Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the active learning model of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) type affects the English learning achievement of students who use the expository learning method and whether there is a relationship between the active learning model of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) type and students' English learning achievement. All students of grade X of SMK NU Singajaya, totaling 320 students, divided into 8 classes, were the subjects of this study. Two experimental classes were randomly selected; the experimental class used the Giving Question and Getting Answer active learning model, and the control class used the expository learning method. The final test, the English learning achievement test, was given after different treatments were given to the two classes. In response to the test results, descriptive analysis was conducted to determine the mean, variance, and standard deviation of the two sample classes. After that, hypothesis testing was conducted, including the Chi-Square test for normality, the F test for homogeneity, and the t test to determine the research hypothesis. The results of the data analysis that had been carried out obtained an average of the experimental class of 74.16 and an average of the control class of 61.54. The hypothesis test used was the t-test and obtained a value of 86.6 t count and 38.2 t table. Because t table and t count , then reject HO and accept Ha. In other words, the English learning achievement of students who use the active learning model type Giving Question and Getting Answer is different from students who use the expository learning method. This is the result of two different approaches. Students who use the active learning model type Giving Question and Getting Answer show better achievement compared to students who use the expository learning method. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' English learning achievement is influenced by the active learning model type Question and Answer. According to this study, English teachers must be able to use the active learning model type Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) as an alternative English learning model. This will help create an active, comfortable, and conducive classroom environment. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' English learning achievement is influenced by the active learning model type Question and Answer. Abstract

This study discusses the views of contemporary scholars on Islamic political ethics, focusing on the thoughts of Hasan Al-Banna, Sayyid Qutb, and Ali Shariati. The background of the problem includes the challenges faced in implementing the principles of political ethics in the context of modern society. The method used is a qualitative literature study to analyze the works and thoughts of the three figures. The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the contribution of their thoughts to strengthening Islamic political ethics. The results of this study indicate that the thoughts of Hasan Al-Banna, Sayyid Qutb, and Ali Shariati emphasize the importance of Islamic values as the basis for fair and transparent political ethics. All three, despite their different approaches, agree that Islamic law must be the main guide in creating a just social and political order.

Abstract

This religious program aims to cultivate religious character, enhance discipline, and foster unity among students. The study describes the implementation of congregational Zuhur prayers within the school environment, identifying supporting and inhibiting factors. Employing a descriptive qualitative research method, the key informants include Islamic Religious Education teachers, with supporting informants comprising the principal, students, and accompanying teachers. Data analysis techniques involve data examination, reduction, and display.The findings indicate that thorough planning, involving effective coordination between the principal, teachers, and students, supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure, enhances the effectiveness of congregational Zuhur prayer activities in schools. The activities commence with the dissemination of schedules and implementation guidelines involving teachers and students. During execution, supervision and guidance by teachers, along with active student participation, are crucial in fostering a familial atmosphere and improving understanding of worship procedures. Consistent implementation of congregational Zuhur prayers has been proven to strengthen religious character and discipline, creating a harmonious and conducive learning environment. Evaluating these activities is a strategic step to measure effectiveness, student involvement, and the impact on character formation and religious values within the educational setting. However, limitations in supporting facilities and students' understanding of prayer procedures may hinder the optimization of these activities.

Abstract

Hukum jaminan memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan kepastian hukum bagi kreditur dan debitur dalam transaksi utang-piutang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis konsep dasar hukum jaminan, termasuk asas,prinsip,serta subjek dan objek hukum jaminan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptifanalitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun regulasi hukum jaminan di Indonesia telah cukup komprehensif,masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasinya, terutama dalam eksekusi jaminan dan perlindungan hak debitur. Diperlukan reformasi hukum serta peningkatan literasi hukum bagi masyarakat agar hukum jaminan dapat berfungsi lebih efektif dalam mendukung stabilitas ekonomi dan system ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model of Christian Religious Education that is oriented towards improving This article examines the role of self-doubt in character development through a detailed analysis of Stephanie Conway, the main character of Senior Year 2022, written by Andrew Knauer. Using Creswell’s qualitative research method, this article analyzes how Stephanie’s journey of self-doubt shapes her emotional and psychological growth. The story is about the character’s journey from her teenage years that focuses on becoming popular and getting into an accident that put her in a coma for 20 years. The analysis delves into the ways in which self-doubt influences her decisions and interactions, through in-depth narrative analysis and character examination, this paper highlights how self-doubt is integral to the development of Stephanie’s character, illustrating its role in her eventual path to self-acceptance.

Abstract

This thesis explores the representation of female leadership through the character of Lady Jessica in Frank Herbert's Dune 2.Grounded in feminist literary criticism and Catalyst’s theoryof female leadership.the study examines how Lady Jessica . The findings  of thesis are 1) Lady Jessica do qualities of female leadership decisiveness, collaboration, authority, inclusivity, and strategic thinking.2) The  effects of Lady Jessica’s female leadership are on her son and their society. Lady Jessica's leadership has a huge positive effect, both on Paul as a future leader and on the Fremen as a society evolving towards political and spiritual awakening.

Abstract

Children are increasingly involved with various digital technologies in everyday life and are becoming their users. This research aims to understand the application of communication technology in language learning for early childhood. This study used descriptive qualitative method. In the learning process, communication technology is used ax a tool to support children’s language learning. Activities carried out by teachers involve the use of pictures, word videos, practice videos, as well as words and sounds. Based on observations, several teachers have implemented and practiced information and communication technology devices to make it easier for children to find information, expecially in the area of language. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that information and communication technology is applied effectively in language learning at the early age level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of the savings and loan cooperatives in Nagari Abai Siat with the perspective of Islamic economic law. The method used in this study is qualitative, with the type of research in the form of field research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and documentation. The results showed that the practice of Murabahah Bil Wakalah was carried out based on negotiation agreements, where the conditions set were met by Savings and Loan Cooperative customers in Nagari Abai Siat. This murabaha practice is seen in the commodity of goods sold to customers, and is allowed to combine murabaha and wakalah contracts by considering the benefit of individuals. The review of Islamic economic law is carried out based on the rules in Islamic law that has been recognized by the National Sharia Council (DSN) and the Sharia Supervisory Board. In its application, Islamic economic law emphasizes the relationship between customers and suppliers, thus allowing commodity purchases in accordance with the initial agreement and clear objectives.

Abstract

The distribution of productive zakat at BAZNAS Purbalingga is carried out through a systematic strategy, including mapping mustahik needs, entrepreneurship training, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. The mapping was carried out by direct surveys and coordination with the village government to ensure that assistance was given on target. After that, mustahik was given entrepreneurship training so that they had skills in managing business and finance. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out to ensure the effectiveness of the program and its impact on the mustahik economy. The results of the study show that productive zakat recipients experience an average income increase of 40% and a reduced dependence on social assistance. In addition, the selection mechanism through the productive zakat application form helps increase transparency and accountability in the distribution of funds. With good governance, productive zakat can be an instrument of sustainable economic empowerment for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the Quality of Public Service in the Population Administration Sector in Mataindaha Village, Pasi Kolaga District, Muna Regency, using several dimensions to measure the quality of service, namely: (1) Tangibles (physical evidence), (2) reliability, (3) responsiveness, (4) assurance, and (5) empathy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With 10 (ten) research informants. Data collection techniques in this study consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions. The results of this study reveal that the dimensions (1) tangibles are still lacking and need to be completed immediately. (2) assurance is also still lacking, which is indicated by village officials who have not been able to provide fast and timely services. While other dimensions such as (3) reliability. (4) responsiveness. (5) Empathy is good, where the apparatus is responsive in helping the community and is willing to re-explain service procedures that the community does not yet understand.
