<![CDATA[The core of this research is to determine the impact of the product quality and image of the Samsung mobile phone brand on consumer purchasing decisions in the city of Palembang. The study aims to find out whether the quality of the product and brand image of samsung affects consumer mobile phone purchasing decisions, as well as providing advice and input to samsung brand. The method used in this research is the quantitative method of the survey method, by spreading the questionnaire. The questionnaire contains questions about the quality and image of the Samsung phone brand according to the questionnaire fillers. The target of this questionnaire is those smartphone users. The benefits of this research are expected to have a positive impact on Samsung products, which is to correct the shortcomings that Samsung products have. Using the method of survey/fill questionnaire and statistical analysis, it is expected that the results of this research can give a clear form about the influence of product quality and brand image of samsung on smartphone purchase decisions in the city of Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, violence against household assistants (ART) often occurs, especially due to unequal power relationships. Quoting data obtained from Simfoni-PPA, starting from January 2023 there were 28,930 cases of violence, of which 25,335 cases were women and 18,749 of them occurred within the household. This then attracted the author toxconduct a more in-depthxstudyxof cases of violence against household members in Decision No. 245/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Jkt.Sel is reviewed based on the valuesxofxjustice, expediency and legal certainty. This research uses a type of normative juridical legal research, namely researchxcarried outxby examining library materialsx(Library Research) or obtaining data in research obtained through secondary data. The research results show that in Decision No. 245/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Jkt.Sel, legal certainty is reflected in the imposition ofxpunishment in thexform of criminal sanctions on the defendant, legal benefits are given to victims by imposing punishment on the defendants and on the defendants themselves as a reflection on their actions. Meanwhile, the value of justice that is fulfilled is only procedural justice without considering substantive justice, where the judge does not take much into account the trauma experienced by the victim after the act of violence occurred.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the authority, obstacles and efforts made by the Forestry Service in tackling the crime of Illegal Logging in Pakpak Bharat Regency. This research uses empirical legal research with a sociological juridical approach. Based on the research results, it is known that the authority of the forestry service in dealing with illegal logging crimes in the Pakpak Bharat district begins with reports, inspections by forest police and the forestry service. Patrol every forest that has experienced damage, but the implementation is not yet optimal because there are several obstacles or barriers to the implementation of tackling the criminal act of illegal logging, which is related to the lack of public awareness about the importance of forests and the impact of these activities, forestry officers and forest police are very minimal. Lack of supporting facilities to patrol to tackle illegal logging crimes in Pakpak Bharat Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This experimental research aims to find out the impact of emotional intelligence on self-adaptation in future nuns. The subject is the candidate nun of the Flos Carmel Monastery Community in the Sikka district, which consists of 111 female monks aged 18-22. The measurement used is a self-adjustment scale. As for data collection techniques using purposive sampling with criteria. Data analysis method using paired sample test with the help of SPSS for windows 16.0. The analysis results showed there was a change in self-adjustment after given the tablet with a significant scale of 0,000. So there's an increase in self-adaptation in the future nun Flos Carmeli.]]>

<![CDATA[The very rapid development of technology and science has led to new, innovative discoveries that can help make it easier for humans to live their lives. However, it is a shame that current technological developments are not balanced with public awareness of the importance of respecting other people's works by understanding intellectual concepts. The type of research used in this research is normative legal research with a qualitative research type. The problem approach used is a statutory approach. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively. The research methods used are data collection methods and data processing methods. The results of the research and discussion show that the regulation of electronic media in the ITE Law is not clear enough even though the two have synergized with each other in providing legal protection against copyright infringement. The form of preventive protection for authors is stated in Article 1 point 1 of the ITE Law. Apart from that, socialization, education, mediation activities were held, as well as activities to limit the number of message recipients through the forward feature on WhatsApp and the use of security technology on electronic media, better known as Digital Rights Management (DRMs). Repressive protection takes the form of providing strict sanctions as stated in Article 113 Paragraph (3) UUHC and Article 48 Paragraph (2) UU ITE if there is a complaint from the aggrieved party.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the role of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in improving law enforcement against criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. The research background illustrates the escalation of corruption which is detrimental to the economy and undermines public trust in the legal system. The research methods used are policy analysis and case studies to describe the impact and effectiveness of KPK interventions. The main objective of the research is to contribute to the Corruption Eradication Commission in reducing the level of corruption, identifying obstacles to law enforcement, and providing recommendations to increase the effectiveness of this anti-corruption agency. Research findings show that the Corruption Eradication Commission has played a crucial role in tackling criminal acts of corruption, but faces significant challenges such as internal and external resistance. The research results show that the Corruption Eradication Committee has had a positive impact in eradicating corruption in Indonesia, although the challenges it faces require serious attention. Recommendations include improving regulations, strengthening inter-institutional cooperation, and increasing the KPK's internal capacity to maintain integrity and efficiency in law enforcement.]]>

<![CDATA[. Intensity of tiktok social media use means that how often individuals access so as to produce a behavior or response. One factor that can affect intensity is self-control. The study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-control and the intensity of tiktok social media use in Universitas Negeri Makassar students. This research uses a quantitative approach with person correlation product moment technique. The respondents of study were 381 students of Universitas Negeri Makassar obtained by random sampling. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between self-control and the intensity of tiktok social media use in Makassar State University students. This is evidenced by a pearson correlation coefficient of -0,311 and the significance value of 0,000 (0,000 0,05), so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. The implication in the research is that understanding is related to the need for students to have self-control so that they can use their time better and for other useful things.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang berkembang di kalangan siswa terkait kedisiplinan dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar adalah dengan menerapkan pelatihan self management. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran empiris mengenai efektivitas pelatihan self management dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa SMPK St. Yohanes Tilang yang berjumlah 20 siswa, yang terdiri dari siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain penelitian one group pre post test design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket disiplin belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus uji t dan program SPSS 16.00 for windows untuk mengukur uji beda pre test sebelum pemberian perlakuan dan post test sesudah pemberian perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum disiplin belajar siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya berada pada kategori sedang. Pelatihan manajemen diri efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa.]]>
