Abstract

Basic education is an important foundation for students' academic and social development. Not all students experience ease in obtaining and processing the information taught at school. Education is also the most important factor for the progress of a nation. Student learning difficulties are not only caused by low cognitive factors but are evidenced by deviant behavior or external factors that they experience, such as family and environmental support factors. Family and environmental support can also play an important role in overcoming learning difficulties for elementary school students. This study used a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. This study uses a descriptive approach design that aims to describe and analyze the phenomenon of learning difficulties of elementary school students. The population of this research is the Suradinaya elementary school. Random sampling technique has been used in this study. The instrument used was a learning difficulties questionnaire as a research measurement tool. Based on the diagram above, it can be seen that aspects of the child's self and family aspects have almost the same average percentage, with values of 66% and 65%. Environmental aspects get a higher average percentage, which is equal to 75%. There needs to be cooperation between schools, families, and the surrounding environment in creating a conducive and effective learning environment for students. In conclusion, student learning difficulties are influenced by various factors, both from aspects of the student's self as well as environmental and family factors. Thus, students will be able to achieve maximum academic achievement and achieve success in the future

Abstract

Management of education personnel aims to utilize education personnel effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal results. The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve the performance of the administrative sector in the 4.0 era. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on this research the management of education personnel in improving the performance of the administrative field in the 4.0 era, namely planning to improve the performance of the administrative field by placing employees with existing employees in order to be able to improve work performance, Implementation in improving the performance of the administrative sector by training and providing compensation, evaluation in the development of education personnel is needed to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes, and evaluating the dismissal of education personnel by balancing the needs of employees with the goals of the school.

Abstract

This study aims to explore differences in students' learning motivation based on their learning styles. This study used a questionnaire or questionnaire method to collect data about students' learning style preferences and their learning motivation. Participants in this study were students of SDN Kertawinangun 1 who were randomly selected. The data were then analyzed statistically using descriptive tests and ANOVA tests. The results of the analysis show that there is no significant difference in students' learning motivation based on learning style. Students who have visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning disabilities do not show a high average learning motivation. Teachers can apply learning models that are appropriate to learning styles to increase learning motivation.

Abstract

One of the mathematics learning successes is that students are able to complete mathematical problem solving. Existing conditions that students are still unable to complete mathematical problem solving. Learning models combined with learning media are expected to enable students to solve mathematical problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) on the material of ruang sisi datar (kubus) with the help of Lectora Inspire media on students' geometry problem solving abilities. Lectora inspire is an e-learning content development tool that is easy to use as an online learning. This research was carried out in SMPN 1 Cilimus, Kabupaten Kuningan. The research method used is quantitative method while the research design used is Posttest-only Control group design. The study population was all student class VIII and the sample used was class VIII4 as an experimental class and class VIII2 as a control class. Based on the acquisition of research data obtained the average mathematics posttest of the experimental class students was 72.75 and the posttest control class was 47.47. Student responses to the application of problem based learning learning models with an average score of 78.13, the average student response to the Lectora Inspire media was 78.7. Based on the data analysis test, it is known that tcount <ttable or 1.570 < 2.024 so it can be concluded that there is no influence of the use of Lectora Inspire media on students' geometry problem solving ability on the subject of the cube

Abstract

Teaching materials have an important role for the continuation of learning so that student learning outcomes are more optimal. Teachers must create a learning media and teaching materials that of course so that students feel interested and active during learning. During a pandemic like this, online learning is certainly not effective if the use of print-based teaching materials is carried out, due to the limited communication between students and teachers. One of the teaching materials that can be sought to improve student learning outcomes is E-Module-based teaching materials with the Quizizz application. The population is all students of Class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Sumber for the 2021/2022 school year. Samples in this study. The class used is class VII G as the control class and VII I as the experimental class. The instruments used are tests and questionnaires. The results of this research are: Based on the validation results from material experts and media experts that the development of e-module-based teaching materials with the quizizz application is suitable for use as mathematics teaching materials and Students' mathematics learning outcomes increase after the provision of e-module teaching materials with the quizizzi application in the learning process.
