important for people who have various physical limitations in accessing non-structural institution websites. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a review by the government to ensure that all community groups receive the same information.]]>
