This study has the aim to investigate and obtain empirical evidence Factors that affect product innovation Cooperative Financial Services Sharia At BTM KJKS of Central Java. The method used in this research is quantitative method is the method of the survey to the Manager / Branch Manager BTM KJKS of Central Java which has done more product innovation than five years. Which gained 35 respondents from 35 respondents there. This study uses SmartPLS assistance program version 2.0 as a test of the hypothesis that exist in this study. The results of this study are factors that affect product innovation Cooperative Financial Services Sharia At BTM KJKS of Central Java is fully proved empirically is the corporate culture and environment dynamics.

This study discusses the Covid-19 virus that is spreading in the world and its handling from the government and MUI after the implementation of new normal according to Islamic law. The government implements a large-scale social restrictions system (PSBB) or social distancing to break the chain of the spread of the covid-19 virus. The government has implemented new normal rules. MUI has issued a notice numbered Kep-1188 / DP-MUI / V / 2020 concerning new normalcy that will be applied by the government such as reopening places of worshipaccording to the health protocol. Nevertheless, this circular is a pros and cons for some people. The purpose of this study is to help the public understand whether the government and MUI circulars in tackling the plague after applying the new normal according to the Shari'a or actually contrary to Islamic Sharia. The research method is the study of literature literature with a normative approach and historical approach. The results of the study showed that the rules imposed by the government and MUI in dealing with the outbreak of Covid-19 pacsa new normal did not disregard Islamic law.

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat khususnya pemuda di organisasi IPNU-IPPNU yang memiliki usaha tentang urgensi penerapan nilai-nilai etika bisnis islami dalam berdagang agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan serta dalam rangka mengamalkan ajaran Islam. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi diberikan kepada warga masyarakat di IPNU-IPPNU Desa Simbang Wetan Kecamatan Buaran kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 17 peserta. Pelatihan kewirausahaan yaitu dengan praktik membuat brownis kukus dan pemberian materi dengan metode ceramah diskusi dengan media power point. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan peserta dapat membuat brownis kukus untuk dijual di masyarakat dan mengetahui nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islami dalam berdagang. Selain itu peserta diharapkan dapat memahami teknis penerapan etika bisnis yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam sehingga hasil yang didapatkan lebih barokah.

This study discusses several factors that influence poverty alleviation in the city of Pekalongan, as a social institution Lazismu is needed by the community to alleviate poverty in the city of Pekalongan. The data source used is the primary data source with a population of 90 people in the city of Pekalongan, a sample of people who have received post-pandemic lazismu assistance funds. Simultaneously the variables in this study affect poverty alleviation in the city of Pekalongan. The analytical tool used in analyzing the problem is SPSS 16. Basic Arabic language guidance for foster children of the Muhammadiyah Kedungwuni Orphanage, Pekalongan Regency is an educational program that aims to provide basic understanding of Arabic to foster children living in the orphanage. This program is implemented with the aim of providing knowledge of Arabic to foster children so that they can understand and master the language effectively as a support for Arabic language subjects in schools. In its implementation, this basic Arabic language guidance is carried out systematically and structured, by paying attention to the level of understanding and ability of Arabic of each foster child. The teaching methods used in this program include active, interactive, and experience-based learning through the presentation of materials with guidance on interpreting, translating vocabulary and sentences, as well as providing guidance on understanding Arabic language rules, so that foster children can learn Arabic more easily and enjoyably. The evaluation results of the implementation of the basic Arabic language guidance program for foster children of the Muhammadiyah Kedungwuni Orphanage, Pekalongan Regency showed a significant increase in the understanding and mastery of Arabic by foster children. With this program, it is expected that foster children can develop their Arabic language skills independently and improve their academic potential and communication skills.

Saat ini strategi pemasaran menggunakan sosial media memang banyak digunakan oleh pebisnis. Sosial media dikenal cukup efektif untuk menjalankan strategi pemasaran, salah satunya WhatsApp. WhatsApp menjadi salah satu aplikasi perpesanan yang memungkinkan pengguna mengirim pesan, dokumen, gambar, panggilan gambar serta video secara gratis. Aplikasi ini pun mengembangkan WhatsApp Bisnis yang ditujukan bagi pebisnis untuk memasarkan produknya dengan mudah. Salah satu alasan mengapa perlu melakukan pemasaran melalui WhatsApp yaitu kemungkinan banyak pelanggan yang sudah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Pebisnis juga harus lebih inovatif dalam melakukan promosi karena aplikasi tersebut tidak menjual ruang iklan seperti sosial media lain. Oleh karena itu, pebisnis perlu memahami dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran khusus untuk WhatsApp. Aplikasi perpesanan tersebut didesain untuk memudahkan pebisnis untuk lebih fokus dalam melayani pelanggan. Selain itu, WhatsApp untuk bisnis ini cukup aman sehingga pebisnis dapat membedakannya dari akun pribadi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Karangsari Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan mendapat sambutan yang sangat baik dan antusiasme yang tinggi baik dari warga maupun peserta yang mengikuti via online. Peserta sosialisasi memiliki kemauan yang besar untuk mendapat informasi dan pengetahuan tentang optimalkan aplikasi WhatsApp.

In the world of Islamic banking, employees who have precision, order and discipline in work are needed. One of the supporting factors in the effectiveness of working is the habit of prayer by each individual, in various books it is explained that there are many benefits of prayer. In addition to having religious value, it turns out that prayer is also able to influence character and positive attitudes. Prayer is also able to improve work ethic if carried out correctly. By always performing prayers, it will affect a person's work ethic. Therefore, the author wants to research how the influence of prayer on the work ethic of BTM Wiradesa employees. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Then the data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that prayer is able to influence the work ethic of BTM Wiradesa employees, it turns out that in addition to having worship values, prayer is also able to foster positive attitudes at work such as increasing concentration, managing stress, increasing productivity, maintaining work spirit, being able to foster an attitude of cooperation, discipline, consistency and being able to foster the value of honesty.

This research aims to develop students' potential through extracurricular activities in the art of Islamic calligraphy at Muhammadiyah Elementary School, Paesan Kedungwuni Special Program, Pekalongan Regency. The art of Islamic calligraphy was chosen as a potential development medium because it has high aesthetic value and is able to hone students' fine motor skills, creativity and spiritual understanding. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Islamic calligraphy art extracurricular activities significantly contribute to improving students' artistic abilities, strengthening Islamic identity, and building student discipline, perseverance and achievement. Apart from that, this activity also encourages the creation of a conducive learning environment and motivates students to develop their talents and interests in the arts. There are several supporting factors that are key to the success of this activity, namely trainers who provide assistance and provide motivation; and PAI teachers as initiators of ideas, companions, and providing equipment and activity supplies. The inhibiting factors in carrying out this activity are understanding, mental courage of students, and delays in equipment and supplies making the activity less than optimal. This research suggests that schools continue to support and develop extracurricular Islamic calligraphy art programs as an integral part of a holistic educational process.

Peningkatan layanan aplikasi mobile banking pada bank syariah yang telah tersedia di playstore dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis sentiment dengan mengumpulkan komentar dari pengguna layanan aplikasi mobile banking di playstore. Analisis ini akan memberikan wawasan tentang pengalaman penggunaan aplikasi yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode text mining dengan metode Support Vector Regression (SVR) karena metode SVR dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan overvitting dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Data yang diperoleh pada aplikasi mobile banking Mega Syariah dan Jago Syariah, masing-masing 1.434 data dan 34.669. Hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa ulasana dari Jago Syariah lebih banyak daripada Mega Syariah. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa basis dari pengguna Jago Syariah lebih banyak daripada Mega Syariah. Pengujian menggunakan metode SVR menunjukan nilai akurasi dari aplikasi Mega Syariah sebesar 98.12% sedangkan pada Jago Syariah mendapatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 98.18%. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa bahwa secara umum SVR dikatakan metode yang dapat memberikan akurasi yang tinggi pada analisis sentiment. Selain itu juga diperoleh bahwa pada aplikasi Mega Syariah menunjukan kata yang berkonotasi negatif adalah masuk dan daftar, sedangkan pada Jago Syariah kata yang berkonotasi negative adalah akun dan login. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pada kedua aplikasi tersebut perlu meningkatkan kemudahan dalam proses pendaftaran dan login dari pengguna.
