Abstract

Islam strongly emphasizes humans to always maintain their physical health. Physical health is important to make it easier for humans to carry out their activities both work and worship. Through a strong and healthy body, a brilliant Islamic civilization will be created. In the Qur'an itself, there are quite a number of verses that explicitly and implicitly explain the urgency of implementing physical education. This research aims to find out how the concept of physical education in the perspective of the Qur'an so that later it can be implemented into Islamic education for students and children. The results of this study indicate that physical education is very important to maintain health and a healthy lifestyle so as to avoid all kinds of diseases. The implication of physical education in Islamic education is that it leads to its implementation for students in the educational process contained in the curriculum, infrastructure facilities must also support the implementation of physical education in educational institutions. Parents and educators must collaborate in providing physical education to children or students.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that have the potential to contribute to the state revenue. However, tax compliance among MSMEs is still very low, especially in the tax compliance of MSMEs in the East Ciputat District. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the owner's educational level, accounting practices, and perceptions of tax incentives on MSMEs' tax compliance. A total of 100 Individual Taxpayers of MSMEs were selected as respondents using the slovin formula. The sample determination method in this study is probability sampling through simple random sampling, and the technical analysis of the research data uses inferential statistics with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 (Partial Least Square) program. The results show that the owner's educational level, accounting practices, and perceptions of tax incentives significantly and positively influence MSMEs' tax compliance.

Abstract

Social media, as an influential platform in human social life, often leads to alienation, where individuals become distorted from their surrounding reality. This research falls under literature study or library research, utilizing content analysis to explore alienation arising from interactions with social media, with a specific focus on the Indonesian context. Karl Marx's Alienation Theory is used as a foundation to comprehend this phenomenon. Through content analysis, the research identifies patterns of behavior and messages on social media contributing to individual alienation. The study's findings are expected to provide further insights into the impact of social media on the essence of humanity, particularly within the context of alienation in Indonesian society.

Abstract

Regular reading of the Qur'an is believed to have a positive impact on a person's life, including its potential influence on emotional intelligence. Such as increased patience and calm, increased empathy and caring, increased ability to manage emotions, improved social relationships. The influence of the habit of reading the Koran on emotional intelligence is very interesting to research. Therefore, this research will be carried out on UMPP lecturers and staff. This research will explain the influence of the habit of reading the Koran on the emotional intelligence of lecturers and staff at the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, UMPP. This research method uses descriptive analysis, namely a type of data analysis used to show, display, describe and summarize a set of data. The aim is to identify trends and patterns in the data and to obtain in-depth data, data that contains meaning and can significantly influence the substance of the research. The data used includes the results of interviews regarding the effectiveness of the habit of reading the Koran on the emotional intelligence of lecturers and Tendik In this research the researcher used a descriptive research strategy. The research results show that reading the Koran regularly can have a positive impact on a person's emotional intelligence. The content of the Qur'an often teaches values such as patience, gratitude, forbearance, self-control and empathy. Meditating on verses from the Koran can help a person increase self-awareness, regulate emotions, and develop empathy towards others. Reading the Koran is not just reading, but also a process of contemplating its meaning and relating it to everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze legal protection for wives of victims of domestic violence (KDRT) according to Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and discuss and analyze the constraints in legal protection for wives of victims of domestic violence (KDRT). This research is included in juridical research. The results showed that legal protection for wives as victims of domestic violence according to Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence can be carried out preventively and repressively. Legal protection for wives as victims of domestic violence is preventively carried out by strengthening social networks, understanding local cultural wisdom and practicing religious teachings, as well as strengthening the foundation and economic building of the family. Meanwhile, legal protection for wives as victims of domestic violence is repressively carried out with temporary protection and protection based on court determinations. The results also showed that obstacles in legal protection for wives of victims of domestic violence include: these law enforcement officials have not been able to provide optimal protection and assistance for victims in implementing the Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence, safe and legal assistance is still scarce and most are still difficult to access victims and the handling units for women and children who are victims of violence are not equipped with Adequate infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Effects of Personal Factors and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for Medical Devices at PT Suricon Gemilang Karya" In this study, personal and promotional factors are the main focus. Several previous studies have also examined the influence of personal factors and promotions on purchasing decisions for health products. The results of this study are expected to contribute to developing a more effective and efficient marketing strategy for medical devices at PT Suricon Gemilang Karya. Hopefully, this research can provide a more comprehensive insight into the factors that influence purchasing decisions for medical devices. The research method that researchers use is quantitative by taking a population of 100 respondents who are given a questionnaire containing statements in accordance with the variable indicators of personal factors and promotional variables. The conclusion of this study shows that the personal factor variable and the promotion variable have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for medical devices at PT Suricon Gemilang Karya. It has been proven in quantitative tests such as the T-test and F-test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze and explain the role of banking institutions in empowering small businesses of Indigenous Papuans in Jayapura Regency and the role of KADIN and KAPP Papua in empowering small businesses of Indigenous Papuans in Jayapura Regency. The type of research used is empirical legal research because it is motivated by the idea that law cannot be separated from people's lives in the form of values and attitudes/behavior carried out, so that the study of law does not only involve normative aspects, but law can be studied from its empirical aspect, namely how the law is. in fact in people's lives. The results of the research reveal that after the implementation of special autonomy for the Papua Province, the empowerment of small businesses of the indigenous Papuan community has not been carried out optimally by the Provincial, Regency and Jayapura City Governments, so it is not in accordance with the application of the theory of justice which emphasizes that justice is fairness and should always be fought for through correlation. and improving social institutions, economic institutions and other institutions through agreements that are used as a legal basis to be directed towards justice for all interested parties. Likewise, the role of banking institutions is not yet optimal, because loans in the form of MSME credit and KUR are hampered by collateral problems. Specific forms of empowerment for small businesses have not yet been regulated, so the Regency/City Government needs to make a Regional Regulation (PERDA) regarding small businesses of the indigenous Papuan community so that they have access to sources of financing and guarantees in an effort to empower small businesses of the indigenous Papuan community.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigates how English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students at Institut Agama Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (IAINU) Bangil experience and utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools in their academic writing processes. Through a phenomenological approach, we conducted in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and collected written reflections from 25 English education students over four months. Our thematic analysis uncovered four primary themes that characterize their experiences: enhanced writing efficiency and productivity, valuable language learning support and scaffolding, significant challenges to critical thinking and originality, and complex ethical considerations surrounding academic integrity. While participants reported substantial improvements in writing fluency and reduced anxiety when using AI tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and QuillBot, they simultaneously expressed concerns about potential over-dependence and the authenticity of their work. These findings illuminate the reality of AI integration in EFL writing contexts and highlight the urgent need for comprehensive institutional policies and pedagogical frameworks that can maximize benefits while addressing legitimate concerns about independent learning and academic honesty.
